5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: runs Bioshock Infinite on ultra, Crysis 3 medium to very high, Skyrim on ultra high to high settings with no complaints. This is on a older rig with assus crosshair II MB, window 7 ultimite, amd Phenom quad core 965 3.4 Mhz, 8gb memory, and Creative SB X-fi

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: As my rig is several years old this card is a one to two year band aid for it. I see a new build coming.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: I ran Far Cry 3 on max settings and 1920 x 1080 with smooth FPS, and other games such as Borderlands 2, Planetside 2, Tribes Ascend...

Cons: Since it was my first time building a PC, it kinda took me a while to figure out how to install it, and install the drivers, but not really something to take an egg off for.

Other Thoughts: I wish it had come with a driver CD and a manual but I guess ya can't argue with it being refurbished. All in all it's a great card!

5 out of 5 eggsCommon CENTS Expense

Pros: Works like its suppose too. Running in SLI and hitting 90 fps with a 27inch Asus in 144hz in 3D. Couldnt ask for anything better.

Cons: You guys are buying PCI 3.0 bus, WHY?

Other Thoughts: Ive bought many items refurb from Newegg and have not have a bad experience with any of them.

5 out of 5 eggs6 eggs?

Pros: The best graphic card that I have ever had!
Deep colors, clear graphics on TV/movies/games.
Programs now load much faster. (never thought that a graphics card would had anything to do with loading programs faster)

My graphics "windows experience" went up to: 7.7
(sadly my CPU is at 6.9 :( ) but everything else is
at 7.5 or higher.

This is truly the first time ever that I'm actually excited about a graphics upgrade.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: packaging .... I was expecting a white box, instead I got a nice brown box with the Nvidia Logo, inside a huge box and in between so much paper that I'm certain it will make some recycle company very happy .... LOL

I wish that I could give 6 eggs to this card.

3 out of 5 eggsBad With SLI

Pros: It worked like a 560 should. Customer Service responded pretty quick.

Cons: To SLI this card the ram has to be the same on both cards.
I have a MSI 560 with 1gb of ram and these two cards will show up in devices and everywhere else but you will NOT get the option to SLI in the Nvidia panel. EVGA tech support informed me that they required the same ram to sli. Contacted MSI support and they said their cards only require the gpu to be alike. There should be directions about sli configurations in the manual or the website that states what the requirements are, but there are none. That sucks!

Other Thoughts: I don't know which card to get rid of!

5 out of 5 eggsit does what it does... impressed

Pros: So basicly.... This thing is crazy. Not that it will out preform any other gpu. It surely cannot. But for the price, this thing is a beast. First of all, when I say for the price.... I don't mean that it's ok, and the price is cheap. This is what I would consider mild-high end gpu. It plays every game I've thrown at it on Max settings, so what more do you want from a gpu?
1) low temps... 24/7
2) runs every game I have on max settings. (Bf3, black ops , minecraft, sim city, runescape)
3) it's..... Hackintoshable!

Cons: For some reason.... On YouTube, it doesn't automatically start the video on max settings... Not that it doesn't work on max setting. I just have to manually adjust to 1080p.
2) it comes with MOLEX cables.... My psu ran out of molex slots, but luckily my psu had its own PCI cable that fit perfectly into the graphics card

Other Thoughts: Takes up 2 PCI slots.
Comes with a DVI to VGA adaptor

2 out of 5 eggsDo not buy if you want to play.

Pros: Nice card while it works. About 45 FPS on High in BF3.

Cons: Crashes EXTREMELY frequently, to the point where it is frustrating and difficult to play anything. Just search up, "GTX 560ti crashing" and see ALL the other people with the problem. It's ridiculous. Updated drivers, used MSI afterburner, and EVGA Precision X and none of it worked.
Do not buy.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

This is not the behavior we expect from this card. Please contact us at 888-881-3842 so we can work toward a resolution for this.

Thank you,
Brandon B

5 out of 5 eggsAn amazing return

Pros: Great price, amazing card, and well worth it. Broke my cherry as far as SLI and Neweggs' 'refurbished' goods, and I am very pleased thus far on both counts. Just a single card can power through some of the latest games (Starcraft 2, Mass Effect 2, etc.) on the highest settings with ease.

Cons: None!

(Others have said it's a bit power hungry - true, 2x6pins - but if your PSU has the wattage, it probably has the connects - if it doesn't, its either the users fault or the PSU. *shrugs*)

Other Thoughts: Owned the original (Item#: N82E16814130662) for several years now, and love it. Bought a second one to extend the lifetime of my build, and so far it has certainly delivered. Very happy customer, indeed - thanks EVGA and Newegg.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: Works great with Cinema 4D. C4D has not crashed once since I installed this card. It is faster than the GTX 550 Ti in my second machine. Both the older 550 Ti and this 560, are EVGA 2 GB versions.

Easy driver install. I downloaded the latest non-beta drivers from EVGA and it installed easily.

Cons: Only a minor con, but you will need two 6 pin PCIE connectors to power this card. My Antec Power supply had one, and I used a Molex to PCIE adapter for the other one.
That is really not a con, it just took me a few minutes searching online to figure it out. I did not take off any eggs for this.

Other Thoughts: I highly recommend this card. I used Cinema 4D a lot and even though it is supposed to run OK with Intel 4000 graphics, it crashed on ever render about 200 or 300 frames in to the job. With this card it has not crashed once.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Card

Pros: Fast Great graphics

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: This card runs cool and no problems changing from the old card due to the same drivers are used.
Upgraded from a refurbished XFX 9800GT bought from new egg Feb 2009....card still runs but needed a newer one with Direct X 11. Hope this GTX 560SC lasts that long. Have a FX-8350 in the mail also Can't Wait for that!
