The EVGA GeForce GTX 760 marks an evolution in gaming performance: an insanely fast, smooth, and whisper-quiet experience every time. The powerful NVIDIA Kepler GPU GTX 760, of 1152 cores and 4GB of GDDR5 graphics memory, delivers an awesome gaming performance. NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 technology pushes PC performance to new levels with precise controls. And equipped with an EVGA ACX cooler, the EVGA GeForce GTX 760 provides you with an extremely quiet and reliable gaming experience.

  • newegg EVGA ACX Cooler With a 40% increase in heatsink volume, the EVGA ACX is more efficient at dissipating heat, allowing for 15% lower GPU temperatures. A reinforcement baseplate maintains a straight PCB, and helps lower mosfet temperatures by 7%, and memory by 15%. Even the fan blades are of the highest quality; with a 700% increase in strength, and 25% lower weight when compared to competitors. This makes the fans 20% more efficient by requiring lower power levels. The double ball bearing prolongs the fans' lifespan to up to 12 years.
  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but also for optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation, and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world-class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant, power-efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with advanced controls – like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg Two New Anti-Aliasing Modes: FXAA and TXAA Anti-aliasing smoothes out “jaggies” (jagged edges) but can be demanding on framerates. Fast Approximate Anti-Aliasing (FXAA) is a new anti-aliasing technology that produces beautiful smooth lines with minimal performance impact. And with Kepler-based GPUs, you'll be able to enable FXAA in hundreds of game titles through the NVIDIA Control Panel. The second mode, Temporal Anti-Aliasing (TXAA), is an in-game option that combines Multi-Sample Anti-Aliasing (MSAA), temporal filtering, and post processing for even higher visual fidelity.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with up to Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or web while you are gaming.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing performance, rattle sounds

Pros: The card performs amazingly, completely blowing away my expectations. The card also has good sli benchmarks from my experience. Although I'm sure it can differ, and I am enjoying the 4k support.

Cons: There seems to be a loud rattling noise most of the time. It can get annoying, but it doesn't bother me much at all.

Other Thoughts: Great card, even though it isn't the quietest.

2 out of 5 eggsRattle Sounds

Pros: My games run great, and the card stays cool. Not MUCH more I could ask for.

Cons: Unfortunately, this thing makes some crazy rattle noises. I've adjusted fan speeds, I've tried to see if anything is loose, all with no luck.

Sometimes it sounds like metal on metal, other times it just kind of pulses a weird thrumming sound. Every time I think I have it figured out, it starts back up.

The only reason I two-egged this is because I can't stand rattle-y sounds like this. It drives me insane. And as a writer, I tend to need quite while working. This makes that hard.

Other Thoughts: On a purely functional level, I don't have any complaints, but if I could go back in time and get EVGA's GTX 960 like what my wife got in her computer, I'd pull the trigger on that in a heartbeat.

5 out of 5 eggsWas well worth the money

Pros: Affordable budget build that even being 7-9 generations behind the latest heavy hitters(ie 980 ti + titan) it's able to run lastest games on high

Cons: Runs a little hot, but that's to be expected, my case is terrible.

5 out of 5 eggsI always buy EVGA

Pros: The GTX 760 is a great card it trades blows with the 960 all day long.
I've had no issues with my 760 SLI set up ever. My only regret is not saving one when I upgraded to the 980 ti & use it for physx.

Cons: eh the only con are the drivers Nvida hasn't been keeping up with the kepler like they should. Some say it was a bug in the updates others say its a clear move to force people into the 900 series.

1 out of 5 eggsBroken in less than a year

Pros: Worked well, while it worked.

Cons: Causes my system to lock up.

Other Thoughts: Bought this in 08/2014, and it's barely working in less than a year later. Causing system lock ups.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little card

Pros: Inexpensive, quiet, good performance for the price at the time.

Cons: Out of production.

Other Thoughts: The only reason I'm bothering to review an out of stock, out of production product, is to make on comment that is relevant to all modern GPU boards. My older games apparently don't know how to deal with GPU memory greater than what they can address with what I'm guessing is a signed 32bit array (which means 31bits of actual address space). With 4GB of RAM on the GPU board, I'm seeing negative values reported for GPU memory. It does weird things in game. It would be nice if either MS or Nvidia could give us a way to limit the amount of VRAM an application can see (it's nowhere in Nvidia control panel currently).

5 out of 5 eggsgreat card

Pros: small length, compared to other cards, silent fans, good packaging, good directions, and easy drivers with Nvidia software.

Cons: dual slotted, but that couldn't really have been avoided.

Other Thoughts: runs a bit hot with only fans pushing out, so be sure to order a fan to push in if you don't already have one.
