A new weapon of choice for gamers, the EVGA GeForce GTX 760 graphics card hits the sweet point of PC gaming with great performance at a competitive price. Based on the NVIDIA Kepler GPU, the Galaxy 04G-P4-3768-KR is built around 1152 CUDA processors and 2GB/256-bit GDDR5 memory, giving you the performance you need to game stutter-free at high settings. This card is factory overclocked to 1085MHz Base Clock (standard 980MHz), and 1150MHz Boost Clock (standard 1033MHz), for smoother gameplay. The award-winning ACX cooling solution keeps you card nice and cool. It's also stacked with unique gaming technologies that make it fast, such as GPU BOOST 2.0, NVIDIA Adaptive V-Sync, NVIDIA 3D Vision Surround, and NVIDIA PhysX.

  • newegg ACX Cooling The new double ball bearing ACX cooler from EVGA redefines traditional enthusiast coolers. Starting with a 40% increase in heatsink volume, the EVGA ACX is more efficient at dissipating heat, allowing for 15% lower GPU temperatures. EVGA also spent time to ensure that even the fan blades were of the highest quality: with a 700% increase in strength, and 25% lower weight when compared to competitors' dual fan designs. This makes the fans 20% more efficient by requiring lower power levels. Of course, EVGA is also using double ball bearing fans which offer a 12-year lifespan, this is four times longer when compared to competitors! Don't settle for the low-quality materials found in competitors' cooling solutions on your high-end product; EVGA offers the best!
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with advanced controls – like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with up to Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg Two New Anti-Aliasing Modes: FXAA and TXAA Technology Anti-aliasing smoothes out jagged edges but can be demanding on framerates. FXAA (Fast Approximate Anti-Aliasing) is a new anti-aliasing technology that produces beautiful smooth lines with minimal performance impact. And with Kepler based GPUs, you'll be able to enable FXAA in hundreds of game titles through the NVIDIA Control Panel. The second mode, TXAA (Temporal Anti-Aliasing), is an in-game option that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for even higher visual fidelity.
  • newegg NVIDIA PhysX Technology Full support for NVIDIA PhysX technology, enabling a totally new class of physical gaming interaction for a more dynamic and realistic experience with GeForce.

5 out of 5 eggsEVGA IS awesome

Pros: Using this in an SLI setup on an 850W Corsair PSU. Works perfectly

Cons: None, none at all.

Other Thoughts: EVGA as a company is awesome. I've had only one issue with them in 7 years. I had a video card with a warped heatsink that caused a premature failure of a RAM module. The RMA was simple and quick. EVGA loves the community and I have zero problems suggesting their products.

If you have a choice between EVGA and someone else with all else being equal, go EVGA.

4 out of 5 eggsFair card, but I had some issues...

Pros: Great FPS in all of the games I tried (60+).
Fairly good cooling.
The card isn't too flashy, but it's built with quality.
No bugs/issues getting the card to work.

Cons: Coil whine (See other thoughts).

Other Thoughts: This card was a bit too noisy for me. I'm not sure if I got a bad card or what, but most of my games had some fairly audible coil whine. My pc is on my desk and my case fans make some noise already, so the actual gpu fans didn't ever present much of an annoyance. However, I was especially bothered by the buzzing noise that accompanied me whenever I started a game. Now, I've heard that sometimes power supplies can be the issue, but I think I got a pretty decent one (EVGA Supernova 750w G2) and I was not about to go on a wild goose chase trying to find a combination that worked. Things like v-sync could quiet it a little, but I wasn't about to have that either.

I'm aware that this doesn't have any bad effects on the card, but if you're like me and this kind of thing bothers you, beware. It performs great and everything else about it is good, but if you're looking for smooth noise it may not be the best fit.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Plays modern day games on medium to high settings without a problem. Gets a little hot, but haven't seen it overheat.

Cons: Bad coil whine. I've checked and made sure no wires are touching the fans, testing at high and low fan speeds, tried limiting framerates in games, and everything I've done points to coil whine. I even have an EVGA Supernova powersupply and it's doing it. Very noticeable and very annoying. :/

Other Thoughts: Got it for a PC a built. I regret buying it because the noise it makes forces me to use headphones when gaming.

5 out of 5 eggsEVGA rocks

Pros: Works awesome in SLI Plays everything I can throw at it. TF2 hits 60FPS and stays there the whole game. Single card mode still holds up although not at full Ultra modes at 1920x1200.

Cons: Look at the 970 and 980's now as these are becoming dated.

Other Thoughts: Excellent card for an older SLI configuration. EVGA support rocks and I cannot suggest them any higher.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card! Great service!

Pros: Great card! Excellent performance! The card runs pretty cool going from 28 degrees standstill and maxing out at around 67 degrees at performance. Starting to build my new rig and this was a great addition.

Cons: A little on the expensive side. should have come with the 6/8 pin power cables. I had to find another 8 pin cable because my old card only used a 6 pin.

Other Thoughts: I had to upgrade from my GTX 250 1gb. Yeah I know my card was ancient; but all my money goes to college and student loans. Newegg got it to my door in 2 days! Excellent service. wouldn't mind testing/reviewing new or featured items if Newegg doesn't mind throwing a couple products my way.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Large memory. More than one thousand cores. Fast.

Cons: N/A

Other Thoughts: I bought this card to learn CUDA programming. My code run nearly 10 times faster than on my intel i2500K processor. In comparison, the same code only gets about 40% more speedup on a Telsa 40K.
