  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA AntiAliasing Antialiasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new antialiasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology3. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from 3DVisionLive.com in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.
  • newegg NVIDIA PhysX Technology Full support for NVIDIA PhysX technology, enabling a totally new class of physical gaming interaction for a more dynamic and realistic experience with GeForce.

1 out of 5 eggsGreen lines

Pros: none now that it is having issues.

Cons: Bought card on 2/23/2013 to replace an older ATI Radeon HD-4550 and right after the one year mark I started getting reboots, frozen screens, green lines across the screen, sometimes it would take 3 or 4 reboots to get the card working again. Installed a new Corsair 600W power supply and problem remains. Computer is not OC or used for newer intense games, going back to Radeon chipset.

Other Thoughts: would not recommand

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Martin P,

I do apologize for any issues you are having, I can recommend trying to take the graphics card out of the PC with the power off and blowing out the slot on the motherboard to see if there maybe a connection issue do to dust. If the issue continues or you would like replacement please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 1.888.881.3842 option 1 or email newegg@evga.com.
Regards,
EVGA Customer Support

4 out of 5 eggsIt's a good little guy that's for sure

Pros: -Even the SSC edition has quite a bit of room for additional overclocking

-2GB GDDR5

-Only 5.7 inches long and is a dual width card for more efficient cooling

-Can run ultra HD if you have a monitor that displays higher than 1080p

-PCI-E 3.0

-You really can't go wrong with EVGA... their customer service and build quality can't be matched IMO

-For the price this card is great and looks sexy

Cons: -Only 128-bit interface (wish it had a 192-bit interface, but we can't have it all can we?)

-Doesn't support SLI (reason why I docked one egg)

-Doesn't have cooling pipes

Other Thoughts: If you only have one PCI-E x16 slot, aren't interested in SLI, or your case or motherboard is too space constrained this GPU is for you

EVGA is at the top of the game

-I know there are other manufacturers out there but you really can't go wrong with EVGA... their customer service and build quality can't be matched IMO

Other Thoughts: Like I said this card still has massive room for more overclocking. I got mine up to +200mhz on the gpu clock offset and +360mhz on the memory clock offset with 1137mV running through it and k-boost on and it's been stable running at that for over a year, and I can run most games on max settings or close to max and rarely gets above 75c (Starcraft 2 I can run everything on extreme with antialiasing on at 60fps+, and I only have ddr2 @800mhz and a Core 2 Quad Yorkfield, and my case is air cooled (though it does have 7 fans and great airflow (I have a Fractal Design R2 Mini Quiet Series all with R2 Quiet Series Fans)) I feel I must mention my motherboard is nothing special, it's just an Intel Media Series generic mATX mobo

I use EVGA Precision X

If you only have one PCI-E x16 slot, aren't interested in SLI, or your case or motherboard is too space constrained this GPU is for you

Again, I've had cards and other components made by other manufacturers, and IMHO EVGA is at the top of the game

5 out of 5 eggsGood Card

Pros: Low power usage, small, runs cool, quiet and a very good card. i could have got a better card for the price but this runs any game today and can run battle field 4 max graphics with a smooth 30FPS.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: the size of the card for the performance is really good, truly it's a cute card. i would recommend it to my friends.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome GFX card

Pros: To start things off this is a terrific graphics card plays many current gen games on high or ultra settings with no problems, the price isn't to bad either, this is a great great card if you have a small PC case or have limited space to work with, The card also runs pretty cool to, idle the card will sit at 24 to 28C while playing games it never goes over 48C least not from what I've seen

Cons: The fan on this graphics card is running way louder than it should, after doing some research and reading many reviews Ive come to find out this card should run virtually silent and mine is far from it and my fan speed is only set to 20% which is the default setting. At 20% fan speed this card should run silent which im sad to say im prob going to have to return this card and get a new new before this fan issue becomes a big problem

Other Thoughts: Despite my issue with the fan noise this is not enough to give a bad review. all in all this is a great card and performed well to my expectations.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat performance for the price

Pros: -Quiet
-Small form factor
-Runs cool
-Performance is right where I want it
-2GB or memory
-PCI-E 3.0

Cons: -No SLi support
-No boost (not needed since it runs at 1072 Mhz constantly)

Other Thoughts: I bought the refurbished version which was a lot cheaper. I downgraded my MSI GTX 670 PE since I don't game as much anymore. This fits the bill and such a value.

Black Flag runs smoothly as well as Skyrim. Can't see much difference in performance compared to my GTX 670.

Here's my setup:
-MoBo: MSI Z77A-G45
-CPU: i5-3570K
-RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (4GB x2) 1600Mhz
-Case: CM HAF XB Evo

Definitely a great card! Never had problems with EVGA.
