1 out of 5 eggsEVGA

Pros: none

Cons: Had to be replaced shortly after warranty - barely used it - it was for a secondary computer that was used maybe 30 times total. Third EVGA card I'm very unhappy with (9800GTX Black, 670GTX Black, and this one). Cards constantly fritz out with artifacts all over screen then crashing while barely doing anything. High airflow cases with only the stock OC's from evga. Never buying EVGA again...

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Roderick F,

I am sorry hear about the troubles you are having with your video card. There are a few components that can cause artifacting, directly and indirectly. If you have experienced this with multiple video cards, then you may want to consider looking into your power supply or RAM. I don’t recall EVGA releasing a a 9800GTX Black Edition or GTX 670 Black Edition. That is more of a XFX Trademark. I would encourage you to contact our 24 hour Technical Support team by phone 1.888.881.3842 and pressing option 1 or by email so that we can further assist you.

5 out of 5 eggsExceptional

Pros: Very good fps while gaming. I'm currently debating getting another one to run in SLI.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I'm a little disappointed that it didn't come with anything else but the card, but that's what you get when you buy a refurbished video card.

4 out of 5 eggsWas good, for a while.

Pros: It runs every game great! Minecraft GLSL mods at 27 fps stable. And BF3 too.

Cons: If it overheats, driver crashes, if that happens, it crashes OS, so make sure to get the OC software to keep the thing in check. Also, you cannot get a refund sadly.

Other Thoughts: Really Newegg? No refunds on this? I have enough to buy a 660 ti, but now I can't.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Price! Works Great

Pros: I will start this off with that I bought 2 of these cards to run in SLI. One alone runs games quite well, however I only tested it on Skyrim, and Grid 2 they both ran with great frames.

The card is more stable than the regular 560.
Arrived in great condition

In SLI they run superbly

Cons: ZERO.

Other Thoughts: I have not had the chance to give the cards the test of time. I will report if there are any issues in the future.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks So Far

Pros: slightly better than standard 560.

Cons: Didn't come with SLI bridge.

Other Thoughts: Hoping that the card continues to work flawlessly, I already ordered another to run with it SLI.

3 out of 5 eggspowerful card, but has issues

Pros: Pretty good specs for the price, although for a little more you can get much more...

Cons: Fan runs sometimes extremely noisy - which needs to be repaired.

5 out of 5 eggsSkeptical at first but DANG!

Pros: Excellent cost to performance ratio for this card. 150$ for a high end card like this is unbeatable. Despite some of the other DOA reviews, I think this card is really hit or miss. Mine maxes out GW2, SC2, BL2 40-60 FPS. Upgraded from a GTX 470. This card runs quieter and cooler even under heavy loads.

Cons: Didn't come with any other items, only the video card. Not really a con.

Other Thoughts: I highly recommend this card for anybody wanting a powerful budget card

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT GFX CARD!

Pros: - Plays everything at either High or Ultra
- GFX look great!

Cons: Didn't come with any of the software, manuals, adapters, original packaging (or stickers)... but knew that going in, since it's a refurb.

Other Thoughts: Picked it up refurb'd AND on a super Black Friday sale... can't beat the price / power!!!

1 out of 5 eggscard was recieved dead

Pros: Card specs look good but the card recieved was dead.

Cons: Considering the other reviews with the same results as mine, do not buy.

Other Thoughts: Card was shipped back via RMA, will update review after new card is recieved
