The EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti adds a new dimension to the NVIDIA Kepler-powered family of graphics cards by delivering the ideal fusion of power, performance, and affordability. You can enjoy faster, smoother, richer gaming with innovative NVIDIA technologies like TXAA antialiasing, Adaptive Vertical Sync, and PhysX.

  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA AntiAliasing Antialiasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new antialiasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from 3DVisionLive.com in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.

5 out of 5 eggsDaayyum

Pros: *Runs everything i throw at it at maxed out settings.
*The 3d in my tv looks stunning with this card.
*Card came with game cash, (good if you use it)
*Card comes with backplate
*The sli part comes witha little rubber protector :)
*GTX 660ti 3GB

Cons: *Gets super hot in graphics intense games like planetside2 (remedied with good airflow)

*could not get refund >_>

Other Thoughts: Upgraded from a Gtx 560, and I though i would not notice much difference. But I did.
Overall i feel it was a good buy and definitely will sustain my GPU needs for quite a while, if i had gotten the refund would have been even better.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat performance

Pros: I came from two crossfire ati 5850's and this blows them out of the water.
I am able to play bioshock infinite completely max settings and 1080p which is what the goal was in upgrading.
The backplate that comes on this things makes it really heavyduty and slick.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsAfter RMA.. it's working yeah

Pros: After the RMA, I got a new card, working perfectly. I'm so happy.

Cons: Cant have the 20$ rebate because the RMA process take too much time.. so its too late to get my 20$ rebate :( BTW I hate postal rebate, always got a problem like this...

1 out of 5 eggsReceived defective

Pros: Attractive hardware, fan works.

Cons: I purchased a second one of the cards for SLI (my previous glowing review located below still applies for the 1st card) yet when I received my new card, it was defective. After detecting no increase in performance after installing the second card (yes, properly) I removed the original to test the new one stand-alone. The PC booted, however the screen was all green and garbled, and at a very wrong resolution. It was bad, but I was able to still able to navigate to the nvidia website to (re)download the most up to date drivers to cover my bases. This was futile and resulted in no improvement.

Other Thoughts: I'm out the return shipping cost, and based how long my past RMAs have taken I'll probably miss the mail-in-rebate window. Looks as if the money I saved buying the card on sale will be lost. The real kick in the pants are the quality control stickers on the box. -_-

Still very satisfied with my original card.

Manufacturer Response:

5 out of 5 eggsSolid card

Pros: Running skyrim with high-res pack at ultra settings, super smooth.

Cons: Only has one fan, but not oc'ing atm, so hopefully its not an issue.

Other Thoughts: I waffled between this and a 670. So far, this one has crushed everything I've thrown at it, so no regrets.

1 out of 5 eggsMy first EVGA = DOA..

Pros: none..

Cons: - Newegg shipped from California wharehouse to Québec, Canada, first time they do it and take more than a week..
- DOA (see other thoughts)
- The product is OUT OF STOCK now...

Other Thoughts: I was very happy when my gtx 660 ti was here..

So I have unsinstalled my amd cataslyst product (driver and after the card..)
I installed my new 660ti, starting my computer and what a suprised.. even in the bios, dos, windows, green, rose, blue, white line everywhere.. I have uninstall and looked every step to install it again, and again and again, same thing...

I reinstall my other card, everything working..

I have looked on google, every post the solution was the gpu is defect.. sweet..

So what I have todo if the product is out of stock, I cant RMA for a while because i cant move from my house (health problem), cant contact the support because I'm french and they didnt want to speak slowly to help me to help me with my problem or help me with a rma process (I dont want to paid, and I dont want to wait another month for this..)

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

Please contact me directly at bbrunson@evga.com and I will see what I can do to assist you regarding this.

2 out of 5 eggsIt could have gone better

Pros: Big card, nice box.

Cons: I wish I could say more for this product, but out of the box, it's display was corrupt. I had a long drawn our argument with a friend about what stock speeds meant as he suggested under-clocking the card.

If it doesn't work at the speeds it left the manufacture at, then the components should not have passed quality control. Ergo under-clocking the stock speed of the card, the speeds it was tested and guaranteed to work at, is unacceptable.

Other Thoughts: I bought a similar spec video card by another manufacture and it works great out of the box.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

You are correct, the speeds the card is set to when you receive it from us is where the card should be performing at minimum in the correct enviroment, task, etc, taking temperature into account of course. This being the case I would recommend giving us a call at 888-881-3842 so we can work with you on this matter.

Thank you,
Brandon B

5 out of 5 eggsSatisfied

Pros: Efficiency
Support for four displays (kind of)
Decent noise level

Cons: Display Port (Who has a display port?)

Other Thoughts: Overall I am satisfied. I recently upgraded from 2 X Gtx 260's SLI to a GTX 560 ti + 1 GTX 260 and now to this card by itself.

I use four monitors and this card seemed like the perfect solution. While it did reduce my energy bill, I'm rather disappointed to find that the card appears to need an active adapter to utilize the display port with an hdmi or dvi monitor. The active adapters are $50 and there don't seem to be any reliable ones.

5 out of 5 eggsNo Complaints

Pros: I went from SLI GTX 260 (2) to this card and can say I'm very content. Maybe even overkill.
The graphic intensive games I play are very smooth.
The card runs much quieter than the 2 260's lol and of course uses a third of the power!

Cons: At this time, no cons.

Other Thoughts: I just don't have any complaints at this time. Other than the freebie was junk to me. None of the mmo's interest me enough to immerse myself in them.
