Bring HD-quality gaming to the entry level.

The EVGA 02G-P4-2653-KR packs an affordable entry-level GPU – GeForce GTX 650. Based on the fast and efficient NVIDIA Kepler architecture, GeForce GTX 650 provides the perfect entry point to DirextX 11 and 1080p HD gaming in your favorite FPS and MMO games. Factory overclocked at 1202MHz, which is up to 144 MHz more than the reference card, the EVGA 02G-P4-2653-KR offers a step ahead for entry point HD gaming.

  • newegg KEPLER GPU ARCHITECTURE NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but also for optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation, and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA ADAPTIVE VERTICAL SYNC Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA SURROUND WITH UP TO FOUR MONITORS Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or the web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA ANTI-ALIASING Anti-aliasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images, but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new anti-aliasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D VISION READY NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to two times the monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.
  • newegg NVIDIA PHYSX TECHNOLOGY Full support for NVIDIA PhysX technology enables a totally new class of physical gaming interaction for a more dynamic and realistic experience with GeForce.

5 out of 5 eggsSurvived extreme abuse and water damage. Unbelieveable but it still works!

Pros: -got it refurbished at a stellar price
-has taken a ridiculious amount of abuse, and does not care

Cons: -None really, Got more than I paid for.

Other Thoughts: Bought this for a buddy for his entry-level gaming pc. Let me tell you I had no idea what I was buying. This card has handled everything I've thrown at it (granted, not high settings on the newer games)... including catastrophic water damage. Still works. I'm not kidding. This card has changed my opinion of EVGA. Nuff said.

5 out of 5 eggsMan oh man oh man

Pros: Great card, I forgot it was even in my PC because it runs games so smoothly.

Cons: Can I have negative cons? If so, That's what I would give.

Other Thoughts: What would a recommended O/C be for this card with its stock cooler?

2 out of 5 eggsDidn't Work

Pros: Newegg's RMA plan worked very well indeed although it would have been nice to be given an option of replacement before they issued a refund since I still needed a video card.

Cons: Didn't work! That'll teach me to buy a refurbished model I guess. Oh well, the next one I order will be new.

Other Thoughts: Should be a 1 star since I didn't get what I wanted and am having to wait even longer to upgrade my PC but the RMA was painless and quick. contacted Newegg last Thursday, they issued the RMA, I got the card to UPS on Friday and teh refund was processed the following Wednesday. New order placed on the Wednesday so hopefully I'll get the card soon. Great customer care by Newegg means that I can shop without worry.

3 out of 5 eggsToo bad

Pros: Inexpensive, can play most FPS games @ high settings w/o any lag.

Cons: Too bad the first one came was a dud. Luckily Newegg is great with their RMA program. The second one came within a week and works perfectly now.

Other Thoughts: Don't expect it to do what a $500 video card can do. But honestly, this card is sufficient too run 2 monitors and play the latest Wolfenstein with all the blinks w/o a hickup.

5 out of 5 eggsreview of GTX 650 2 gig

Pros: this is a refurb card. for a mid size or smaller case it is a very good fit. the card has held it's own with all that I have thrown at it benchmarking and video editing software and not one hic up. I had to download nvidiainspector so I could speed up the fan, even in 3dmark the temp never went over 45C

Cons: not any that I saw

Other Thoughts: for the price and for what I am going to use it for, it well worth it, Will it play the newest game's at high setting I do not think so, is it good money spent I think so

5 out of 5 eggsnice and cool

Pros: Runs every game I have very smoothly and with the fan running at only 21% it's also only 21c!

Cons: I had to pick it up at the UPS distribution center because UPS does not know how to read? There's a difference between Willow and Lake!

Other Thoughts: It may not have been a good idea for Newegg to ship it wrapped in questionable material for Electro-static Discharge with an ESD warning label put right on the bubble wrap in which the video card came.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Budget Gamer Card

Pros: I bought this card as an upgrade to my EVGA 450 GTS

This card is very serious business when it comes to adjustability.
I was able to overclock it past what it was originally overclocked at with out any problems. I am playing Skyrim on High/Ultra @ at least 30 FPS!

Cons: Doesn't make me a samich!

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for an inexpensive card that you can push further and get the most bang for your buck then stop looking and buy this friggin card!
