5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: I bought this as a cheap way to give my work provided desktop, dual monitor capability (using DVI). It works without a hiccup. It was quick and easy to install.

Cons: None...except I felt guilty for not sticking with Nvidia as I use on my gaming rigs... Oh well.. price wins when I have to pay for a part for a work PC....

Other Thoughts: This was a very cost effective solution to setup dual monitoring on a cheap work station.

3 out of 5 eggsNot good for gaming

Pros: Cheap, silent and consumes little power

Cons: I purchased this card as an upgrade from my old Radeon X600SE. X600 gave 20
FPS for the game "World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King" at low setting.
The new 3650 card gives 28...... I expected it to be more than 35

Other Thoughts: My PC is a Dell Dimension 5100
P4 2.8G
4G DDR2 memory
However, the motherboard only supports PCIexpress 1.0, that could be the problem.

1 out of 5 eggsDidn't work for me

Pros: Newegg refunded my money quickly and smoothly through their RMA process.

Cons: I was charged a ten dollar restocking fee by newegg for a card that was DOA.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this card for my Dell 8400 system that's running P4 3.2 Ghz HT, 3 GB DDR2 RAM, and 350 watt psu... I assumed ATI Radeon would be the best way to go beings it's what the computer uses now but unfortunately when I placed this card in my computer it caused my screen to become distorted and blurry at a very low resolution and when I tried to install the drivers from the disk or from their website it would prevent my computer from booting up...instead I got blue screen of death and could only boot in safe mode and no matter what driver I tried using I got same results. After contacting support the conclusion the card must of been defective so I RMA with newegg and got my money back minus the nineteen dollars for shipping and newegg's restocking fee.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty good card for entry level gaming

Pros: No extra power connection, lower power draw, good for OEM builds. 512MB of ram. Fan is quiet. Comes with DVI>VGA adapter. Played Crysis at 1280x1024, low/med settings and got an average of 20-30 fps, depending on what's going on in the game. Got to overclock it to 823 core and 864 memory with ATI Tray Tools. GPU temps stay fairly low when overclocked, 55c idle, 63c load. Good for a HTPC build.

Cons: Not the DDR3 version. For most newer games, this will only have playable frame rates at low resolutions, even then you will have to turn some settings down. AA is not good in the HD 3000 series.

Other Thoughts: If you aren't really into gaming, or just like to play older games, then this card may be a good for you if you just want to get away from on board graphics.

4 out of 5 eggsSecond Video Card

Pros: Very good mid grade graphics card for the money. Good quality output and response. If your computer supports it, these are great video cards to use the ATI Crossfire X technology. It is worth it for these mid grade cards to utilize that feature.

Cons: Not made to be pushed to the limit for 3D graphics.

4 out of 5 eggsNo Sugar Coating! Please Read

Pros: Comparable to the Nvidia 8600, but a little bit faster. Quality and performance is both excellent. Good price for the card. Runs at a decent temperature. Excellent with Vista standards but even better on XP. Par on super high end games (Crysis). Excellent on other high end games like Call of Duty 4, Unreal Tournament 3, DIRT, etc...

Gaming-4 out of 5
Power Consumption-5 out of 5
HD Play Back-5 out of 5
Price to quality ratio-5 out of 5
Noise-4 out of 5

Overall-5 out of 5

Cons: There's not much in this category. It overclocks well even with the stock cooling system so heat is not your worst enemy with this card. Stays at a decent decible even when working hard so noise level is fine. So I guess the only flaw is not with the card, it's with the ATI Catalyst Drivers. Do your self a favor and download Omega or NGO drivers instead. A whole lot better for gaming than Catalyst.

Note: As of this day, there are no Omega or NGO drivers for Vista so you folks are stuck with the bad Catalyst Drivers with this excellent card. Sorry...on behalf of Omega himself and NGO.

Other Thoughts: Test System Specs-Asus AI Life motherboard, Intel Pentium D 2.8GHz, Samsung 2GB DDR-667, Creative Labs Audigy 2 ZS, Thermaltake 430W, Western Digital 160GB, Lite On DVD-RW, 5x 80mm fans. Windows XP (Home and Pro), Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit. Omega driver for the videocard (XP only). Everything on stock settings.

Note: If you are contemplating about buying this card because of heat, stop thinking and start buying. My room is way beyond your average temperature so even with 5 fans going, it still blowing hot air in my case. But still no problems for me. If you don't like ATI but can't afford Nvidia, take a second look at this card. If your skeptical about online purchases, don't be. What separates Newegg to others is not only their price but their total customer service.

HOPE THIS HELP SOMEONE!

4 out of 5 eggsgreat card

Pros: great upgrade from my x1650 card. overclocks well, crysis on medium.

Cons: like all other ati cards anti aliasing seems to be a big issue with ati cards.

Other Thoughts: bought this on the 50 dollar sale. probably going to get better one by summer though.
