4 out of 5 eggsWorth a shot

Pros: -Nice looking (silver-aluminium + black, quite nice)
-Pretty cheap for the performances, nice video playback.
-Nice overclocking capabilities, up to 85% using msi afterburner (comes in the box you'll receive after purchase)
-Quiet, not louder than my old 256mb Radeon X1550.

Cons: -Could have got better performances, still not that bad (it is really good for its price, trust me)
-Had some problem with the sound device, which changed automaticly from realtek HD to "amd HD sound", so no more sound coming out of my speakers... Had to look on the forums and finally found that I needed to change it from the setup menu when I boot my PC, than changing the default sound entry to onboard audio.

Other Thoughts: Worths the shot to try it out, its really cheap and if you are new to pc building, or if you are on a low budget project, this will be a perfect upgrade!

5 out of 5 eggsNice Budget Card

Pros: - Price for 128-bit 1GB card was great
- No issues installing
- No power connector needed
- Small, easy to clean

Cons: -Heatsink Fan is small, but is merely design, not worth an egg, knew this before purchasing.
- DDR3 memory, but once again knew beforehand

Other Thoughts: Put this card in a computer I was rebuilding to make as a gamer. Didn't want to spend alot of money, but I have a minimum standard I would take (That being either the current line of AMD or NVIDIA's GPU line, 1GB memory, and 128-bit). This was the cheapest card that fit that bill, and I was happy with the performance for price I got. I don't expect my cousin who I gave this to to run Battlefield or any super graphic intensive game on it, but for games like Minecraft, Team Fortress 2, etc., it runs fine.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price

Pros: The card is very nice and quite, so far im about to pass a month with both of the same cards with no issues. I brought 2 of these cards for 2 different computers so that my girlfriend and I would be able to play smoothly together. Before I got these, one hp computer had an onboard video card which was an nvidia 8800 series while the other was just an intergrated card. The one with the 8800 series was a bit old, still ran the games ok but there were many instances when my girlfriend experienced lag issues in serveral games including Aion and Dragons Nest. Those games dont require much, though aion kind of does but other then her video card before i got her this one, its built in with quad core, 8 Gbs of rams, and the 8800 that it had, which was the only thing slowing it down. The other HP with the intergrated card has just a single core and 3 gbs of ram. I was really hoping it would take it and improve singnificately and it definitely delivered. I experience lag here and there but its nothing problematic for us, and of course..its only a single core cpu in it. But aside from the specs, the cards came in, in good condition..one of the boxes had a small puncture but nothing serious, I would definitely recommend this to friends and family who are on a tight budget.

Cons: I was concerned in the power supply requirements which i wasnt so sure at first but assumed that both HPs were above 400 Watts. I was somewhat in a rush and was trying to surprise my girlfriend which was very difficult and completely forgot about the power supplies the computers have. I found out that the one that came with the 8800 series can either be a 300 or a 500. I still havent been able to confirm that, but I will update the power supplies of both computers if something were to happen. Ive been in this similar sitcuation back when building my own custom computer and was stuck with a card that required 350 watts when I had 300. It never failed on me and lasted 3 years until i got another build and gave it to my brother, then my brother told me it got messed up but it wasnt the power supply which was my first guess and it turned out that it was the cpu. But back to the cons of the cards, so far no issues. The only artifact i noticed was when i was playing Aion, and i switched to the desktop, once i went back into the game..i saw the pixles going crazy and all over the place. I opened task manager and quickly closed it, then it went back to normal. This happen 1 time sometime last week. I wasnt exactly sure what caused it, but i remember when i used to go threw that with another computer except it was everytime i played. The issue with that computer was that it ran too hot and it wasnt cooling well enough. As for what i experienced with this card that i just purchased, it seemed to me that it related towards the Adobe Flash program not being updated.

Other Thoughts: All I have to say is know what youre buying, make sure it meets the recommendations its suppose to meet with the motherboard, power supply, cpu, all around fit to be sure to have it last longer for you or whom ever you will be buying it to. Other then that, awesome price, awesome buy, fast shipping as well.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Budget Card Ever!

Pros: I am working on a simple budget rig for myself and figured I'd snag a lightweight card so I could at least play some games. So far, this card has worked really well, ran a test with Sims 3 and Portal and they're both running clean, all on high settings. Benchmark tests came out pretty good for mid-to-low tier. If you are looking to do some simpler gaming or multimedia tasks, this card will be a good fit. Don't expect to run Crysis 3 on top settings or something crazy. Installed really easy, DVD installed drivers without a hitch and the experience overall has been easy. No extra cabling required either, just slapped it in the PCI slot, hooked everything back up and turned it on.

Cons: You get what you pay for. This card isn't gonna wow you if you're expecting a $200 card value. It is gonna wow you if you're expecting a $55 value. Packaging was also relatively okay, seems like they tossed the card in an anti-static bag and tossed it in a cardboard tray and tossed in a couple of brackets without even making it look decent but hey, didn't buy this product for the presentation. It works.

Other Thoughts: Like I said, don't expect serious gaming... but this card can game. Good for a first rig! I recommend it.

5 out of 5 eggsMSI R6570-MD1G/LP

Pros: Good price/performance ratio. Order arrived well boxed and the product's retail packaging was very good.

This card went into an upgrade project on an older machine with a 280 watt power supply and it's running great.

The "Windows Experience Index" increased from 4.1 to 5.9 solely due to this upgrade from the stock Radeon X1300 previously installed. I ran the assessment just before and just after installing this MSI card.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Recommended power supply for this card is 400 watts, but it supposedly only draws 40-44 watts at peak. The machine I put it in has only a 280 watt PS so I could be voiding the warranty, but according to PSU calculators my total power draw is still about 25 watts below the output of my power supply.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW!

Pros: I bought this card for wife's pc, so here are the pros:
1- Purchased @ **$44.99
2- Arrived in two days
3- Fan is whisper quiet
4- Awesome graphics
5- No issues with Ubuntu 12.04 (32 bit)
6-**NOT purchased from Newegg

Cons: Here are the cons:
1- Wish it had larger diameter fan/better heatsink
2- DDR5 Ram would of been nice
3- Actually requires min. *400 watt psu (source: amd.com)

Other Thoughts: Killer deal @ ***$44.99 and wife loves the improved graphics. Luckily, her pc has a Corsair CX430 psu (not bought from newegg) that I installed recently and a motherboard that is compatible with PCI-E 2.1 card. I have a few 100 reasons not to buy from newegg called a destroyed pc via Antec Neo Eco 400 watt psu order # 84676351...have a great day! :)

5 out of 5 eggsEfficient and Quiet

Pros: Quiet. Works great when paired with an A6-3650 in Dual Graphics mode. Works in Windows 8. Low profile adapter. Low power draw so can be used with a quality 350W power supply. HDMI, VGA, DVI.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Perfect solution if you are building a budget gaming box with Dual Graphics. Also works great for a HTPC video card because it is virtually silent.

5 out of 5 eggsreliable if not super powerful

Pros: reliabe and cheap but surprisingly powerful for the price

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: i couldn't find anything better for the price that would fit in my tiny computer to upgrade from intels stupid integrated graphics, i wasn't expecting a miracle but i pretty much got one being able to run new games (on low settings ofcourse) i even managed to get a solid 30-40 fps on BF3! around 50 on small servers

although i managed to do this i think i should point out the other components in my prebuilt computer are decent enough to allow for it
