3 out of 5 eggsGo for the R9

Pros: Moderately good performance considering the price point.
Runs all new AAA titles well enough on mid settings.
Low operating temperature.
Quiet as can be.
Relatively low power consumption.

Cons: WILL NOT OVERCLOCK. Don't even try OC'ing it because you WILL get a BSOD after several minutes. although this card runs at a pretty low temp the heatsink and fans are flimsy and cheap and break easily. I wouldn't bother with AMD gpu's anymore unless you're willing to dish out the extra $ for a top of the line R9 card. It's back to Nvidia for me so I can get top tier performance without headaches.

Other Thoughts: Skip this one even though the price is enticing. Unless you can get an R9 just go with Nvidia like a real man would!!!

2 out of 5 eggsDon't waste your money

Pros: Very cheap card. Can run most new AAA titles relatively well.

Cons: Trouble running newer games on higher settings. Overclocking results in freezing up and crashes. Not worth what you pay for it. Save up for an Nvidia card.

Other Thoughts: In hindsight I would have just saved up the extra $30-50 and went with an Nvidia GTX series card. I will NEVER buy AMD GPU's again because of this card. I've heard good things about the R9 280's but for that kind of money you can get a much higher performing GTX card. Don't waste your money on this garbage.

1 out of 5 eggsCorrupted box on screen 3 months into usage.

Pros: Was cheap, runs most games really well when it's not bluescreening.

Cons: Kept getting random bluescreens on new computer build. After 3 months I started getting this white box full of corrupted pixels in Windows desktop, and artifacts in games/dxga accelerated video. Not overheating, not overclocked, just failing out. Outside of RMA window, going to try VisonTek's return path. Now it randomly locks up for no rhyme or reason.

5 out of 5 eggsModerately powered video card?

Pros: Price, Power, DirectX 11.2, 2gb ddr5. I recently purchased this card to upgrade from an AMD Diamond 4890 XOC card with 1gb ddr5 that supported Direct X 10 only.

The graphics are so noticeable due to the newer version of DirectyX allowing the card to render more visually pleasing graphics, smoke, effects, etc.

I can run every game so far on maxed out settings, the most intense of games bring the fps down to 30, most running at 45-60 fps or higher.

The fan isn't near as noticeable as my 4890 XOC when it spools up and overall was a great experience. This card was on sale for $140 (from $145) and came with two games (AMD Silver Package) with purchase.

Cons: The wifey didn't want me to buy another GTX 780

Other Thoughts: This is THE moderately priced video card that will get you into the current generation of high end, beautiful games that PC gamers want to play.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing!!!

runs at over 1,000Mhz BASE Clock (That's over 1Ghz)
Overclock-able to like 1500Mhz I think (That's 1.5 Ghz)
Performance Per Price ratio is absolutely insane $150 for all that performance and the TrueAudio Feature!
Very nice High Static Fans! never gets above 55C

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I bought two cards in anticipation for Crossfire X, I haven't got that set up yet, but let me tell you WITH ONE CARD I'm getting in-
BF3: 60/60 FPS Full settings
BF4: ~175/200 Full settings
DayZ: 49-56 FPS depending on if I'm in a forest or large City
