The EVGA GeForce GTX 660 takes NVIDIA Kepler-powered graphics cards to new levels of affordability while retaining class-leading performance and power efficiency, making it a must-have upgrade for today's hottest games. It delivers the ultimate combination of performance, power efficiency, and affordability.

  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA AntiAliasing Antialiasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new antialiasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.

5 out of 5 eggsAMAZING... BUY IT

Pros: This card is a beast. This will literally take any load. I've been playing Crysis 3 on MAX yes MAX settings at 30 fps and an occasional drop to 25. I would recommend this to anyone. This is great for any budget build from $750 - $1750. Now you might question why I'm saying this,(For a build of around $1250 - $1750) but from benchmarks I've been studying, if you do a dual SLI ( I'm getting my second one soon.) it slightly underperforms(Not to mention the cards used in the benchmarks weren't the same as the FTW, they were the standard 660 with less power.) a Titan in Crysis 3. 80 fps on the SLI and 85 on the Titan.(670-780's will run from 40-50 fps solid) Also to get 2 of these it will run you $520 and a Titan is $1000. So just buy it.

Cons: There really is none. However if you are going to do a dual SLI like me you are limited to only 2 cards and you motherboard requires SLI compatibility. (I was helping my friend find SLI motherboards for his budget($750 - $850) and I found a $69.99 one with SLI compatibility.) Also if you have any problems with the card, before returning it, check for an driver update. THAT WILL SCREW UP MANY GAMES. That happened to my friend and he didn't think to update his drivers until 5 or 6 months after the problems and that's all he had to do to resolve the problem.

Other Thoughts: If your using 1 or even 2 of the cards, their amazing either way and the power supply needed for 2 is only 700 W, which is pretty cheap. So JUST FREAKEN BUY YOURSELF ONE!!!!!

1 out of 5 eggsNVIDIA

Pros: - Looks Awesome
- Quiet

Cons: 3D support horrible. PS3 3D TV works only for testing purposes but to try playing games NVIDIA couldn't reconize the TV as 3D compatible. TriDef did not work with this card either. Trade this for an ATI 7870 and now have no issues with TriDef. Worst part in all this the is alot of online help to getting the PS3 3D TV to work but only on older cards.

Other Thoughts: If you want 3D don't buy this! NVIDIA Sucks at 3D!

Manufacturer Response:

For 3DTV's please use NVIDIA's 3DTV Play software.

Thank you,
Brandon B

5 out of 5 eggsGTX 660 FTW

Pros: Shreds most games on max detail without a problem.

Able to play the newest games in medium to high detail, some on ultra.

Easy UI in control panel.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: The 660 FTW is my first high end video card purchase, and I can definitely say it was worth it.

This card is able to run the newest games in medium to high detail, and some on ultra, with a solid 40-60 FPS, even in stressful in game scenes.

5 out of 5 eggsEVGA GTX660 FTW 3gb

Pros: I have had this card running in my comp for a few months now and let me just say it can handle alot, i love this card and it is worth every penny.

Cons: I should have bought 2, really wishing i had a 2nd right now for SLI

Other Thoughts: the card is just a little shorter than ones ive had in the past (gtx 260) and its fully encased, board is not exposed at all :)

5 out of 5 eggsFlawless

Pros: I like how it ports out the case.
Fast clocking.
No problems with drivers.

Cons: The game that came with it is lame. I hope they didn't pay for that and then pass that expense back to the customer.

5 out of 5 eggsTHIS IS AMAZING!!!!!

Pros: OK this isn't my first time around the block when it comes to video cards but its the only time that I've ever been truly blown away. This card is absolutely gorgeous. Its sturdy and the black plate is beautiful. when it comes to performance there isn't any game that I've put up against it that it cant handle. I'm very very very happy with this card and will recommend it to everyone that will listen.

Cons: I didn't get 2.

Other Thoughts: Seriously dont think twice when you look at this card. Its perfect. I'm planning on getting another next year.
