Good card for price
- Pros: I have the PNY version but I bet there pretty much the same so I will comment on this. I do some graphic design and play some games on, it nothing really big. I play sims 2, CSS, SL and battlefield 2. It runs all these really well I was surprised. Card is capable of HD quality and has a high resolution. Overclocks well enough. I overclocked my core clock to 639 mhz, I heard of people killing it at 650, but could go higher if you keep the temp. under 105 C. I am not going any higher, right now runs at 70 C under full load. Runs stable, no trouble with it.
- Cons: I wish it had more processors on it, 16 seems low. Card looks kinda wimpy to, I wouldn't brag about it. If it was bigger and looked more like a beast then I would have it in a clear side panel case :)
- Other Thoughts: My rig,
Amd Phenom II X4 Quad at 2.8 Ghz ECS 790 GXM Black Series motherboard Ripjaws 4 gb (2x2gb) ddr3 at 1333Mhz 9400 gt Overclocked to 639 mhz
Runs SL at 30 fps minimum on high settings Runs CSS at 218 fps average on high settings Runs BF2 on high settings no problem, not sure about the fps

Poor cable included, but otherwise does its job.
- Pros: Does what it says it does. No hassles. Works as advertised.
- Cons: The eSATA cable that shipped with it was terrible. Needed to shave 2mm or so off the end of each before it would work. Didn't have an extra cable to try when I first hooked it up and couldn't figure out why the USB worked but the eSATA didn't.
- Other Thoughts: Really handy to have for transfering files. Better than buying individual enclosers or just 'retiring' drives.
