5 out of 5 eggsFantastic Value for Low Profile

Pros: Doesn't require 6-pin power, and hardly draws power (didn't have to upgrade my 260W PSU), price is right, runs modern games

Cons: The card wasn't free. Overclocking might be dangerous with such minimal cooling.

Other Thoughts: Perfect card for the price. Even included 2 low profile plates so that all 3 outputs were included.

5 out of 5 eggsGood entry level card

Pros: Price, low profile, reliability, and the MSI name

Cons: Not on this one

Other Thoughts: This video card is a solid, high quality MSI product. it is perfect for entry level graphics processing, such as YouTube, movies, and some light to mid-level gaming. I like most about it that it (or a 6450 or 6670) can be paired with AMD's A6 and higher APU's to achieve AMD's dual graphics. What that technology does is it takes the processor's graphic capability and combines it with that of the video card, yielding a significant graphics processing boost, which can be seen in the Windows Experience Index. With that, it is possible to custom build systems with pretty good graphics even with budget constraints. I would recommend this card to anyone looking for basic to about mid-level performance.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for Price

Pros: VERY cheap card for its performance.

Cons: This card can only run most games on low-medium settings

Other Thoughts: It can play Minecraft just fine however if you want to play on medium settings for something like battlefield 3 you might want to over clock it

5 out of 5 eggsMore than what you pay for

Pros: Very powerful for the price
Includes low profile brackets
Doesn't need power connector

Cons: Only one gig of VRAM
Not powerful enough for heavy gaming

Other Thoughts: Bought this card because I wanted something cheap to stick in a school computer that could play TF2 and similar games. When it arrived, I brought it to school, unboxed it, put on the low profile brackets, installed it, and installed the drivers; all during a class (no one even noticed). Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 had recently come out, so I installed steam and downloaded it. I was blown away by what that card could do. It could play BO2 at maxed settings with the exception of anti aliasing and maintain 60fps! The only thing that held it back was actually the CPU. Couldn't recommend it more for someone who needs a small, cheap card for whatever reason.

If you aren't a gamer, just know that this card can handle most day to day use just fine, and if you need to upgrade, no harm done because it's cheap.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: 1. Has a fan on heatsink
2. Easy setup
3. Low profile bracket included

Cons: Even with fan it has a heating issue not sure the game starts to stutter on long period of time playing

Other Thoughts: Heatsink can be better but for a small cpu it works for your daily needs

5 out of 5 eggsFar Exceeded Expectation

Pros: I bought this card to save money planning to upgrade it after my build. I wasn't expecting anything amazing out of this card, but I overclocked it using the MSI Afterburner and it is perform far beyond my expectations. I have not tried any graphically intensive games yet, I have mostly been playing L4D2 and Portal 2, both at high settings. The card stays cool and quiet even at 100% fan speeds.
Doesn't need a power connector.

Cons: None that i can think of.

Other Thoughts: Great card to get for a budget build, overclock it and you won't be disappointed. Getting this card will save you money now and will last you long enough to save up plenty to spend on a high-end card later.

3 out of 5 eggsWas it worth it? Eh.

Pros: Cheap-o
A tad better than my Intel HD 4000

Cons: Stock fan settings resulted in overheating
Multiple, infrequent crashes since installment
Not really a con, but the NEXUIZ game you get for free is awful.

Other Thoughts: Bought this as I had $60 to burn, was feeling I needed a boost from my HD 4000 iGPU, and wanted to try out an AMD product. At first, everything installed and ran well, but soon after trying to test the first game, I got a BSoD. Afterburner saved a log, and I saw that the temperature was in the 50's. Fixing this was not a problem, however, as MSI's Afterburner software easily allowed me to customize the fan speeds (I prefer 0-40 degrees at 60%, anything higher at 100%).
Benchmarks are as follows, all at 1440x900 with a Core i7-3770k and 8GB DDR3 at 1600MHz:
Skyrim at Maximum settings WITH graphics mods, including the HRTP and a mesh improvement mod was playable, at 25-30 frames per second.
Chivalry at first ran on medium-high at 28-40 FPS, but now caps at 22, for some reason. Probably not GPU related.
GTA IV runs at high settings with playable frame rates of 25-35.
Kerbal Space Program, running windowed at 1366x7something, ran on fairly high settings, lagging graphically only when the camera looked at Kerbin.
SimCity 4, running at 1600x1200, runs on max settings, but that game is old anyways, so really anything can run it.
Battlefield 3 doesn't run, because EA forces you to run it through Battlelog and Origin, both of which never work for me. This is of course not GPU related, but I couldn't resist.

Despite these notably well visual performances, I have had multiple crashes that I did not have before buying this graphics card, including a few BSoDs and a lot of complete freezes with looping audio. It should also be noted that Intel HD 400 already ran pretty close to those settings with good frame rates, so this really isn't much of a boost.

In retrospect, I do regret purchasing this, as for only $10 more, I could have bought a 64GB SSD, which I would have noticed much more, or I could have put it in my pool of savings for a GTX 680.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing!

Pros: DEFINITELY worth the price. I can run BFBC2 on medium settings and Metro 2033 on medium-high.

The fan is very quiet, definitely a plus.

Cons: None, you get more than you pay for

Other Thoughts: Have 8gb ram and an FX-4100 @ 3.8Ghz on this machine
