The wait is over. EVGA presents us a powerful yet highly affordable graphics card - 02G-P4-2662-KR with the new mid-range GTX 660 GPU. GeForce GTX 660 GPU inherits the class-leading performance and power efficiency of Kepler GPU architecture without breaking your bank. Factory overclocked at 1046MHz which is 66 MHz more than the reference card, the EVGA 02G-P4-2662-KR offers more astonishing graphics performance. To make the big bigger, GPU boost offers a higher GPU clock whenever it is possible.

  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg Two New Anti-aliasing Modes: FXAA and TXAA Anti-aliasing smoothes out jagged edges but can be demanding on framerates. FXAA is a new antialiasing technology that produces beautiful smooth lines with minimal performance impact. And with Kepler based GPUs, you'll be able to enable FXAA in hundreds of game titles through the NVIDIA Control Panel. The second mode, TXAA, is an in-game option that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for even higher visual fidelity.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from 3DVisionLive.com in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.

A new hit of the "sweet spot" for gamers, the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 delivers the ultimate combination of performance, power efficiency, and affordability. This card is built around 960 CUDA Cores with 3072 MB / 192 bit GDDR5 memory to render your blockbuster games with vivid details and skip-free pictures. This SuperClocked model is factory overclocked to 1046MHz Base Clock/1111MHz Boost Clock - a level higher than the 980MHz Base Clock/1033MHz Boost Clock than reference specification for delightful performance boost and higher framerate in actual gaming. GeForce GTX 660 also packs support for all the premium GTX gaming technologies such as NVIDIA Surround, 3D Vision, PhysX and SLI. With these features and more, the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 gives you more than one way to elevate your experience.

5 out of 5 eggsFINALLY

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: After upgrading from a Toshiba Satellite Laptop that I've had for 5 years and buying parts for a computer with this graphics card, I was so blown away by the amount of games I can play and on the highest settings. I am able to play AAA Titles on ultra to high settings at 60 fps, along with indie games and not so graphically intensive games on full ultra settings. The card has never reached temperatures about 80 degrees Celsius, and I just have three Rosewill 120mm fans installed, no fancy liquid cooling or any of that. All in all, for the money, this is the best card to get. I cannot see myself ever wanting anything else until 3-5 years in the future. WOW.

Cons: NA

Other Thoughts: Fun fact: I heard that Steam collected the average user's computer specs and THIS was the most used graphics card. That says something to me.

4 out of 5 eggslove it

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Great card runs everything I throw at it with ease on ultra. Looks amazing and its a decent sized card.

Cons: Two cons I can only see the card runs a little hot but nothing extremely high most ive seen it run is 75C during diablo everything else runs below 60C. This card makes a really loud noise when gaming, which with my headset on and music playing you can't really hear it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Quiet
Great Aesthetics, Looks great in the when in case.

Cons: Very Big
Old Card
Expensive

Other Thoughts: This card lets me run all of my games on nearly their highest settings at 1080p. I got in a combo with my psu and saved myself $40 but I don't think I would've bought it otherwise. I would have gone for the cheaper EVGA gtx 750 ti ftw. It supposedly runs similarly, though it doesn't look as good.

5 out of 5 eggsCan't go wrong with this

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: It runs all latest games at high to ultra settings. It's extremely fast and barely make a noise.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I got this bad boy for $155 after $25 rebate. Best deal I ever got for graphic card. Buy GTX 780 or R9 290 if you consider serious gaming.

2 out of 5 eggsReplacement Card

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Clear Image, Full Resolution for screen, Easily installed and fits into any FULL ATX case, very pretty card

Cons: Overheated in 45 seconds, Gigantic, uses lots of power, no ventilation.

Other Thoughts: I got this card through a RMA from EVGA after their last card (a GeForce GTX 550 Ti) overheated and died (in a very cool running computer in winter) So it took them 4 tries to send back a card that actually worked. I installed it updated the drivers and put a light load on the card when BAM, the thing overheated within 45 seconds of being updated. Called EVGA and am getting a third card from them. I recommend EVGA but not this product if you dont have at least 5 fans (mine has 7).

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Erica V,

I am very sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your system and due to the history it does not necessarily sound as though the graphics card is at fault. I recommend contacting our 24 hour technical support at 1-888-881-3842 option 1 or by email at Newegg@evga.com as we are here to help you narrow down your problem.

Sincerely,
EVGA Customer Support

1 out of 5 eggsGreat at first, overheating issues

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Decent performance for your money. Nothing great, but gets the job done

Cons: Consistent heating issues. RMA'd the card to EVGA, only to get a card with the same issues. Unable to play games consistently, even with side of the case open and GPU fan maxed. So incredibly disappointed by EVGA for allowing a product like this continue in production. Have read many reviews since I purchased it stating the same issue.

Other Thoughts: Would highly recommend you not purchase this product in it's current state, heating issues seem to be pretty consistent across all applications(under light load as well). Was overheating in Dota 2, WoW, LoL, and even video streaming online

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Heith K.,

I am sorry to hear about the troubles you are having with your GTX 660 and it unfortunately seems that there maybe some confusion occuring here. I can confirm that we have not had a overheating issue with these cards and please keep in mind that the maximum safe temperature for the 600 series is 98 degrees Celsius. I encourage you to contact our 24 hour Technical Support team by phone 1.888.881.3842 and pressing option 1 or by email Newegg@EVGA.com so that we may assist you with troubleshooting your product further.

Sincerely,
EVGA Customer Support

5 out of 5 eggsGTX 660

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Easy set up, dropped it in and was up and running. EVGA build quality is superb. I have almost all EVGA parts in my build and they IMO are among the best core component builders available. Runs cool.

Cons: None so far, does what it is tasked to do, great middle priced card if you are not going to refinance your house to buy a vid card.

Other Thoughts: Buy one..I might get another for SLI... but it runs great as a solo...

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card overall

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: I absolutely love this card, I run two of the in SLI in my current rig. Together, they will run any game 1080p ultra settings @60 fps no problem with minimal to no microstutter. My favorite part about the card is the asthetics, i love the clean look they have. No annoying glowing lights or visible heat pipes. Also, IT DOES NOT NEED AN UGLY RADIATOR STICKING OUT THE TOP to stay sub 100c. (I'm looking at you AMD)

Cons: Maybe the 192-bit bus.

Other Thoughts: The two of them get about 2300 points on valley benchmark for whom it may concern.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Wonderfully

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: -Run perfectly for 6 months. As of now no problems.
-Runs most games on either ultra or high settings, depending on the game.
-Outperforms most 700 series cards.

Cons: -Runs a little hot. I know this has been mentioned before but the card does run a little hot. I am starting to look into get better cooling system to put on it just to be on the safe side.
-It's big. The card takes up a lot of space and you need a pretty big tower in order for the card to fit inside.

Other Thoughts: I've only owned the card for about six months and while I have had no problems during that time, there is always the possibility that I experience a problem with it in the future. So far though it works wonderful and outperforms many of the 700 series cards.
