The wait is over. EVGA presents us a powerful yet highly affordable graphics card - 02G-P4-2662-KR with the new mid-range GTX 660 GPU. GeForce GTX 660 GPU inherits the class-leading performance and power efficiency of Kepler GPU architecture without breaking your bank. Factory overclocked at 1046MHz which is 66 MHz more than the reference card, the EVGA 02G-P4-2662-KR offers more astonishing graphics performance. To make the big bigger, GPU boost offers a higher GPU clock whenever it is possible.

  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg Two New Anti-aliasing Modes: FXAA and TXAA Anti-aliasing smoothes out jagged edges but can be demanding on framerates. FXAA is a new antialiasing technology that produces beautiful smooth lines with minimal performance impact. And with Kepler based GPUs, you'll be able to enable FXAA in hundreds of game titles through the NVIDIA Control Panel. The second mode, TXAA, is an in-game option that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for even higher visual fidelity.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from 3DVisionLive.com in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.

A new hit of the "sweet spot" for gamers, the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 delivers the ultimate combination of performance, power efficiency, and affordability. This card is built around 960 CUDA Cores with 3072 MB / 192 bit GDDR5 memory to render your blockbuster games with vivid details and skip-free pictures. This SuperClocked model is factory overclocked to 1046MHz Base Clock/1111MHz Boost Clock - a level higher than the 980MHz Base Clock/1033MHz Boost Clock than reference specification for delightful performance boost and higher framerate in actual gaming. GeForce GTX 660 also packs support for all the premium GTX gaming technologies such as NVIDIA Surround, 3D Vision, PhysX and SLI. With these features and more, the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 gives you more than one way to elevate your experience.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card overall

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: I absolutely love this card, I run two of the in SLI in my current rig. Together, they will run any game 1080p ultra settings @60 fps no problem with minimal to no microstutter. My favorite part about the card is the asthetics, i love the clean look they have. No annoying glowing lights or visible heat pipes. Also, IT DOES NOT NEED AN UGLY RADIATOR STICKING OUT THE TOP to stay sub 100c. (I'm looking at you AMD)

Cons: Maybe the 192-bit bus.

Other Thoughts: The two of them get about 2300 points on valley benchmark for whom it may concern.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Wonderfully

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: -Run perfectly for 6 months. As of now no problems.
-Runs most games on either ultra or high settings, depending on the game.
-Outperforms most 700 series cards.

Cons: -Runs a little hot. I know this has been mentioned before but the card does run a little hot. I am starting to look into get better cooling system to put on it just to be on the safe side.
-It's big. The card takes up a lot of space and you need a pretty big tower in order for the card to fit inside.

Other Thoughts: I've only owned the card for about six months and while I have had no problems during that time, there is always the possibility that I experience a problem with it in the future. So far though it works wonderful and outperforms many of the 700 series cards.

4 out of 5 eggsSo far so good.

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: The card has an excellent power-to-price ratio.
I calculate this by comparing this card and the next best card, and based on an increase in price and benchmark scores, I see which card has the better value, and that's why I chose this card. Now, lets get to performance: This is the super-clocked version, so it must be faster than the normal GTX 660. This card runs all the games I play on ultra settings, like, "Watch_dogs", or Battlefield Hardline.

Cons: It is a BIT loud, but I really can't hear it because I'm wearing a headset, and play the game.
It also gets a little warm, by that I mean, warm air shoots out the back of the card, after playing a game from 2008, for 2 hours.

Other Thoughts: The drivers that came on the disk were a bit outdated.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat GPU

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Works great for many modern games. Minecraft continuously runs at 60 FPS, but that's not a graphically intensive game. I was impressed to see CoD Ghosts Multiplayer running at 40-60 FPS on High graphics. Definitely a must-buy.

Cons: The price changes too often, but I won't dock an egg for that.

1 out of 5 eggsDrivers Crashing.

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Compared to what?

Cons: Video card drivers crash constantly... they 'reboot', but any applications DON'T.
My other comp runs a pair of 460s or whatever they are... older cards. NO crashes, under twice the load.

This 660 is a [censored] pure and simple.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Phillip W,

I do apologize for any issues you are having with your video card. If you are getting driver crashes, I would recommend the latest drivers available from EVGA.com. If you continue to experience these issues we are here to provide support or a warranty replacement if it is needed. We can be contacted 24/7 at 888.881.3842 option 1 or by email at Newegg@evga.com.

1 out of 5 eggs6 months of good work

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Ran most games on ultra

Cons: Overheated from small fan within 6 months. Couldn't run GW2 on high for more than 5 minutes without it crashing.

Other Thoughts: Get something with better cooling.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Damian C,

This model video card has a blower style fan which means air within the case is pulled in from the back of the video card and blown out of the front outside of the case. If you don’t have adequate air flow or too much hot air is within the case it is possible for the GPU to overheat. I would suggest removing the side panel from your case and seeing if you can recreate the issue of the card overheating and this will tell you if the airflow is the problem. Please also keep in mind that you can monitor the temperatures of the video card with EVGA PrecisionX utility that can be downloaded on our website. If you should require additional support then please contact us 24/7 at 888.881.3842 option 1 or by email at newegg@evga.com.

Sincerely,
EVGA Customer Support

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: I have an older quad core computer with a 550 power supply. For the money and my restrictions I feel this card gave me the greatest improvements overall. Significant gains on fps in all games I regular.

Cons: None

4 out of 5 eggsBetter than I expected

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: - It can run just about any recent game on either the highest or just-below highest GFX settings without any problems.
-It works very well for the occasional Video Editing and even 3D Modeling and Game Design.
-Its very quiet except for when in game and the fan needs to kick it into high gear, but I prefer using headphones so that's a non-issue for me.
-It is able to use ShadowPlay, the video recording software from Nvidia's GEForce Experience, which is the most mind blowing thing I've ever seen.

Cons: -It does get to higher temps than I would like. So far it hasn't gone above 70C but that's a bit higher then I would like so I would recommend getting either a better fan or going liquid cooling.
-Its a tad big of a card and required just about every millimeter that my Full ATX case could provide. (Depth wise)
-Card did not come with an SLI Bridge, which I though was odd because I've owned 5 NVidia SLI ready cards and all but this one came with a bridge.

5 out of 5 eggsNice card from EVGA like normal

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: EVGA quality and service. Beautiful blower style cooler with a carbon pattern and matte logo. I choose this card over a new 750Ti because it was on sale for the same price as a 750 with the ACX cooler. The 660 still beats out the 750Ti in terms of performance so it was a no brainer. Great card for budget minded builds.

Cons: EVGA needs to make backplates standard.

3 out of 5 eggsGood for a year

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Great card has run everything with no problems on max settings

Cons: Card's HDMI port went out after a year of service. Other than that it still runs good on the DVI port sadly I cannot use the HDMI on my Monitor.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Ricky A,

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the HDMI port on your graphics card. I can confirm that we are here to help and that your product does have a 3 year warranty as shown in the –KR part number.
