The EVGA GeForce GTX 770 marks an evolution in gaming performance – an insanely fast, smooth, and whisper-quiet experience every time. The powerful NVIDIA Kepler GPU GTX 770 of 1536 cores, and 4GB of GDDR5 graphics memory, all work side by side to deliver awesome gaming performance. NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 technology pushes PC performance to new levels with precise controls. And equipped with an EVGA ACX cooler, the EVGA GeForce GTX 770 provides you with an extremely quiet and reliable gaming experience.

  • newegg EVGA ACX Cooler With a 40% increase in heatsink volume, the EVGA ACX is more efficient at dissipating heat, allowing for 15% lower GPU temperatures. A reinforcement baseplate maintains a straight PCB, and helps lower mosfet temperatures by 7% and memory by 15%. Even the fan blades are of the highest quality; with a 700% increase in strength, and 25% lower weight when compared to competitors. This makes the fans 20% more efficient by requiring lower power levels. EVGA is also using double ball bearing fans which offer a 12 year lifespan, four times longer when compared to competitors!
  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but also for optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation, and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world-class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant, power-efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with advanced controls – including GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up to Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA AntiAliasing Antialiasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images, but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new antialiasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.

5 out of 5 eggsCareful what you buy.

Pros: Okay so what are the pros. It runs, It works, no issue. None what so ever dam good card. Worth the Price.

Cons: I would say the fan runs a little loud but I've had no cooling issue with it what so ever. So I wouldn't call that a con really. The free game I don't recommend as I was charge for it. This is the third time I've try to write a review of this. This is really the only complaint I have do not I repeat do not take the free game option. I'm not the only person that has had this.

Other Thoughts: Aside from the only negative which I would call more nit-picking then anything. Defiantly worth it and has ran like a charm.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Graphics Card

Pros: Has functioned flawlessly from the start and utilize it for multiple uses from video play back to multiple different levels of video games at high settings.

Cons: Slight confusion on the power cord installation, need to use two 2x2 together rather than a 2x4 adapter, but this was easy to figure out.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great performance as a card, I still run darn near everything on ultra without issue

Cons: I took the case of my computer off after about 12 months to clean the filters (I clean them more than annually, this just happened to be the time frame when I noticed the problem) and saw that the metallic trim piece (the one that says GTX 770 classified) had fallen off into the bottom of my PC.
No harm done, but if I hadn't been so lucky, and the piece of metal had shorted something on the board, or managed to spike into the fan of my PS, I would have been *upset*.
As it stands, I'm just disappointed that EVGA decided to use a glue that melts on a piece that is designed to get hot. For $460, 2 little screws wouldn't have been that big of a deal.

Other Thoughts: Haven't been able to get the LED controls from GeForce experience to do anything for the card, but I bought it for performance, not to have light shows in my case.

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding!

Pros: Extremely fast - This card blazes through every game I throw at it.

Reliable and Long Lasting - Eggcellent all around reviews from multiple sites.

Quiet - even under heavy operation the fans do not get loud.
(P.S. -Michael B.- That is rare, mine, as most, is quiet as can be! Shouldn't be too hard to replace the fan!)

I bought this after looking at many cards, while it may seem pricey, this card is still cheap for what it is, and is mostly future proof. Awesome Card for the price!

Cons: Size - This card didn't fit normally in my smaller case, had to take out the motherboard, put the card in, and put the mobo back just to get it in! The side wouldn't go on right because of how tall the card was, the power cables made the card too tall.

I have since upgraded my case, had to take some extra Hdd racks out of my current one, large card, but very, very nice!

Not going to take an egg off because that was my own bad!
No other issues!

Other Thoughts: Had to upgrade everything but my ssd for it to have it's full effect, but that comes with any new serious card.

Remember, your computer is only as strong as it's weakest link! If this card does not give you the performance you thought it would, look at your CPU, RAM, etc first before blaming the card itself!

2 out of 5 eggsLooked great, until...

Pros: Beautiful graphics for 5 minutes

Cons: My card burned out after about 5 minutes of gameplay at default settings. Now I'm stuck with an expensive paperweight as an overzealous girlfriend trashed the box and I can't RMA the product without it.

Other Thoughts: This card would definitely get 5 eggs if it had worked properly

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: 3x1920/1080 monitors and runs everything great. including battlefield 4 and planetside 2 on highest. Low framerates are no longer a thing for me. Dont need to overclock, dont need to constantly check the temperature anymore. Just plug it in and forget. White LED's are kinda cool.

Cons: Doesnt do my homework.

5 out of 5 eggsVGA

Pros: card is great value for your buck, looks cool fans are quiet and they do a great job cooling the card. have not over clocked it but have not had too. I have played several games for hours and it does not seem to heat up my box like my last card did.

Cons: none so far , plan on buying a second one.

Other Thoughts: I have seen reviews on there sites that state this card is over priced, 2k for a card is over priced. this card performs great.

5 out of 5 eggsVGA card

Pros: this thing is huge, but looks cool , its cooling fans work awesome, Have put this card to the test with some intense games, not bench mark software and it is AWESOME.

Cons: does not have a cool looking SLI strip like the Titans , but I guess when you pay 2k plus for a VGA it better do something special, lol

Other Thoughts: Getting a second card will have to up my power supply but not really that worried about that. the card rocks

3 out of 5 eggsLogically it run great...Physically not so much

Pros: COMPATIBILITY - Running with Win8.1. No problems with any games that I play.
PERFORMANCE - Runs most of what I play at or above 60 fps on highest setting.
INSTALLATION - Card was easy to install and with NVidia driver support I haven't had any issues.

Cons: LED ERROR INDICATORS - 5 Bright white lights that distract from the overall aesthetics. Can not turn off!

NOISY - and I do mean NOISY. I have 8 other fans in my case and the only one that I hear is the GTX 770 ACX Cooler fans. They have a high pitched whine when they spin up with a rattle that is ever-present. I have pulled the card several time, tightened up any screw that I could, blew the dust out and still couldn't get rid of the rattle.
I contacted EVGA regarding this and they just want to RMA the card. Further research indicated that this is a pretty common problem with this the ACX cooler. I have not decided if I'm going to go through the RMA troubles.

Other Thoughts: I'm giving the card only 3 - stars not based of performance, but entirely off of this noise problem. It's like buying a new Corvette only to find out that it's got a rattle on the inside that is driving you insane!
