5 out of 5 eggsGreat performance/price

Pros: Great performance for the price, runs Skyrim beautifully, way colder than my older GTS-8800, so there is room for overclocking still without additional cooling system. Would buy another one for SLI if I could.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsGreat price /proformace ratio

Pros: Runs great, 2 fans is great, looks awesome. Nice power connections. And its EVGA, what else you need :) Got 2 in SLI. I can run ANY game on ultra with out any problems

Cons: It does run alittle high.. In SLI this card hits 67-69c in crysis 2, with DX11 & Res pack. Does not come with back plate and you can not get one for it :( Fans do get LOUD and Me personally, i think it should have bigger heatsink!! Its got alot of power for suck a small one..

Other Thoughts: Still you cant go wrong wtih it.. I get great FPS in any game i play, and that was b4 SLI

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card, great temps

Pros: First off, I don't understand why some say it has bad temps, i have this in SLI and it doesn't even surpass 65 degrees while playing battlefield, maybe im just lucky, who knows. I love that this card is 9.4 inches, shorter than my first EVGA 570 which makes things very convenient for getting cables around, i wish i got this as my first card. The speeds are even clocked a tiny bit higher than my first 570. The dual fan cooling solution looks, and performs great. I highly recommend this card to anyone looking for a 570!

Cons: None that i can think of!

Other Thoughts: It won't buy MW3 for me :(

5 out of 5 eggsUpdate 2

Pros: Great card since the replacement. New egg rocks. Very helpful with the whole replacement. Small problen that new egg stepped up to the plate with. This is the reason that I do busniess with them they rock.. Evga Was also very helpful with all of the process. This is my fifth build and have use evga parts for most.. Great company.

Cons: Having to ship the card back. Are they checked before shipment?

Other Thoughts: Still think that newegg andEVGA both do a great job ...just had a few hoops to just through.

3 out of 5 eggsNot working with BF3 so far

Pros: Fast

Cons: Not working for battlefield 3 at all when i put it on Ultra settings. I can get in game for a a few minutes and then it will crash. There are a lot of topics on EVGAs forums about updating the firmware but there is no firmware the the 1577 card. Get the other one.

Other Thoughts: I also didnt notice that this one didnt have a lifetime warranty! the other ones do for the same price.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

I do apologize if you are having problems with BF3. As the game is still brand new there are reports of crashing and other issues. Nvidia is working with EA on fixes to the driver and patches for the game to alleviate these issues.

1 out of 5 eggsupdate

Pros: probably a good card if the new one works

Cons: This card failed the oc scan and evga recommended that I send it back. I have to say they are very helpful with thier support. They offered to pay for the shipping although I I sent it back to newgg (faster) Newegg cross shipped the new one . As usual they are great to deal with. Just sucks that it will be another week

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

I am sorry to hear you had to RMA the card. If you experience any issue with the replacement from Newegg please contact me directly so I can work with you on this issue, Matth@evga.com

2 out of 5 eggsBuy the non-DoubleShot version!

Pros: Very powerful card that provides good bang-for-your-buck.

Cons: Believe me when I say that this card is LOUD... If you plan to run any kind of modern game that might stress this card and don't have a case that's completely soundproof, be prepared for constantly annoying noise that's really distracting.

The noise is completely unnecessary! About a month after I purchased this card for myself, my friend bought the non-DoubleShot version of this card (EVGA GTX 570). It was MUCH, MUCH quieter and produces identical heat levels and framerates.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

I do apologize if the older driver didn't work in your system. We always recomend you go to http://www.evga.com/support/download/ and download the latest driver for any of our graphics cards. If you ever have an issue with an EVGA product please contact our 24/7 technical support so we can assist you. I am glad to hear that is it currently up and running properly, enjoy the gaming!

5 out of 5 eggsBad Start, Excellent Recovery

Pros: Powerful card, great price, excellent customer support and service.

Cons: First card was DOA, but RMA process was easy and fast.

Other Thoughts: I haven't put this card through it's paces yet, but it seems to handle anything I can throw at it.

The first card I received was DOA. EVGA has excellent customer service. A representative spent time troubleshooting the card over the phone before determining the card was defective. Since I only had the card for a day, EVGA paid for the shipping both ways and the turn around time from RMA to new video card was about a week and a half.

EVGA even changed the serial number automatically on my registration to reflect the new card.

I'll post an update with card performance after I log a few hours playing Arkham City.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I got this version of the card since my room can be quite hot in summer, so i opted for better air flow. It didnt get close to getting hot on warmer days. Though now its fall so im sure i will see zero heating issues. Thus far it has run extremly well with my new machine. I can run everything at best settings with no problems. Im sure some tweaking could make things look even better, but sometimes im just lazy about it. I have yet to do any overclocking, but overall i more then likly dont need too.

Cons: Can sometimes be a little loud, but only when im really pushing it on games.

Other Thoughts: THough i say it can be a little loud(my computer is dead silent otherwise) it is significantly less noisy then my last computer.

As of right now i am very sattisfied with this product.

I got this before free Batman Arkham City was being offered. So i called Newegg a week afterwords and they happily gave me my free copy. So huzzah to newegg as well.
