Higher frequency means more graphics power. EVGA pushes the boundary a step farther with the overclocked GeForce GTX 660 Ti FTW+ which comes equipped with colossal 3GB memory. It adds a new dimension to the NVIDIA Kepler-powered family of graphics cards by delivering the ideal fusion of performance, features and power efficiency. This card features 1046MHz Core Clock and 1124MHz Boost Clock - a level higher than reference specifications of 915MHz Base Clock and 980MHz Boost Clock, delivers a generous performance boost without costing too much. Experience faster, smoother, richer gaming with innovative NVIDIA technologies like TXAA antialiasing, Adaptive Vertical Sync, and PhysX.

  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA AntiAliasing Antialiasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new antialiasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.

5 out of 5 eggsdead after 2.5 years

Pros: it ran all games at highest settings with no oc at a steady ~60fps
very quite and good looking card
died before warranty ran out

Cons: died

Other Thoughts: really enjoyed this card, feel bad that it died but good that it died before warranty ran out. EVGA was always behind the product and I am certain there wont be any issues getting this card replaced.

5 out of 5 eggsbeen great!

Pros: I have had this card for over a year now and have had no issues. It runs every game I have, on ultra settings and Nvidia has constantly updated drivers to insure best performance.

Cons: I am upgrading my computer (CPU and MoBo) and was hoping to get a second one of these cards for SLI, so far I can't find any.

2 out of 5 eggsGood while it lasted

Pros: Fulfilled it's design.

Cons: Ran extremely hot in my machine, even with 6 120mm and 1 200 mm fans. Caused my computer to shutdown on numerous occasions.

Other Thoughts: The card is now dead. It is completely useless to me. I had it less than a year and its gone. Sadly, I'm living in the Philippines now and I'm sure the manufacturer and Newegg won't help me with a replacement since I live outside the country. So, I'm out 360.00 now.

5 out of 5 eggsBest GTX 660 Ti Available

Pros: This is a great card. It's powerful, quiet, and runs at low temps. This version is a GTX 660 Ti GPU placed onto a GTX 680 board with a GTX 680 cooler.

Supports up to four monitors.

External exhaust setup for this video card gives lower GPU and system temps.

The backplate not only looks great, but is used as an additional heatsink. There are thermal pads between the the PCB and backplate to transfer heat from the PCB to the backplate.

3GB is great for maxing out display settings in some of the current and upcoming games and for larger or multiple displays.

24/7 tech support.

Cons: EVGA's tech support just isn't what it used to be. When I called with some questions in regards to this card, they were just clueless. An example of this was the tech telling me this card only supports a max of two monitors, when it actually supports up to four.

Confusing warranty programs. EVGA has different warranty programs and options that seem to constantly change.

Other Thoughts: For those who don't know, extra video card memory is more about supporting larger or multiple displays or higher graphic settings than it is for trying to add to FPS.

2 out of 5 eggsMeh.

Pros: Good for less intense games such as GTA IV, COD, Minecraft, Simcity, Splinter Cell. 3GB VRAM.

Cons: A lot. For the price I paid, I cannot max any game and maintain a smooth frame rate in more intense games such as Crysis 3, BF3, Borderlands 2, Saints Row 3/4.

Other Thoughts: FX 8350
990FX Sabertooth R2.0
24GB Ram

I don't know if it is just me, maybe I got a bum card, or it's just really this bad?
