1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Can run most video games at pretty good settings.

Cons: Crashes randomly a lot for the first 6-8 months, then stops having the random crashes for a year, then randomly starts crashing again.

1 out of 5 eggs100% Garbage

Pros: Ran great for about 20 days...And thats about it.

Cons: Had to under clock card to get it to work, That lasted about 4 months. 3 days ago, card quit working..Replaced card with another card I have and worked perfectly. Highly disappointed with this video card. Talked to Customer support multiple times about this piece of junk. Sending card back to EVGA today for a RMA. I requested that they replace it with a different model, Highly doubt they will.

Other Thoughts: I will post more once I get their wonderful product back from RMA...

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

I do apologize if the card is not working properly. If you have any issues with the replacement or setting up the RMA please contact me directly: Matth@evga.com

3 out of 5 eggsWorks great, kinda

Pros: Runs cool, rebate came quickly, easy to install and set up drivers.

Cons: Playing WoW I still get a lot of graphics lag, even though I replaced mobo, processor, this card and RAM all at the same time. My IT guy says its because I'm still using Windows XP. Hopefully after I upgrade to Win7 this won't be an issue anymore.

Never got the Adobe Elements bonus, don't know if that's a Newegg or EVGA issue. Took off 1 egg for that, as it was a selling point to me.

Other Thoughts: For the most part it works great. Can run WoW with all graphics settings on high unless I raid. Raiding still have to lower them, which kind of defeats the purpose of me buying a new card to begin with.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

I do apologize if you are having issues with WoW. If the problem is game specific you may need to contact Blizzard. If the issue persists in multiple games please contact our 24/7 technical support (888)-881-3842

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Bought 2 of these at a hundred apiece after MIR. One was for my little brother's computer, the other for a friend. Both cards run great for them. Wasn't looking for anything particularly high powered just a good deal. My brother's been running Starcraft 2 at high specs which is about all he needs. For my friend, anything above integrated graphics is a novelty. But we've been running games my friend's never played before on this card.

My friend also runs Arch linux with this card with the Nvidia proprietary drivers. Haven't had a problem on the Linux front either.

Cons: One of the cards had its sticker seal ripped open. However the card still worked great. Haven't had a problem yet.

1 out of 5 eggsWorked Well But Broke Quickly

Pros: Did what it advertised, worked very well.

Cons: Broke after 93 days, and EVGA offers a 90 day warranty. Incredibly disappointing.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

I am sorry to hear your card isn't working properly. Your card is a "TR" product and carries a 2 year warranty. Please contact our 24/7 technical support so we can assist you with an RMA (888)-881-3842

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome for the price

Pros: Bought two of these to run in SLI. Got my $30 rebate check in under 4 weeks from EVGA and sold my copies of Adobe Elements on Fleabay for $75 each, scoring me two brand new 460 cards for just under $30 brand new. Can't beat that! $60 spent for performance that beats out a 560 Ti costing over $200.

Cons: Cards do not overclock too well, can only OC about 6% before seeing artifacts and other visual issues in games.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card for the price

Pros: This card is awesome. I play World of Warcraft and I had lag issues in high graphic areas.. Works great does what it supposed to do. I was happy that it came with power adapters that fit Molex power connectors so the card could get enough power. I did however run out of connectors so I cut some out of an old burnt out PSU and wired them into mine. (had to do this with my Sata HDDs for extra connectors after I broke one)

Cons: Mini HDMI port. Not really a con since they pack dongle in the box with the card to hook up to a full sized HDMI. Other con was I had trouble installing the software off the CD/DVD that came with the board. Had to pull it off the web. I got a critical stop with the message "not authorized" has something to do with a portion of their software that is protected so only customers that own a EVGA unit can use.

Other Thoughts: I didn't like the fact that I had to register and setup a user name and password to download the software for this card (not the drivers just the 'extras') Decided to register my card at the same time and e-mail EVGA a copy of my invoice for warranty info.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great value for the price, especially if you can get it on sale. Seems to run quite cool. Also seems quite quiet to me, sure teh fan ramps up a bit when gaming but either I have the game volume turned up or I have headphones on, so whats the big deal?

Cons: Not really a con, but it uses 2x PCIE 6 pin power connectors.

Other Thoughts: I worked for a computer store and eVGA warranty is very easy to deal with. I would say, be sure to go and register your product with them for best results in case you need warranty later.

5 out of 5 eggsGood for the price

Pros: Very cool and stable.

Cons: Card was a bit small so it did not fit the back panel so I couldn't use the HDMI. It is compare to a 8800 GTX.
