Pros: -great design on the air flow for these. very little heat gets out the front (where the connectors are), mostly all heat is dissipated in the rear.
-nice sleek design
-performance is GREAT once you get past defects (or hope you dont have any)

Cons: -these cards run HOT. at high setting/ultra, im running dirt 2 at about 85c, AC3 on ultra at 84c. but all other games (bf3, bo, bo2, mw2, ect) are all right around 70c.
-with how hot these get you would think it would be easier/more common to be able to get a block for these... i had to have custom order from ek...
-last pet peve, ive RMAed these idk how many times. seems to ALWAYS be the vram. thats what other people say on forums too. thats the one bad thing about these cards. be careful OCing... and once you get your new card, hope its a good one

Other Thoughts: really for the money, single or even sli, these cards are great. they should of watched the vram more than they did but its ok. ive been running for 3 months now, no RMA, and theyre fine. as long as theyre in warranty and you can RMA, youre ok.
-other thought, sell them right before warranty expires, get better cards? theyre great cards, just cant do much with bad vram and a expired warranty... :\ (unless you pick up extended warranty)

Pros: I like the extra room in my case compared to other cards which can easily touch the HDD drive cage.

EVGA support is second to none. I cannot emphasize enough the security of a lifetime limited warranty.

I cannot say anything bad about the performance.

Cons: 1.) The card did not display on POST. It worked OK after Windows came up. I'm not sure if that's incompatibility with the BIOSTAR motherboard or not. I opened a few cases and did a lot of troubleshooting. I found a workaround but then the card eventually stopped displaying in Windows as well so I had to submit an RMA.

2.) I missed out on my rebate. It's really my fault I feel the nature of the promotions can be unforgiving. Like you have to pretty much mail out your stuff right when it arrives.

Other Thoughts: I'm going through the RMA process now and EVGA has good support with speedy response via their website. They offer cross-shipping if you cannot wait for the round-trip.

The main idea is that you buy one and then hopefully that same card comes down in price when you're thinking about upgrading to SLI. I don't see that happening.... maybe it's just too soon but I would like to see this priced a little lower with more newer technology available.

Pros: - REASON: Great card, I am ordering my second GTX-570 because I'd like to use SLI and get a bit more performance for my gaming. Using a single card you'll be able to play most new games at ultra/high graphics settings with a decent fps, but lately I'm finding I'm only getting 30 fps or even lower.

- PRICE: I don't have it in the budget for the latest and greatest so I figure running dual 570's should do the trick without spending a lot of money. Very affordable option for those looking for a decent card and wanting to play the newer games and get the best graphics.

- PERFORMANCE: You can overclock them, but you don't really need to deal with that. Overclocking just overheats them, but for the most part the built in fans keep it steady, haven't had any issues. I do livestreaming so they are put to the test and hold up well.

Cons: - Haven't had any issues, they're getting a bit dated now as far as performance and benchmarking, but that's expected.

Other Thoughts: Haven't had any issues, just looking to upgrade to dual GTX-570's and keep my machine up to date and get a higher fps for streaming my games live.

Pros: Play pretty much any game, I have the HD DS version, Puts off less heat, takes less room and runs cooler.

Cons: power draw

Other Thoughts: PC baby, It does not take 1k PSU to run SLI. ANd good name brand 750watt PSU will work just fine

Pros: It's reliable, fast, can play any game I throw at it.

Cons: The fan makes a loud metallic squeal when it ramps up when the card gets hotter, also under load it hits up to 90C sometimes even more, I don't think that is right because other owners have reported only 65-75C under load.

Other Thoughts: When I first had this card it was fine but suddenly the noise started to happen.

Pros: This card never disappointed me. I have this setup as SLI and its performance is equivalent to the gtx 590. The only time it falls behind the gtx 590 is when some games require more memory.

Cons: SLI setup draws a lot of power (i need a 1kw psu) and generate a lot of heat.

Other Thoughts: Man! it's getting cheaper and cheaper every month. If you can afford, I recommend it. Better yet get the one with double memory.

Pros: I leased this through cutting edge in December, no complaints what so ever..
its superclocked but I'm pushing it more to 851 and 1700 shaders stable. average temp when gaming (bf3, assassins creed, mw3:ultra settings) is 55-60c warm but not too bad.
the fan REALLY blows the air out.
I "purchased" back when it was nearly $400... now its a LOT cheaper and still worth the money.
nice and small. I had this in a nzxt lexa s and still had room, not I'm in a bitfenix colossus.
I'm ordering a second one next week, watch for second review with sli specs.

Cons: other than than small stuff, really are no cons.

Other Thoughts: if you're going to OC, please take my word, be careful above 850 mhz... this is my 3RD one due to frying lol but as I said in cons, I'm stable at 851/1700.
slightly power hungry? I have a 650w psu and I may need 850-1000 for a second card...
if you're looking to watercool, as I am, stay away from this card. its somewhat difficult to find a block for this. its almost a special order. :(

Pros: Runs BF3 very well on some High and some Ultra specs, with no Motion Blur, 1920 x 1080 res, and 2xMSAA at 56 max FPS, 24 min FPS. Running 30C idle in my Aurora R3, can get up to 60C with fan running at 65%. Excellent card, upgraded from GTX 560 and tried a CFX 2x6850 config. Prefer this single 570.

Cons: Can run a bit loud.

Other Thoughts: EVGA offers overclocking tools if you register your card (although I have not tried to oc this card). They also offer benchmarking tools.

Pros: runs anything that i throw at it without a problem, peak temperature at around 75 degrees Fahrenheit when running Crysis 2 at maximum graphical detail with around 40 FPS and i get up to about 80 degrees on skyrim at maxed graphics running around 45 FPS. Handles like a champ. Will definitely hold me over until i can afford to live out my inner enthusiast.

Cons: once in a while have about a 10 FPS drop in game while playing league of legends not sure if it's the card or a software flaw in the game itself but closing the game and re opening it fixes the problem

Other Thoughts: i am definitely an EVGA fanboy after this buy.

Pros: Card is pretty dang fast on any game you throw at it. It struggles on BF3 ultra settings though. Has plenty of ports and this thing will run pretty fast in SLI. Lifetime warranty is great.

Cons: This card runs hot. The cooler on it sucks, I'm not going to like, you need some good airflow or this thing will heat up. The cooling alone was enough to take off an egg. I would recommend the reference design, it has a better cooler. I wouldn't really recommend this card anymore, the 670's are out and they have better temps and specs. If you do want a 570, get the one with more VRAM.
