The EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR graphics card with GeForce GTX 660 GPU is the perfect weapon choice for gamers. It takes NVIDIA Kepler-powered graphics cards to new levels of affordability while retaining class-leading performance and power efficiency, making it a must-have upgrade for today's hottest games.

  • newegg KEPLER GPU ARCHITECTURE NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but also for optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation, and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world-class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant, power-efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU BOOST Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA ADAPTIVE VERTICAL SYNC Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA SURROUND WITH UP TO FOUR MONITORS Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or the web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA Anti-Aliasing Anti-aliasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images, but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new anti-aliasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D VISION READY NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to two times the monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology3. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from 3DVisionLive.com in eye-popping, crystal-clear quality.

1 out of 5 eggsRefurbished: EVGA 02G-P4-2660-RX GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card Manufactured Recertified

Pros: none

Cons: where do I start from?

Other Thoughts: Do Not Buy this card! I knew it was refurbished one, but this is what the term means. It should have been reconditioned, inspected and in full working order. Can’t say it came completely DOA, because I got somehow to my BIOS, which was all garbled and non-responsive. Tried it in two perfectly working PCs, same. Not sure who it is to blame but either EVGA or NEWEGG skipped entirely the part of refurbishing and then inspecting the product. RMA and return label was issued, but I still have to deal with all that hassle, waste my time and since there is no return, pray that the replacement will be working…And even if it is, for how long??? For sure that will be my last refurbished item bought from NEWEGG or EVGA and maybe last one at all.

1 out of 5 eggsDead Overnight

Pros: -Picture Quality
-Rather quiet for the size
-Low power consumption
-Easily installable drivers

Cons: -First try; Card lasted less than 24 hours before it died out and the card was no longer detected.
-Struggled with a few games on higher settings (CoH2/RTW) but performed rather well.
-Hovered around 40fps with high to moderate graphical settings.

Other Thoughts: Moving from a Nvidia GTS 240, this GTX 660 card was outstanding in terms of picture quality and resolution (comparatively). This is my first GPU upgrade since building the tower and managed too find a pretty sweet deal, ($129.99) refurbished or not I was pretty heart-set.

Shipping was prompt and the card arrived within 4 days, however my experience lasted about 10 hours before I booted my PC the following mornings too the sound of error beeps.... Alas the card failed, tested too be sure, and im left with the few teasing hours of enjoyment!

It seemed like a wonderful GPU and the value is definitely there. Understandably when you buy refurbished your chancing the RMA road.

-Should be able too get a better idea of how good the GPU is once the RMA process pushed through.

1 out of 5 eggsNot worth the headache to save $

Pros: The price.

Cons: Card did not work out of the box.

Other Thoughts: I wish I had just spend another $20 or $30 and got a card from the store by my house. The RMA process is not worth the trouble. I wanted this card asap and now at best it will be another week of waiting.

They don't send you another card until you send your broken card back first and they check it out. I feel like they are saying we don't trust you. Meanwhile they still have my money and I have nothing other than a shipping recipe.

I wish I could just get my money back at this point so I could go to a physical store and pick one up.

Manufacturer Response:

1 out of 5 eggsSending for RMA

Pros: None

Cons: Had bad video RAM straight out of the box

Other Thoughts: This is a possibility when you buy refurbished parts, only thing you can do is send it back and hope you get a working one. Will change review upon delivery of working Graphics card.

1 out of 5 eggsBad Experience

Pros: I actually got this for a Christmas gift (Told my family what I wanted and they got it). It would have been a great card for a cheaper build. I know some games out there have had some problems with the 600 series cards but still a decent price for the thing. Although I never got a chance to use it

Cons: I opened up the box and looked inside and had seen that the fan was broken off inside of the case. I figured it's alright it was a refurbished item and sometimes things happened I will just go and RMA it. Well the RMA process took 5 weeks and I ended up not getting another card even though they obviously have one posted up here for sell. Instead they ended up refunding the money (which at least they did that). This seems kind of shady too me, but oh well I've used Newegg quite a bit and never had an experience like this from them.

Other Thoughts: I now know to never buy refurbished items from newegg. Hopefully if someone does they don't experience the same problems I have.

4 out of 5 eggsBatting .500 on Refurbished GTX 660

Pros: Great video card for the price ($160), runs quietly. I can play my favorite MMORPGs at close to max settings. Newegg RMA process worked as advertised with no problems.

Cons: Ordered two cards for an SLI pair. One works great but is lonely because the other was dead on arrival. RMA process went smoothly. The return policy was supposed to be "Replacement Only" but Newegg gave me a refund. Paid $12 to ship it back. I knew it was refurbished and took my chances anyway.

Other Thoughts: At least I can still play Halo while I look for a matching GPU.

3 out of 5 eggsa good one

Pros: Card performs flawlessly. The fan is relatively quiet. The one I received even clocks to 1123Mhz which is higher than advertised.

Cons: The backing plate was slightly bent- likely damaged during shipping- still had no issue installing it after straightening. The price is high for this refurbished product- a new card in this category with a better warranty (and usually a bundle of some kind) can be had for only a little bit more. Still worth considering- I would buy again.

2 out of 5 eggsMy Lost Money

Pros: Since my first review the money that I had lost in the refund process was refunded to me after contacting their customer support line. So in the end, now, I am not out money on this deal (to be fair to Newegg).

Cons: This is the second refurbished item I have purchase from Newegg that has failed. For me refurbished has not been good.

Other Thoughts: I suppose this is somewhat of a retraction from my previous review (Bad, Bad, Bad). I still contend that buying refurbished from Newegg is a risk, that is all.
