4 out of 5 eggsmuch better than expected

Pros: very affordable, plays wow fine with a mixture of high and ultra settings, wei went from 3.9 to 4.3 on desktop graphics and from 5.1 to 6.2 on gaming graphics

Cons: only got 4 eggs because the install disk with mine would install everything except drivers, no biggie though, went to nivida and got them

Other Thoughts: see cons, however it is still possible to fix the issue

4 out of 5 eggsGood for the price

Pros: -Cheap
-Runs light games very well (like Minecraft or LoL)
-Runs a good amount of higher demanding games on low settings
-Low profile
-Cheap

Cons: -None

Other Thoughts: I'm not putting any cons because this card is good... It doesn't run great games because it isn't a high end card... I just retired the card because i upgraded but for about two years, this got me through a lot of gaming. Ill probably pop it into another pc for my sister or something.

PC Specs:
-AMD FX8350 Black
-NVIDIA GTX-770 TF OC Edition
-8GB Samsung GDDR3-2100
-1TB WD Caviar Green
-Apevia Warlock 750w PSU
-Razer Kraken 7.1, 3 Monitors, AZIO Mouse

4 out of 5 eggsGood middle-ground graphics card

Pros: Works out of the box with no hassles (just a driver install) on Windows 7 64-bit, comes with low profile bracket. Sufficiently handles my 24-inch monitor at 1920x1080 resolution. Video displays nicely, haven't tested it with video games.

Cons: The fan is audible, but not terrible.

Other Thoughts: This card is good for basic use, videos, etc. It's not a high-end gaming card, but it's sufficiently better than a lot of on-board graphics.

I bought this based on its specs... it was the best PCI-E x16 2.0 card I could find. Some motherboards that have the 2.0 slot have issues with 2.1 cards & higher - I didn't want to take the chance. The requirements are middle-ground, so I can use this in an older PC, but if I upgrade my motherboard down the road it will still be a viable option.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card for the money

Pros: Affordable and easy to install. Quiet fan. all ports work on card. All the drivers on disk are current from nVidia. Works GREAT in all Dell and HP desktops O bought 4 @ $47.99 I should have bought more.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: If I had an HDMI monitor I would run see if all 3 outs worked at the same time

4 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: The price for the performance of the card is really good especially if your trying to build on a budget. this card is a major improvement over my onboard and so far I'm very happy with it.

Cons: The only con I can think of right now is it does tend to run a little hot just idling is 32C/90F when ever i run stress test it has maxed at about 56C/136F other than that I am very happy with this card

Other Thoughts: As I said before if your building on a budget I would definitely recommend this card as it runs quite well for its price

4 out of 5 eggsWorkable Product.

Pros: -Solid replacement for on-board chipsets

-Versatile design allows for usage in low-profile, or regular sized cases.

-Perfect to run older games on.

-Price is hard to beat.

Cons: -Has a probability to overwrite and disable primary sound drivers.

-Low-profile bracket doesn't seat quite as firm as the regular sized one.

Other Thoughts: I love this card for the fact it's not purely intended for low profile but a multipurpose piece. I would have given it five stars but it took some doing to get it setup correctly. Now I will say first of all, the purpose I bought this for was to boost the GPU performance and capability for my HP dc5750.

I was happy to have bought this card recommended to me by a friend, however it does have a particular problem that can be a headache.

After mounting the smaller bracket onto the card I noticed it didn't actually mount to a snug fit but had some room to move after the screws had been tightened. It may require some tweaking as this can prevent the DVI/HDMI cables from being firmly secured.

Now onto the reason why I give it a four star rating. This might have been a freak incident from improper driver installation, but the drivers may force Nvidia sound to overwrite your current sound drivers (apparently this is included because of the HDMI port). Unless the HDMI port is being used, this can completely disable all other sound drivers.

Running on XP Pro, with Realtek Audio as my main driver, Nvidia's sound driver had completely disabled Realtek's installation. I tried re-installing both drivers and fully disabling/uninstalling the Nvidia audio option in Windows, but the drivers just replaced Realtek on reboot. I finally got down to checking my BIOS settings to find it had disabled my on-board chipset. I was able to disable/re-enable all the correct hardware from there and fix the problem.

Card still works fine and the sound does too. Just thought I would toss that up here in case anyone else manages to run into the same problem. Still totally recommending it for people wanting a cheap solution to running older games.

5 out of 5 eggs20% overclock and lots of VRAM

Pros: - Lots of VRAM for textures in games
- Overclocked 20% on GPU, 17% on VRAM
- Half height and quiet
- A great value, especially on sale

Cons: I can't think of anything that has left me disappointed.

Other Thoughts: My 9800 GTX finally died and I needed something as a temporary replacement until I decide which next gen card to install and this is a perfect replacement because I have the same experience as my older top-of-line card plus it's quieter.

I was surprised that I was able to run Battlefield 4 Beta with it. Admittedly, it looked like a slideshow @ about 6 FPS, but the textures sure looked good. It runs Battlefield 3 pretty well.

When I get a new "performance" oriented video card, I'm going to stick this thing in my file server and use the accelerated video transcoding that the CUDA cores enable, so this thing is going to have a long and happy life with me.
