1 out of 5 eggsFailed after six weeks of use

Pros: Worked great while it lasted

Cons: After some light gaming for almost six weeks, square pixels started appearing while gaming and crashes the game while CPU and RAM hang

4 out of 5 eggsbetter than my 4550

Pros: better graphics than any other 80 dollar card u will find by a long shot.. plays almost everything i throw at it at max settings... love the design

Cons: shortly after i installed it the fan started rubbing the housing on the one i got and sounds horrible... im rma'ing it right now... the card gets very hot 76c and the further gpu from the fan gets hotter than the first.. but with afterburner u should be able to keep it cool with like 50 70% fan speed

Other Thoughts: hope they send me one with a good fan... but it seems like one heck of a card... best buy for the money

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for QuadFire

Pros: Price, Price, Price. Cards arrived in great shape and both run like champs.

Cons: Had to tighten a few screw on the back plate of one of the two cards i got...not a big deal, but worthy of an egg.

Other Thoughts: I replaced a HD 7950 to QuadFire in another machine with these and noticed my CPU usage dropped dramatically on my i5 2500k on my older title games at full settings. While your not going to run full tilt settings on the latest and greatest games, two of these will run older games incredibly. For the price you can't beat them. Not to mention that many games run DirectX 9 and these come with was a no brainer when I saw them.

5 out of 5 eggsPowerful Card

Pros: 3870 X2 for 80 dollars :)

Its 2012 I know, but two of these cards in quad sli will run all current games on high settings.

For only 160 dollars, its an absolute bargain.

Its refurbished, but that doesn't mean open box. I got these in their own sealed boxes (generic boxes, not retail boxes). Has a driver disc, molex to 6-pin, dvi to vga adapter.

Cons: First off, no free crossfire bridge on the box, so you have to buy your own.

Next, it only supports dx10.1, so no dx11 goodness.

I have these in quad crossfire X. Main GPU runs hot even on Idle. 76° on my CoolerMaster HAF 922 case. 85° on load.

The other 3 GPUS only reach around 75° while on load, and around 60° on idle.

Other Thoughts: I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is the first video card EVER that has FULL and STABLE driver support for quad - crossfire x (earlier quad crossfire card drivers were provided by manufacturers like Sapphire, not ATI). So if I'm correct, this means this card has a special little place in history.

4 out of 5 eggsoldie but a goodie

Pros: well for and older card this thing still has some decent potential for the gamer or designer on a budget. got one from an alternate supplier a few weeks ago and this cards not too far off from the performance of my ati 6870's (1 ati 3870x2 card is about 15% slower than two 6870's in my personal experience) for being an out dated card i do plan on buying another just because these are great to have as a good backup quad xfire set. planning to buy my second here since other sources proved to be quite unreliable

Cons: older card thats refurbished??? to me its kind of a plus tho that means that this card is actually tested before its shipped to you the consumer making doa's a lot less common

Other Thoughts: tacos rule
