The EVGA GeForce GTX 760 marks an evolution in gaming performance: an insanely fast, smooth, and whisper-quiet experience every time. The powerful NVIDIA Kepler GPU GTX 760 of 1152 cores, and 2GB of GDDR5 graphics memory, work side by side to deliver awesome gaming performance. NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 technology pushes PC performance to new levels with precise controls. And equipped with an EVGA ACX cooler, the EVGA GeForce GTX 760 provides you with an extremely quiet and reliable gaming experience.

  • newegg EVGA ACX Cooler With a 40% increase in heatsink volume, the EVGA ACX is more efficient at dissipating heat, allowing for 15% lower GPU temperatures. A reinforcement baseplate maintains a straight PCB, and helps lower mosfet temperatures by 7% and memory by 15%. Even the fan blades are of the highest quality: with a 700% increase in strength, and 25% lower weight when compared to competitors. This makes the fans 20% more efficient by requiring lower power levels. EVGA is also using double ball bearing fans which offer a 12 year lifespan, four times longer when compared to competitors!
  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not only for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but also for optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation, and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world-class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant, power-efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with advanced controls – like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg NVIDIA PhysX Technology Full support for NVIDIA PhysX technology, which enables a new class of physical gaming interaction for a more dynamic GeForce experience.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up to Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or web while you are gaming.

3 out of 5 eggsReturn in Progress...

Pros: GREAT performance out of the box............ for about a day.

Cons: Within 24 hours I started noticing "artifacts" on my screen no matter what I was doing. Random pixellated areas would just spam my screen. I shut down and doubled checked all connections, make sure there were no issues with the install and verified that nothing was physically wrong. About 5 days of this and finally it failed completely. No game would run.

Other Thoughts: I'm faily confident that this was just a mass production issue on the manufacturers end. I understand they produce THOUSANDS of these items and there are bound to be some bad eggs out there. I'm currently awaiting a replacement from Newegg. I will write another review WHEN I receive my new card.

5 out of 5 eggs1080p 60fps on a budget

Pros: Everything. Not a single real flaw with this card.

Cons: The supplied power cables were a bit broken. the 8 pin was fine, but the 6 pin would NOT go in. Luckily I had a 4 pin and a 2 pin, so I just plugged both of those in to make it a 6 and it works perfectly. So just be aware the cables might suck.
But I can't take away from the card for that because it was the cables.

Other Thoughts: This is in my current rig and its the first rig I've ever built. I was shopping around trying to find a good deal and at $250 it's hard to beat.
I play everything at 1080p 60fps
There's almost nothing I can't play at maxed settings
Only game I can't max that I currently own is black flag, but then again that's because its horribly optimized. And sometimes Bioshock Infinite dips down to around 45 when there's some intense lighting effects, but for me it's not a problem.
I have it in a Rosewill Galaxy-01 with 4 fans and it stays pretty cool, never goes over 65c which is pretty good in my opinion.
You cannot go wrong with this card.
I plan on getting a second one soon.
pair this with a good cpu and you will be very very happy.
I currently have the amd fx-6300 but I would suggest the 8350.
Cannot recommend this card enough.
I don't overclock the card because It's already good enough but I imagine if you're an overclocker you will enjoy this card even more.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing card.

Pros: Easy to install, easy to install the drivers and is a powerhouse for the price. This was my first true full-sized GPU in more than 7 years and I was torn between so many, this being the most I was willing to spend, although very reluctant to do so.

I'm happy I made the investment. I can run a multitude of games at 60 fps at ultra settings with the exception of some heavy on screen action at times.

Games: Warframe, Sims 3, Planetside 2, Marvel Heroes, Elder Scrolls Online.

ESO and Planetside can sometimes run 30-55 frames given that so many players can be on screen at once.

Cons: I can't think of any. I had my first card RMA'd because I was having issues after three solid weeks of play where my PC would constantly power down and recycle the power constantly, and we determined it was something to do with the drivers being installed and windows starting up.

After much testing and headache, it turned out to be a partially defective PSU that would somehow only defect when the GPU attempted to reach full capacity.

5 out of 5 eggsHow sweet it is!

Pros: Oh my! BF4 on ultra? HA HA HA HA! No more random crashes with that 560ti I've been struggling with(the last STABLE driver was 322.13).
If more graphics power at a decent price point is your goal, you have found it.

Cons: Uh-uh. There aren't any.

Other Thoughts: Enclosed with the packaging was an advisory to update your mobo's BIOS. Fortunately, I found a utility on my mobo's for one click updating which was pretty easy. However, it took me a couple cups of coffee to realize I also needed to reset my CMOS switch on the back of my motherboard in order to get a boot screen. I also had to reset and save to get everything running correctly.

5 out of 5 eggsNewEgg's Service.

Pros: After ordering this card with the ACX cooling, I was experiencing a rather loud fan noise from the card. This noise is from a fan defect and not from the default fan speed. I started the RMA process and NewEgg wasted no time in sending me another card. I am happy to say that all is well and quiet with this card.

This card replaced my GTS 250 and is performing as expected.

Note: I went with the full 5 star rating because of NewEgg's service. Defects with components are bound to happen from time to time.

Cons: Possible fan defect which includes loud fan noise that sounds like a mini turbine. If this is the case, RMA immediately. This issue is in no way connected with the fact that the default fan speed is set at 40%.

3 out of 5 eggsWindows crasher

Pros: Does what it is supposed to do when working.

Cons: drivers crash my windows 7 pro 64bit to where my computer will not even boot up. I have to boot into safe mode to uninstall then works perfectly.

Other Thoughts: Unfortunately I have to buy another video card because I have had the card for more than a month.

5 out of 5 eggsBuy Me

Pros: Very affordable
1080p gaming is quite fun on this card, and it handles just about everything. I haven't tried to throw Crysis 3 at it, and I probably won't because I don't play that game.

Cons: Isn't a 770?

Other Thoughts: It was a great buy, especially considering that I upgraded from a gtx 435M.
Battlefield 4 runs like butter with everything maxed out. ARMA III runs well, you may need to turn down some of the crazy post processing it has, but it still looks fantastic.
Great price, great buy, no complaints.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!

Pros: - Runs everything I throw at it!

- Pretty quiet.

- Remains relatively cool.

Cons: - None from me, although see other thoughts.

Other Thoughts: When I first got this card, it had some coil whine, but it went away within a night of benchmarking. it was a very odd situation to say the least, and upon further research, this card has a history of coil whining. If you're feeling lucky and/or can stand coil whine, definitely get this.
