4 out of 5 eggsAJ Jordan

Pros: great card, can run crysis2, battlefield 3, and other games at high/max settings. hdmi interface looks great on 40" hdtv

Cons: fan is quite loud, can be really annoying and im using a small microatx mobo and case, so only 2 case fans in the front and back. temperatures are about normal (probably why the fans are so loud)

Other Thoughts: performance is great for a budget card. if your on the fence or just looking for a cheap budget card that still has enough balls for some light gaming, then this is what your looking for.

would recommend getting a PCI slot fan to put underneath just to help with cooling.

i give 4 stars because this is REALLY loud. the performance is excellent. when i take this card out and boot my computer it is almost completely silent. start playback of a mkv hd file and the fan is almost as loud as the audio source.

3 out of 5 eggsWorked great.

Pros: This GPU worked pretty well with GW2 and Skyrim on the highest settings.

Cons: Gets a little warm.

Other Thoughts: As the title suggests, it worked great until it died randomly after 7 months.

Manufacturer Response:

4 out of 5 eggsThis guy gets a little toasty

Pros: This graphics card can almost singlehandedly take on anything you throw at it. I've not yet seen a game that it can't give a decent framerate for. The HDMI port makes this a great device for users who want to make the best out of a larger HDTV or an HDMI monitor.
The card is the sleekest looking and most visually appealing video card I've seen, and I actually bought it mostly for that reason, even though the specs strongly influenced me as well.

Cons: It heats up like crazy. This may just be the refurbished model, or it may just be my luck, but it gets uncomfortably hot under stress. Despite this, it can hold its own even at those high temperatures.

2 out of 5 eggsRefurbished not so well

Pros: Cheap price for what could be a really good card.

Cons: Worked good for about a month, then things started to go down hill. The DVI ports became loose and the screen would sometimes have blue tint to it. No biggie just adjusted and moved on with my life. If the computer looses power, I have to reseat the card. Was using dual monitors then one day the 2nd DVI port stopped working. Now I am experiencing low fps no matter the Resolution, Settings, or Games.

Other Thoughts: If my card had been refurbished better I would love this card, and given it 5 eggs. It could handle most anything I threw at it.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

I apologize for the problems you have been having with this card. Please contact us at 888-881-3842 so we can look into a possible solution for you.

Thank you,
Brandon B

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: Runs every game at max settings. I wont list all, but most recent are Diablo 3 and Darkness 2.

Cons: It doesn't make coffee.

Other Thoughts: You'll be happy with this card.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat. Refurb FTW!

Pros: Runs League of Legends on Highest settings at full 60fps/1080p. Haven't tried other games yet. Very impressed and it's a great deal.

Cons: Does run pretty warm when gaming. Like 58C. I think that's a little hot, maybe I'm wrong? I have 4 case fans.

Other Thoughts: Why not. It's $109 right now.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat buy if you find it on sale

Pros: Good value for money, relatively quiet fan, able to run most modern games at reasonable settings. I replaced an old GT 440 with this card and it completely blows the old card away. Able to run Crysis on high, Dead Island on high, and generally makes mid-range gaming a breeze. If you are looking for top-of-the line performance then look elsewhere, but if you are on a budget, this is a fantastic option

Cons: None apparent yet.

5 out of 5 eggsRefurb for the win

Pros: Runs beautifully,I was originally worried about buying refurb after having a HDD DOA, but this puts me at peace. Its a winner and while its not top of the line it runs EVE online at max settings in 720p on my 37" lcd with no hesitation and i have all sorts of stuff running in the background. Its cool quiet and a real runner.

Cons: It is a refurb so i had to get the drivers myself but that was easy.

Other Thoughts: my build:
MSI z77-ga45 mainboard
I5-3570k running at 4.2ghz
Evga Geforce GTX 550ti 2gb 192 (O.C. to 1150mhz via percision x)
WD raptor 500gb 10,000rpm 64mb cache
zalman CNPS 5500 cpu cooler
lg bd-rw
raidmax rx-850ss 850w PS
Coolermaster HAF 932 advanced Blue edition case
