The EVGA GeForce GTX 770 with EVGA ACX cooler is a high-performance graphics card that delivers high-speed, super-smooth gaming. With the GeForce GTX 770 GPU, nothing will hold you back from taking on – and dominating – your most challenging games. It is stacked with unique gaming technologies, like NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0, which makes it fast. Really fast.

Half the battle of winning is having a good partner. The GeForce GTX 770 GPU has one: the EVGA ACX cooler. It significantly lowers not only GPU temperatures, but also mosfet and memory temperatures. Be invincible in your most demanding game titles!

  • newegg EVGA ACX Cooler The new ACX cooler ensures dramatically lower temperatures and noise levels when compared to standard coolers. Starting with a 40% increase in heatsink volume, the EVGA ACX is more efficient at dissipating heat, allowing for 15% lower GPU temperatures. A reinforcement baseplate maintains a straight PCB, and helps lower mosfet temperatures by 7% and memory temperatures by 15%. The fan blades are also of the highest quality, with a 700% increase in strength and 25% lower weight*, for 20% more efficiency by requiring lower power levels. The double ball bearing prolongs the fans' lifespan to up to 12 years. (*when compared to competitors dual fan designs)
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with advanced controls – like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA SLI Technology Used by the most demanding gamers worldwide, SLI lets you link together up to three GeForce GTX 770s for astounding performance. And with NVIDIA's track record for fast and frequent software updates, you'll not only get the best performance in existing games, but also in future games.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with up to Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg Two New Anti-Aliasing Modes:FXAA and TXAA Anti-aliasing smoothes out “jaggies” (jagged edges) but can be demanding on framerates. Fast Approximate Anti-Aliasing (FXAA) is a new anti-aliasing technology that produces beautiful smooth lines with minimal performance impact. And with Kepler-based GPUs, you'll be able to enable FXAA in hundreds of game titles through the NVIDIA Control Panel. The second mode, Temporal Anti-Aliasing (TXAA), is an in-game option that combines Multi-Sample Anti-Aliasing (MSAA), temporal filtering, and post processing for even higher visual fidelity.

1 out of 5 eggsSeriously Dissapointed

Pros: Runs good when it works.

Cons: Randomly crashing, loss of video and fans ramping to 100% just like my 580 that was DOA a couple years ago.

Other Thoughts: Never buying a EVGA product ever again.

2 out of 5 eggsGreat, but...

Pros: This is an amazing card, its fast, never overheated, super quiet, and I love EVGA!

Cons: Despite all of the pros the con for me is a serious one. After a month of owning it I have been experiences really bad driver issues. Nearly every modern game to date the drivers will crash which will cause a random black screen and it would sometimes recover and resume the game. This however may not seem bad, but it is terrible when you are a competitive gamer. Some games will even crash after the screen blacks out. I have tried to many different methods to fix it, but nothing has worked and is very frustrating. I eventually come to realize to blame the card, for being faulty at its young age.

Other Thoughts: Great card, just some major driver issues

5 out of 5 eggsRock solid and fast

Pros: Good performing video card. My games run nice and smooth.

Cons: At 10.5" long, it's a beast. Much larger than the 460GTX I replaced. It barely fits in my case (an old Lian Li) -- almost right up against the lower drive cage. Beware if you have a "mid" size tower or smaller, make sure there's enough room for this card.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: Fast.
Plays everything at high settings.

Cons: Noisy.
No longer a good value.

Other Thoughts: Got this to upgrade from a GTX460. While it was clearly a massive improvement over that card, I wish I had know about the pending release of the 970 series. They are much faster than this card and at nearly the same price. Sigh. But make no mistake, this card is good. As many have noted, it makes some noise, but it isn't as loud as my 460 was, so it's not a problem for me. This card is big, as in long. I had to move a drive to get it to fit. It was hitting the connectors and would not plug in. Luckily I had an empty bay just below, so the move was pretty easy. It would be a problem for someone that has all their drive bays full. (My case is a mid-sized tower.) All in all it's a good card, but I would take the 970 over it for the money.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat OC'er

Pros: Great overclocker and cooler. Was able to crank out 1350 mHz base clock and 8.4Ghz memory clock while maintaining a temperature under 80c. Not to mention this card looks great and noise can become an issue at times but not often.

