Still waiting
- Pros: Great graphics for the price!
- Cons: Got the black screen and the computer restarts every time I get in high stress situations. Not heat issuses.
- Other Thoughts: Contacted evga and they said it was a defective card. They're sending me a new one now... I have yet to see if it works!
- Pros: When its working right this is a very nice card thats hard to beat at this price.
- Cons: I got two of these when they first came out earlier this year. I have had to RMA both cards and the ones I have now are starting to go out as well...
- Other Thoughts: I'm not saying don't get this gpu just make sure you know what you're getting yourself into.
Rig: Antec 900, ASUS Striker II Formula, Intel Core 2 Duo E6850, 2 gig Mushkin DDR2 1066, WD Caviar SE16 500gig hd, Antec 550watt psu, and two of there in SLI.
Good Price/Performance
- Pros: Nice price to performance ratio. my MB doesn't do SLI so I can't comment on this. Runs all modern games (crysis, AoC, etc) with high detail.
- Cons: To max all settings in modern games you'll have to run 2 of these in SLI
- Other Thoughts: Still able to squeeze a little OC.. even though it is factory OC'd.
