  • neweggKepler GPU ArchitectureNVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but also for optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation, and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world-class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant, power-efficient graphics card.
  • neweggNVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with advanced controls like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • neweggNVIDIA Adaptive Vertical SyncNothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • neweggNVIDIA SLI TechnologyUsed by the most demanding gamers worldwide, SLI lets you link up to three GeForce GTX 780 units together for astounding performance. And with NVIDIA's track record for fast and frequent software updates, you'll not only get the best performance in existing games, but in future games too.
  • neweggNVIDIA Surround with Up To Four MonitorsNothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • neweggTXAA AntiAliasingAntialiasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images, but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new antialiasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest-edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.

5 out of 5 eggsCollddd card.

Pros: *This card will run cool on max settings. I wasn't anticipating that the ACX cooler ran this well.
*This runs any game I can throw at it (2560x1440) at 60fps+. (-ArmaIII, which is easily playable)
*Quiet card. Fans at 100% (EVGA Precision X), are barely audible.

Cons: Just the cost. Bit expensive compared to what's coming out soon.

Other Thoughts: Would love to try two of these, but at the current release rate of cards, I might try and sell this for a GTX980 (Or the next series)

3 out of 5 eggsEVGA GTX 780 SC

Pros: Bought the card in Feb and it runs like a champ, no issues regarding graphics, heat...nada. It's a thing of beauty. EVGA always has top notch cards. First on my list for GPU's from my 8800 GTS's and my 460's to this. Every game is so maxed out it tells me my future.

Cons: Faint coil whine... When it happens, it's noticable. It's not very often though. I can deal with it if I have my headset on of course. Wife hears it also just when browsing the net. I do a double take when it comes on.

EVGA Step Up Program should review requests on a case by case basis. As a military member, I was not "available" at the time due to obligations. So, I missed the time period to step up to the 6GB version. Sent them a request to see if there was an exception to policy, just got the typical "We are sorry."

Other Thoughts: Overall, I'm happy with the card. I really don't feel like sending it back due to coil whine since it would create downtime. I still love EVGA, they give a lot back to gamers.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat card

Pros: Quiet, overclocking headroom, fast, cheap compared to other 780's, EVGA quality and support. Upgraded to this from a 560ti and it was a huge leap in speed.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: With maxwell cards dropping so soon prices should come down even more making this an even better value. I will be picking up another in a month or so.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Card

Pros: Great card, runs quiet, plays all my games at their highest settings. WOW/Wildstar/Diabnlo3/SplinterCellBlacklist/WatchDogs/Online Oblivion - they all run at highest settings with this card @ reasonable frame-rates between 60fps to over 200fps in the case of some of the older games. I run it at factory settings and have never tried to increase the speed of this card.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Purchased 8/17/2013 . Previous to owning this card I usually purchased Asus video cards. Nothing against Asus-I still like their products immensely, however, in this one instance the video card was both cheaper and faster than it's Asus counterpart.

5 out of 5 eggsRunning Strong For 1 Year+

Pros: -Super powerful, runs the majority of my games at max settings.
-I am able to run triple monitors without slowdown (2 1080p, one 1440p)

I was able to get a 15898 running 2 of these GPU's in SLI on Firestrike. On Firestrike extreme I got 8700.

On one GPU I got 10,012 on Firestrike. My CPu is an i7 4770k clocked at 4.0Ghz.

This card was so powerful that I had to upgrade to a 2560x1440 monitor just to be able to meet its power.

I am able to play Skyrim with intense graphics mods as well as other demanding games such as Metro: LL, and Borderlands 2 with PhysX at max.

If you want to be able to max out all your games at 1080p, getting one of these GPU's will achieve that with no problem.

Cons: The price isn't really cost efficient. Better bang for you buck cards would be the GTX 770 or the GTx 660.

I had to shell out another $300 just to get the 1440p monitor since I couldn't maximize my GPU's potential with a 1080p monitor.

Other Thoughts: My Computer Specs.

16GB 1600Mhz RAM (8x2)
Intel i7 4770k at 4.0GHz
2x EVGA ACX Cooler Superlocked GTX 780s in SLI
240GB m500 Crucial SSD
500 GB Samsung 840 SSD
1 TB WD Black HDD
500 GB WD Blue HDD

4 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: Everything

Cons: Instructions are generic and don't specify PCIE power connectors required. You need 1x 8 pin and 1x 6 pin.
The instructions say "May require one or more 6 or 8 pin."

5 out of 5 eggsGaming Beastmode

Pros: Runs quiet, runs fast, treats ultra-high graphic settings as if they were a joke to handle. The sheer power of this thing is ridiculous.

Cons: I've yet to find a single problem with this monster.

Other Thoughts: The price was comparable to one of the next-gen consoles all by itself. After using it, I can't say there was even an ounce of buyer's remorse.

5 out of 5 eggsHit my sweet spot

Pros: Sits perfectly in the best price/performance vs temperature/noise balance slot (within the high end range). The numbers do not lie, and neither does its top performance in all of those categories.

Comparable performance to Titan while maintaining sub-70c temps and sub 50db noise? Psh...done. This old man was never expecting to get such performance without having to get a screaming heat beast of a card (sorry R9 290 owners, maybe next time AMD)

Cons: I'm struggling to find any.

5 out of 5 eggsThis is the card you're looking for

Pros: If you've got the money, this is exactly what you want. Seriously, this card hasn't ceased to amaze me with its performance. It hasn't stuttered once. It hasn't had issues with max settings on EVERYTHING. I'm running Skyrim with max settings, 96 mods at once, and the majority of those making the graphics extreme HD. Stays nice and cool. Best investment ever.

Cons: Nothing. It's worth it's price.
