4 out of 5 eggsEasy installation/use, great card.... but

Pros: VERY easy installation. No need for CD - but did update drivers online once started using.

Cons: Needs instructions to take advantage of promoted feature of card. (see below) otherwise, none.

Other Thoughts: I needed to take advantage of changing the card from a long slot to small slot. It looked very straightforward (and was).

However, I wanted to confirm my guess re: changing footprint and height of the card(s).

Though it says on outside of box it has this capability/feature, no where in the documentation does it provide directions. After about half hour of searching their website/forums. I was able to confirm my guess and very easily take advantage of the feature.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card for older comp

Pros: Great card to upgrade an old dual core desktop for my son to play Minecraft on. Installed, Windows picked up the new hardware automagicly. Works great for a simple graphics upgrade.

Cons: It can't handle too high of graphics, but for this little card i was not expecting much.

Other Thoughts: Works perfect for the function i needed it for.

1 out of 5 eggsEhhhh

Pros: No Fan- love that as last Video cards fan stopped working after a year the card finally burnt out.
-Made by evga i love evga products
Cost- was cheap as cant afford much right now after holidays

Cons: Doesnt feel like a 1gb card at all... feels more like a 256mb card power -_-

Other Thoughts: Well I had a Equivalent spec ATI card that finally burnt out due to fan stopped working in it, have 1gb ram, ddr3. That card could play Archeage, Elderscrolls series with NO problems at a high setting.... Had to replace the card so got this one. And even Medium settings is terrible.... it runs like garbage! if your looking for a cheap replacement this is not the card for you as it sucks.

5 out of 5 eggsSuits me well

Pros: Inexpensive, drives 2 monitors (one full HD TV, one 1680x1050 monitor), works as advertised. Took a big load off the CPU and memory and really made video stream/display better.

Cons: Might run a bit warm driving 2 monitors, but well within specs. Driver download is HUGE (161 MB).

Other Thoughts: I needed to drive a TV that didn't have a VGA input (the only output on my computer). Plus, I wanted to drive a second monitor. Plugged it in, the computer recognized it and disabled the onboard video. Then I installed the drivers (which I had previously downloaded).

I don't game, I don't stream many videos. I mostly just needed 2-monitors. One is driven by HDMI, one by VGA (It also has DVI, but you can't use both digital outputs at the same time; you have to use the one analog and either one of the digital outputs. No big deal; I've been getting along fine with VGA for years.)

Running just the monitor, the temperature runs about 60C (140F). Setting Windows desktop to span both monitors raises the base temp to about 68C. But I've never seen the temp rise above 72C (160F). EVGA says not to worry as long as it's below 105C.

Running one monitor, the GPU would drop back to a lower speed (and lower power draw), but driving both monitors, it stays at 520 MHz and 1000MV power. But again, no problem.

The computer is a 6-year old Compaq CQ5110F with a 300-watt power supply. Works fine.

EVGA's Precision X16 software lets you monitor the temp and other stuff, but it's pretty bad, and most of the options don't work with this very basic card. Don't bother.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Budget Video Card

Pros: - Price is spot on for two output video card (DVI+HDMI/VGA+HDMI)

- Low Power Consumption

- Low Profile Brackets included

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: This card was great in bringing my 5 year old's HP compact machine back to life. He decided he wanted to start playing Minecraft about 1.5 years ago and the computer really never could deal with it (thank goodness for this tablet). He started getting into Mods and depended heavily on his aging computer. What was I to do?

The Graphics "Windows Experience Index" score did go from 2.3 to 4.4. I figured that was pretty decent.

Minecraft always ran "fine" but had hiccups at times and had a lag when he sweep the horizon with the mouse. After installing this cheap card, he no longer experienced hiccups and he was super excited.

We are only currently running a 19" HDTV via VGA to the computer but this card gives added options for DVI and HDMI. This is a great budget card for this type of application. Thanks EVGA and Newegg!

4 out of 5 eggsGood card

Pros: Great price for a good little card. Got it for my daughters older emachines so she could play games on it.

Cons: Runs on the hot side due to the heat sink being lower quaility.

Other Thoughts: Either install a better heatsink or something with a fan. Other than that. Its really brought the little machine to life for gaming.

5 out of 5 eggsCompletely Satisfied

Pros: Used as an upgrade to the built-in graphics on a media PC. Drives a Samsung 40" TV over the HDMI interface. Works great, both video & audio. Totally quiet, having passive cooling. Recognized by Ubuntu Linux as well as Windows 7. Used mostly to browse and stream Netflix.

Cons: No major cons, considering the price. Sometimes when streaming a video something in the system can't handle full screen, full resolution. But I'm not sure this card is the bottleneck. Might be the PC.

Other Thoughts: Gamers should do their homework; this might not be enough.

5 out of 5 eggsStill Relevant

Pros: It's a dated card, but it still has plenty of value and worth the purchase.

A few Pros:
1) 3-way output, dual monitor.
2) Basic low-settings gaming and youtubing.
3) Less strain on older computer motherboards with integrated graphics .Computers from about 2009-2010 might benefit from this card if this is the first graphics card in that system.
4) Affordable.

Cons: No cons, just an older card, but still very relevant for today for casual computer use.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastico!!!

Pros: Good price. Good performance. Did EXACTLY what I needed it to do.

Cons: Less than zero.

Other Thoughts: Was encountering a processing bottleneck with gobs of 2D (non-gaming) data on my budget i3-2120, HD 1000 graphics machine. A friend suggested a low-cost video card and decided on the EVGA GeForce 210 because of price + 1GB memory minus the fan. Instant, amazing increase in overall performance and video/graphics quality.
