Built from the same DNA as its bigger brothers, GTX 680, the GeForce GTX 670 brings the performance and features of 28nm Kepler architecture to a more affordable price point. The GTX 670 comes with 1344 CUDA cores and a base clock of 915 MHz, slightly lower than the GTX 680, but is essentially identical in all other aspects. It provides a great upgrade compared to its predecessor, GTX 570 with average 41% performance increase and runs over 50% faster in many demanding DirectX 11 games, while remaining extremely power efficient at 175w TDP with 28nm process. The breakthrough NVIDIA GPU Boost technology pushes the performance to the limit by intelligently increasing clock speed based on actual work load. An array of NVIDIA exclusive technology, such as NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync for stuttering- and tearing-free gaming, NVIDIA Surround with up to four monitors, two new Anti-aliasing modes of FXAA and TXAA, NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready, and NVIDIA PhysX Technology works in concert to ensure you get the most immersive and impressive gaming experience.

The included EVGA Precision X-, designed from the ground up to support new GPU, redefines what overclocking software should be with easy and precise tuning for GPU Clock speed, GPU Voltage, Memory Clock speed and Fan speed.

  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg Two New Anti-aliasing Modes: FXAA and TXAA Anti-aliasing smoothes out jagged edges but can be demanding on framerates. FXAA is a new antialiasing technology that produces beautiful smooth lines with minimal performance impact. And with Kepler based GPUs, you'll be able to enable FXAA in hundreds of game titles through the NVIDIA Control Panel. The second mode, TXAA, is an in-game option that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for even higher visual fidelity.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.

5 out of 5 eggsMore Than I Expected

Pros: - FAST FAST FAST
- Stays cool
- Looks super sexy
- Blower fan exhausts heat out back
- PrecisionX software is awesome

Cons: - LOUD at full fan speed
- Too many variations from EVGA (Reference, FTW, FTW+, Signature)

Other Thoughts: This card has a crazy amount of overclocking headroom. Besisdes the +100MHz boost clock, I am running a +100Mhz overclock, and a +250MHz Memory overclock. I am running at 75C with the overclock at max fan, and have had no stability issues. Crysis 3 at MAX everything + FXAA + VSync = Butter 45-60FPS all day. Without my overclock, 35-45FPS. Running 3 monitors with no issues. I LOVE THIS CARD!

5 out of 5 eggsThis Card is a BEAST!

Pros: Support for more than just 2 monitors. Runs seamlessly with 3 monitors hooked up to one card. I have 2 of these with 3 monitors in 3D surround with a 4th monitor above the 3 for viewing temps, keeping up with your IM, etc. Easy to run games in surround or 3D surround and switch between the two modes with a push of a button.

Cons: It doesn't switch between Surround mode and multiple monitor mode very quickly. Which would be good for going from gaming/movie mode in surround to being more productive in multiple monitor mode where you can maximize IE on one monitor, have Word open on another monitor, and another application open on the third so you can copy and paste without having to find the right windows and look up information at a much faster pace than conventional methods.

Other Thoughts: Great card at a value compared to the GTX 680!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: sleek beautifull card, cheap(for a 670), runs fast and cool. Even overclocked to 1188mhz runing bench marks and stress test for hours it never reaches 70 degrees

Cons: fan on full load can be a loud, but it hardly ever reaches full speed

Other Thoughts: will be picking up another down the road for surround, but for my current 2 moniter set up one of these can do more than enough to handle ANY game atm, now i just need a new cpu to keep up

5 out of 5 eggsOh My ....

Pros: Oh Wow, Bought 2 of this to play recent game with my 27" VG278H asus monitor. I play BF3 maxed in 3d vision 1920 X 1080, and these card in SLI mode give me an average of 115 FPS. A rock solid card. I upgraded from GTX 280 in SLI and in 3d vision, because I had an average of 35 FPS in 3d vision, and i want something smooth.

Cons: Don't come with SLI bridge. I need to shop in local place to find one.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: Great card, I had a hard time deciding weather to get this, but I'm very glad I did. Very fast, runs all games at Ultra (Battlefield 3 a stable 50-60 FPS on Ultra 1080p), Minecraft 1080p records at 200~FPS without a limit.

Great card!

Cons: none!

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: It is an EVGA, no one makes higher quality products and their customer and tech support is stellar. Never mind that you can call 24/7 and if they happen to be busy, you leave your number and they actually call you back--and fast.

Cons: They are pricy and when you use them on a high-end four-way SLI rig, you end up making a significant investment. Nevertheless, they are worth it. It is a matter of whether you really need or can afford them. If all you are after is bragging rights, you probably can't afford them; however if you really want to enjoy your build, you need them.

Other Thoughts: These cards are not for the faint-hearted or made to run on a $450.00 PC. If you are new to building high end rigs, save yourself money and time and buy one already assembled. You will get more bang for your buck and as you play with them, you will want to try your own. Except by then you'll have a pretty good idea of what you are up against and what you'll need.
Also, to the folks that give a bad review to a component because they either did not get it or have an issue with the vendor, please remember that many buyers choose one item from the other solely on the rating averages and often do not read many if any at all. I purchased my cards elsewhere because the price was better and when you buy four of these puppies it can make a difference. But no matter where you buy them, if they are from EVGA, you will not regret it.

5 out of 5 eggsBeast

Pros: Everything

Cons: A little pricey but well worth it. I really have no complaints.

Other Thoughts: I have run Crysis 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Diablo III and a few others all on extreme or maxed settings with no problems. I couldn't be happier.
