2 out of 5 eggsMSI NEEDS A GAMING CASE

This review is from: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti GAMING DirectX 12 N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: DUE TO MSI BUILDING GOOD GAMING MOBOS IT WOULD BE FANTASTIC TO SEE AN MSI GAMING CASE TO GO WITH THEM, MY DAUGHTER LOVES DRAGONS THAT IS WHY
MOST OF THE COMPUTER PARTS I BUY ARE MADE BY MSI.

Cons: THIS WAS A GOOD GPU WHILE IT LASTED,BUT IT DIDN'T LAST BUT ABOUT 2 MONTHS AFTER THAT IT WOULD
CAUSE THE SCREEN TO TURN WHITE WITH NO SOUND OR PICTURE, TO GET IT TO WORK AGAIN I HAD TO
REBOOT THE COMPUTER. I MAY BE WRONG BUT I THINK IT NEEDS A SIX PIN POWER SOCKET ON THERE TO
GIVE THE GPU THE POWER IT NEEDS ,IF SO ADDING ONE WOULD LIKELY MAKE THIS CARD MUCH BETTER.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Budget Card

This review is from: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti GAMING DirectX 12 N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: This graphics card is one of the best budget cards you can get for a great price. It's really easy to install and set up. I've had this card for about 4-5 months now and no problems with it at all.
-Nice for people who are on a tight budget.
-Runs most new games on medium to high settings.
-Very Quiet and keeps very cool in my build.

Cons: -None that I could think of.

Other Thoughts: -I would recommend this card to anyone who is looking for a good budget card. But as this is a budget friendly card do not expect to max out the new AAA titles.

5 out of 5 eggsNice card. Handles everything I have tossed at it.

This review is from: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti GAMING DirectX 12 N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: Low power requirements and yet the power needed for most games. Factory overclock a big plus and can easily overclock higher than that. This can even run BF4 with good fps.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card

This review is from: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti GAMING DirectX 12 N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: Great card, cant complain anything for now. I cdnnow run programs i was having problem with using the 1gb card.

Cons: Non i can think of

Other Thoughts: The fan shroud was hitting the connector for the optical drive. What i did was trim a bit if the shroud just enough that it would fit while maintaining the integrity of the fans.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Card But I should Have Paid Attention

This review is from: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti GAMING DirectX 12 N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: Simple and easy install. I am becoming a fan of MSI. Bought one of their gaming laptops and it works awesome, so I went for this buy. Works great.

Cons: No con's that are MSI's fault.

Other Thoughts: Can't list this as a con, but I should have looked closer at the spec's. This is a great card, don't get me wrong, but it's a bit under-powered. At least for modern games. I don't plan to game hard with it, just some older steam stuff, and it's in the "guest" computer on the office so it does fine. Great quality build, though.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat video card for Mid to High end gamers

This review is from: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti GAMING DirectX 12 N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: -Has never gone above 40 degrees Celsius even while overclocked with MSI recommended OC settings and usually stays around 23 when least active.
-Runs very quiet.
-Surprisingly, doesn't require additional PCIe connector, so less cables to get in the way of airflow and less power consumption.
-Runs most games I've tested (Including Fallout 4, Subnautica, and TERA) with settings set to "High" at 45-60+fps in low-traffic areas and 25-50fps in high-traffic areas on average.
-2gb of VRAM which seems to be the minimum requirement of VRAM for gamers these days.
-Has VGA, DVI, and HDMI for any video connectors you might have.

Cons: -The only thing I can possibly think of is that it has fewer cuda cores and it consumes less power (less power hungry video cards usually don't perform as well as those that use PCIe cables). In my opinion this is pretty much negligible due to the increased VRAM and newer model/generation which allows it to continue outperforming the 650Ti. The 650Ti Boost has proven to be more powerful, but they are more expensive and very hard to come by these days.

Other Thoughts: I bought the 650Ti with 1gb of VRAM for about $25 more than this card. I highly recommend the 750Ti not only for its price but for its performance and capability. It is so much more for less.

5 out of 5 eggsTotally perfect

This review is from: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti GAMING DirectX 12 N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: This card does not have or need a 6-pin plug for power from the power supply. Running great with a EVGA 400 watt power supply. Skyrim Launcher set itself at Ultra High settings. Played about 6 hours non stop and according to MSI log GPU never got above 26 degrees C. I did change the fan speed on the GPU before hand. It is running tightly fit in a Mini Tower case with a i5 2400 CPU.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsAfter a year

This review is from: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti GAMING DirectX 12 N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: - i bought it because it was what i could afford, and i like msi.
- it works good enough for me so far as now i can play most games. like battlefield 4 and so on.
- I never have to worry about temps or anything, this is my first gpu so i think i will be shocked by high temps if i buy a more expensive card.
- just use the software to overclock it really easy.
- at the time it was a good bang for your buck, but probably not the best if you can afford more
- i have a 4790k now with this card, and i have a 350w or 320w power supply rofl no problems
- i started with htpc and am slowling going to build ultimate gaming machine, this is great item to use until pascal.

Cons: -now in this cycle its probably to late to buy a graphics card. just hold on to your money and buy a pascal card. i think thats what its called anyways. should be released 2016 maybe.
- but i can recommend that if you want to buy a similar pascal card, go for it, because this range of gpu perform higher than you think.
- at the same time dont expect it to run the newest games at 60fps, you have to balance your expectations.
- i can only guarantee that you will be able to play anything that comes out as long as you have a 4 core processor.

Other Thoughts: kind of a late review i bought it a year ago, so its really a tough choice to buy a 750ti at this time. I would personally wait. unless you have money lol.

1 out of 5 eggsI like the product, but It didn't ship with everything.

This review is from: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti GAMING DirectX 12 N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: As a first time builder, I found the card very easy to use. So far, it runs great and has handled everything I have thrown at it.

Cons: It didn't ship with a support bracket that is located opposite of the pci connector. If you buy this card, defiantly make sure to check for it as soon as you get it before any warranties or return policies expire. Without the bracket, the card could become prone to sagging, which could damage the card or even render it useless.

Other Thoughts: Overall, I recommend this product to anyone that wants an affordable card to outperform a console (which is what I got it for). However, keep in mind that it may not ship with all of its advertised prats and features. Always check for any missing parts as soon as you get them. In fact, I would use that as a rule of thumb when buying anything from this site.

I really liked newegg, but after this I don't think I'll buy from them anymore

Manufacturer Response:
