2 out of 5 eggsAlmost exciting....

Pros: Played the games I tried on high settings(the most current was Deus Ex Human Revolution) I didn't have the chance to try any other recent games aside from Cryostasis.

Cons: As a Recertified video card it failed, whoever supposedly tested it must've spent like under 10 minutes with this card, it would corrupt and then crash even in IE, then in games it would have flickering in menus, then it would run fine for sometimes an hour and sometimes 10 minutes before freezing, corrupting, crashing, and then rebooting, FYI I had a fresh install of Win7 Pro.

Other Thoughts: Someone needs to wakeup and test these properly.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: cheap fast, card plays it great besides when (see other thoughts) 1360x768 bf3 @ ultra, low 35,avg 40fps , high
90. not sure if its quiet though my case fans are loud

Cons: ordered 2x to crossfire with my new build. the kick is,1 was a 6850, that was in a 6870 box, it came in the same box exact box as the real 6870 came in, i was P.ssed Off. i opened the 6850 first and was in shock didn't want to open other card till family said i should instead of sending both back

i think visiontek needs to do a little better Quality Control the 6850 had the graphics stickers peeled off the front of the card, so the card was completely black. this is the only way i think they could accidentally put a 6850 in a 6870 box. but if you could make that big of a mistake i would hate to see how QC is done. they looked exactly the same just 1 had the 2x 6pin pci-e and 6870 sticker
other was completely black/ unmarked except for stickers on the back of card. saying 6850

Process of RMA. hopefully newegg helps me with this 1
they should make the RMA text allow words

my opinion of visiontek is they seem dodgy in the QC. hit and miss id have to say but card seems to wor

Other Thoughts: bf3 is giving me problems after about 10 mins it starts to freeze. not the cards fault. (i hope) i herd bf3 need some new drivers.

*EDIT*
disablining my onboard realtek fixsing the freezing
but no i have no sound hope i can find fix for that

*Edit*
setting texture To high instead of ultra fixed it
also set shadows to high just to make sure

testing other games to make sure its not the card atm
so far only gotten mw2, BF3, MOH, and gta IV played each for aleast 2 hours straight and its good

boy is some one gonna be happy if they order a 6850 and get a 6870.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent value

Pros: I bought 2 of these to run in Xfire, and I could not be happier. They run very cool and rather quiet. Games like BF3 and SKYRIM run perfect at max settings @ 2048x1152

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: AMD FX 8120 @ 4.2ghz
