4 out of 5 eggsGREAT !!!!

Pros: Card hits 160fps high setting in source compared to a 90$ 9800xt which only did 70fps. Probably the best bang for the buck.

Cons: First one arrived DOA along with my kn8

5 out of 5 eggsnice

Pros: puts my 6800GT to shame. Nice card. Great service from Newegg (as is usual for them - always)

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: SInce I don't overclock I can't write about that, but I have used it for Call of Duty 2, Doom 3, and many others. Works great for World of Warcraft.

5 out of 5 eggs*Thumbs up*

Pros: Very easy to OC (if you feel it's necessary, I don't). Plays most games with 2x or 4x FSAA without skipping a beat. GREAT card for the money.

Cons: Says it needs a dedicated power chain (not plugged into anything else). This can be a pain to wire, but very well worth it in the end.

Other Thoughts: Went from a Radeon 9800 Pro (AGP) to this... and... just wow. Obviously the AGP to PCI-E stepup helped a lot but if you're in the market for a new video card, don't go AGP.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice card

Pros: EVGA makes solid cards. The 256 bit memory interface is a big selling point. The card is already OC'ed, nice for non-OC'ers who want more umph. The card still has more room to OC some more.

Cons: It has been replaced by the 7600GT which is a better card at the same price.

Other Thoughts: Bought this card for my wife, not realizing the 7600GT was due out in a month. However, it is holding its own against my 7600GT.

5 out of 5 eggsgood product

Pros: - Great pricing
- nice performance (scored 5400 3dmarks in 3dmark 05)

Cons: -the 7900GT came out 2 days after I ordered this
-the fan is loud but it quiets down after windows loads. (when I was installing windows on the PC it was loud, but once I booted to desktop for the first time I noticed the fan change speeds)

Other Thoughts: wish I woulda waited a few more days before getting my parts. I feel DUMB for getting this 2 days before the 7900GT and GTX came out

3 out of 5 eggsFast, but card is a little big, and fan is loud.

Pros: This card is fast, image quality is good. Lots of tweaking features. Card looks nice, too. Appears that the card will not block an adjacent PCI slot since the heatsink is thin.

Cons: eVGA could have done something a little different than just use the same old HSF that everyone else is using. The fan is somewhat noisy. Not super noisy, but not as quiet as it should be. Also, the card is a little bit long. Long enough to block some components on your mobo, like on mine, it blocks 2 SATA ports.

Other Thoughts: Things to check for before purchasing: you'll need 3 inches clearance past the end of your PCI-e slot to allow room for this card. Also, if a noisy fan bothers you, you'll need to look for a lesser card that doesn't need a noisy fan, or you'll needto buy an aftermarket HSF.

5 out of 5 eggsLooking for that sweet spot?

Pros: This card is proving to be a real work horse and excellent value if you're looking for that sweet spot (Price/Performance). I am runnning it with no issues on WOW and F.E.A.R. Performance is good and steady and there are no overheating issues. It comes already overclocked and runs stable - I just updated my system to the Gigabyte g1975 MB and this card intergrates very well. Consider what you get - 12 pipes, high speed ddr3 ram, and 256 bit interface. I feel this card will serve me quite well into the future.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Buying a Video Card has become a challenge and one has to really shop carefully. NewEgg really makes this process easier than any other source I have seen. I've even written one of the popular Brick/Mortar houses and suggested that they come to newegg.com to learn how to do it! Kudos to NewEgg.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: - Great Frame Rates
- Copper Core HSF
- Games Look Great
- Easily Overclockable

Cons: - Big and Heavy (fits easily in my case though)

Other Thoughts: I have this card running at 529 core and 1.2 memory and it doesn't even get hot. Awesome performance for the price. Newegg got it to me in 2 days.
