The EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR graphics card with GeForce GTX 660 GPU is a perfect weapon choice for gamers. It takes NVIDIA Kepler-powered graphics cards to new levels of affordability while retaining class-leading performance and power efficiency, making it a must-have upgrade for today's hottest games.

  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA AntiAliasing Antialiasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new antialiasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology3. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from 3DVisionLive.com in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat product, well above mid range gaming!

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Very fast, Moderately acceptable price. No need to overclock since it can handle itself fairly well, and the temps are low ranging from 30c on idle to 50 60 while gaming and fan speed at 60%.

Cons: Ive had this product for well over a month now. Unfortunately, it all s tarted when i received a unit with a faulty fan. When at lowest speed possible, the fan can barely be heard. at about 45% and up there is a rattling/ticking noise that starts to kick in. anything above that, the fan sounds like its scratching on something thus making an unbearable noise.

the bad thing is that ever since i got the product, ive had to return it 4 times and counting! they keep sending me back refurbished items that also have fan issues. This last unit that i have is the worst of them all since the fan makes the most noise than any other unit that i had received. It is a really big shame because its a truly fast card and can handle pretty much anything i throw at it at 1080p.

Other Thoughts: This is a very good card, and if you are looking to purchase it, get either the ACX cooled one, or an after market model, not the reference design. EVGA has good support so i would go for the ACX cooled one

5 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: *Very nice bang for the buck.
*Works as intended.
*reliable
*still plays all my games on max settings...
( though that wont be the case when unreal engine 4 games come out)

Cons: *It runs a little hot, but i wont take eggs off as it still works.
READ other thoughts.
This may not even be a con really... so i left it at 5 eggs (especially since it still runs great)

Other Thoughts: My computer has extremely good cooling and so this wasn't a concern. The running a bit hot can be just the way it was designed.
Most cards anymore, seem like they all run on the hot side.

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Worked as advertised, straight out of the box

Cons: None evident

Other Thoughts: FFXIV: ARR Benchmark: Maxed out settings - went from ~6000 (old card) to ~9600 (this card) (high res) / from ~8500 to ~11,000 (low res). Game plays flawlessly and quite pretty, even maxed out with all of the fiddly bits enables like high shadows/max viewing distance & objects shown, etc

5 out of 5 eggsI Play a Lot of Games

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Got this card around August I believe and it's still performing well. I run 2 monitors, 1 for stuff like music, mumble, YouTube videos, steam etc. and the other for my games. It does all of this fine. I usually don't play high intensity game like BF4 but it usually handles them on high settings pretty well. If you wanna record it's no problem because of GeForce's incredible ShadowPlay technology, which as of recently, supports Windowed mode. Record anything you want with basically no lag at all. If you're stuck between nVidia and AMD I would go with nVidia for their software.

Cons: It's a little louder than I'd like and some times my screen will flicker but that could be caused by problems other than the card or even because of faulty drivers. Not gonna take an egg off for that. It won't take everything you throw at it but it wasn't meant for that. It's a good budget card.

Other Thoughts: Recommend it

3 out of 5 eggsGood Card but RMA'd

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: - Good Card
- Ran Cool
- Easy to Install

Cons: - Coil Whine was too obnoxious to keep
- Newegg refunded teh card but charged $60 for the meh AC4 game

Other Thoughts: I just wanted to RMA the card due to the coil whine for a replacement. Newegg refunded me the money (I guess because it wasn't in stock when I returned it) but charged me $60 for the Assassins Creed game I didn't want in the first place. I liked the card but I will now avoid cards with free games included.

Manufacturer Response:

5 out of 5 eggsgreat

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Great Graphics Card allows me to play latest games on high settings with 60 fps

Cons: of late i have noticed a glitch while playing starcraft 2 im not sure if its this card or the drivers. I downloaded the latest drivers for it.. not sure - a crazy band of yellow light masks the whole screen at moments and then flashes away.

Other Thoughts: its big make sure you have the space

5 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: EVGA has an excellent reputation. Turbine fan keeps the card cool. Absolute powerhouse of a video card - should run any game on the market today very well. Have tried it on the latest racing games where each frame is critical and the fluidity is amazing. Seems very quiet from what I'd expect

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: For what is required nowadays solely from a gaming perspective, a GTX Titan is total overkill and the 700 series won't give you the dollar-for-dollar performance of the 600 series. Save yourself a lot of money and look at this card, or a GTX 670/680.

2 out of 5 eggsSave the rebate $ for RMA shipping costs

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: It worked as long at you didn't play games with it.

Cons: Crashes games within minutes of playing them. Getting the card RMA'd with the pleasure of having to pay to ship it to them. While this seems like standard practice it doesn't make for a good experience. Having to pay to ship back their defective product is the reason for the low rating.

Other Thoughts: Just to fill some details, I pretty sure it's the card since I tested it with 2 PSUs and 2 different PCs all with the same result. Already started the RMA process with EVGA. Their customer service isn't great but far from terrible. I just can't believe that I have to pay to ship back their defective product. Reading other reviews on other products and other vendors this seems to be standard practice. Why is this accepted? I know it's a cost issue but oddly enough would rather have this built to the price of the card. And the price they would pay for shipping not the price of what 1 lonely person pays. I guess the way I see it have me spend an extra $10 up front since I'm already spending $200 than have me spend it later when the product doesn't work and I'm already not happy with the whole process.

Not loud
Solid and heavy
