5 out of 5 eggsBeast of a card

Pros: it's a fairly powerful card (even now)
It's 2GB
It has lasted me a while (currently making a whole new computer with a 760)
Can play BF3 (my system was kinda weak at the time, this was the only reason the game was enjoyable)

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: had this since 2012, it's been kicking ever since

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price

Pros: Cool, quiet, smooth running video card. This card is great for the price, and can do anything you want if your needs are high level gaming.

Cons: None

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: With a 1600x900 native screen I can play all my favorite games like Battlefield 3 on ultra with 60-70fps.
Its fairly quiet and I used the Percision X program it came with to adjust the fan settings to only run high rpm when I'm gaming.

Cons: It's a fairly hot card. I have a Azza Toledo 301 case that It sits in and I feel it gets adequate air flow. I do not feel much airflow through the I/O bracket though (that's where the card is meant to exhaust)

Other Thoughts: I like the card, I got it when it was on sale so I feel it was a worthy buy. This was my first after market card.

5 out of 5 eggsEVGA does it again...

Pros: Amazing card; plenty of performance power, 2Gb is a great boost for heavy graphics requirement, and a nice sleek design - hard to ask for more.

Cons: A bit cramped for mid-sized towers, but you'll come across that issue with any new-gen card.

Other Thoughts: Really hoping to get a second one - come on EVGA, I know you have a secret stash of these somewhere...

5 out of 5 eggsWonderful card

Pros: Good quality of image. High to ultra on Skyrim. Never drops frames. Like for anything. Would highly recommend if a smooth gaming experience is the goal.

Cons: For the price I bet a card with much higher capacity could be bought but I bought this to never drop frames and thats exactly what I got.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent for the money

Pros: I've had this card for about 3 months with zero problems. Just like the previous reviews stated: one-step install, quiet fan, and plenty of VRAM for heavy texture loads. The 2GB card is also excellent for video editing, hard-core Photoshop work, or 3D modeling. For less than $200, it rocks in so many ways that it is a super value.

Cons: Like my othe EVGA cards, I haven't seen an issue. One finally died a couple years back (after about 5 years of hard use), but they RMA'd me a new card that was about 5x faster at no cost.

Other Thoughts: Wish I would have bought 3 more.

1 out of 5 eggsshame

Pros: I was a good buy for the money.

Newegg gets a BIG 10 from me for their service.

Cons: A fin was broken out of the box & apparently it has an internal issue as well. Due to the fact I needed a card on my comp. I installed it but was a big Zero. I not have to send it back & not looking forward to that process. I have been very lucky over the yrs. With ordering items like this so I can’t be too upset with just one bad buy.

Newegg can’t be held responsible for a suppliers error in production. Newegg gets a BIG 10 from me for their service.

Manufacturer Response:

Hi,

I am very sorry to hear that you had this issue. Please give us a call at 888-880-3842 so we can help get this resolved for you.

Thanks,
Brandon B

5 out of 5 eggsExceeded Expectations

Pros: I highly recommend this card for the casual gamer like myself. It's quiet, sleek and stays cool under load. Playing Skyrim (w/ hd textures), starcraft II and diablo III all maxed at 1920x1080 is no problem - this card cuts through it like a hot knife through butter.

I bought this card with skyrim in mind. I was willing to sacrifice a few core clock mhz for an additional gb of vram - well worth it.

-came w/ hdmi to mini hdmi converter
-came w/ vga to dvi converter

Cons: Are you kidding?

Other Thoughts: If you're near the west coast beware: newegg uses a delivery company called OnTrac. Do you research people, they have an average rating of 1.5/5 stars, and I found that out the hard way. If I were you I would call Newegg customer service and specifically request UPS or FedEx to deliver, not OnTrac.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid performance

Pros: EVGA performance and price, 2GB great deal

Cons: Appearance is bland looking...Come on EVGA! How about some flames or colored racing stripes. Thin plastic shell casing.

Other Thoughts: This is my current ‘go to’ standard video card on system builds for clients. I first used them while putting together a couple of Sony Vegas Pro HD video editing workstations. One used the 1GB Ti version and the other was this 2GB model, the performance was just as good using this card on dual monitor outputs. I have never had a problem with any of the many EVGA cards I’ve used and all my rebates were received within a month. On a price-performance point, when EVGA is offering a rebate (which they do all the time), this card is impossible to beat...Only negative was that the current Newegg deal has the free Duke Nukem game coupon with the rebate, and I was charged the tax ($6.50) on the game being in Canada.

4 out of 5 eggsGtx 560

Pros: This card is a very good gaming card. Plays all games that i have tried at a resolution of 1280x1024. at Max settings...
skyrim, BL2, BF3.

Cons: This card feels very cheap, Just the plastics though. Feels like your holding air almost. If i were you. I would get a 7850, or a 6870. They perform better and are better made

Other Thoughts: Performs Well