Cons: None

1 out of 5 eggs2x Broken Units / Horrible customer service

Pros: If it works as it should, it is a very nice card, and powerful enough for gaming on a matched system.

Cons: -I receive the first video card, and it was an opened / returned / box and would not POST - Black Screen. = RMA'ed
-The next one has severe audio issues out of both HDMI ports. Horrid audio lag, *which turned into all around lag video and audio*, audio cracking / popping / and screeching. = Unable to RMA due to 30 days passed

Other Thoughts: I built an entirely new system, and this was the video card that I built my machine around. Long story short, I receive the first one, and it was an opened / returned / box and would not POST - Black Screen. I RMA'ed this one, The next one has severe audio issues out of both HDMI ports. Horrid audio lag, *which turned into all around lag video and audio*, audio cracking / popping / and screeching. I then try to RMA this one, because I still have not received a working video card, and get told by Newegg that "I am sorry you are past the 30 Day return policy" and that I have to contact EVGA and see if they will replace it through the End User warranty. I am really really disappointed with Newegg at not standing behind what they sold to me *twice, mind you*.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome GPU

Pros: Best bang for the Buck! Runs everything with great graphics. I haven't tried many games yet but everything I have, its done on the highest settings with no problems (BF4, Tropico 5, Tomb Raider, also 3DMark).
I've read a few other reviews about it being loud but I honestly can't hear it over my CPU cooler or the case fans. Which I don't think are that loud either.

Cons: Not many, I wish it had some lights on it or something to make it pop out.

Other Thoughts: What really makes me happy with the card is that alone it may not be anything special when compared to the 780 ti or the Titan. But if you run the 770 with another 770 in SLI it will out perform both of them by a decent amount and the price is quite competitive. Assuming you don't need a new power supply

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Card

Pros: not the best you can get but pretty darn good

Cons: OC software (Precision X) pulled from EVGA website

Other Thoughts: I don't really game but my kids do, I like putting computers together and wanted to do a system in the kick but category. I did and got one of these for the video. It's not the best but it's in the top 5. Passmark gave mine near 6400 without overclocking making it equivalent to a r9 290 benchmark wise. Would have liked to get a 780 but have to draw the line somewhere on the expense. I am totally happy and satisfied with this. Way better quality than other sapphire or power color cards I've purchased in the past. Very happy with EVGA product. It's nice to crank your quality settings for a game as high as they'll go and not worry about having to set things just right to get the best quality with playable frame rate

3 out of 5 eggsStick with the 2GB

Pros: It works like it should that's about it.

Cons: It says the fans are running at 30% but i really feel like they are running at 100% because they are VERY load to me. I used to be able to sleep with my PC on with my old video card but not with this one....

I had a Radeon 6950 before and I can't feel a major performance difference. Maybe 15+ fps in games now and no boost rendering wise either.

Other Thoughts: Maybe my expectations were to high.
Maybe this is how loud fans are now a days....
This is my first Nvidia card in over 10 years and I will say....
This will be my last Nvidia card I purchase for awhile.

The programs for the card that they offer don't allow you to adjust the fans freely so that is another negative factor.

I was expecting a lot out of this card for the $400+ price tag but if I could turn back time i would have just got two ATI 6950 instead of the one I have now where only 1 fan works... =(

4 out of 5 eggsUpgraded from 670 GTX, not THAT impressed but its a nice card.

Pros: 4GB VRAM, lots of newer games are going over the typical 2GB vram, so this makes the card certainly more viable for ''future proofing'' against new games.

Stays cool
not noisy
handles anything at ultra settings on 50-60fps

I think if people don't know the 760/770 are basically just rebranded (and improved of course) versions of the 670/680 utilizing the same architecture while the only true kepler cards are the 780 780ti and the titan.

Cons: Not as big of a difference as I would have liked to have seen for the price.
No SLI bridge included..although not a huge con by any means.

Other Thoughts: I'll probably use the evga step-up and upgrade to the 780 SC or 780 Ti.
