Level up your GeForce GTX 780 experience with the EVGA GeForce GTX 780 with Hydro Copper. The Hydro Copper cooling solution's advanced technologies and engineering keep your graphics card temperatures in check, and facilitate stable performance no matter how hard you play. Play hard and cool hard.

  • newegg Hydro Copper Cooling The Hydro Copper waterblock from EVGA features a swappable inlet/outlet for the maximum in compatibility, and is a full-cover, end-to-end block. A 0.25 x 0.35mm pin matrix provides optimal thermal transfer and ensures the lowest temperatures possible. The EVGA also includes both 1/2- and 3/8-inch compression fittings.
  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but also for optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation, and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world-class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant, power-efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with advanced controls – like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with up to Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or the web while you are gaming.
  • newegg Two New Anti-Aliasing Modes: FXAA and TXAA Anti-aliasing smoothes out “jaggies” (jagged edges) but can be demanding on framerates. Fast Approximate Anti-Aliasing (FXAA) is a new anti-aliasing technology that produces beautiful smooth lines with minimal performance impact. And with Kepler-based GPUs, you'll be able to enable FXAA in hundreds of game titles through the NVIDIA Control Panel. The second mode, Temporal Anti-Aliasing (TXAA), is an in-game option that combines Multi-sample Anti-Aliasing (MSAA), temporal filtering, and post processing for even higher visual fidelity.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: running in a custom cooling loop and has never hit 40 even durring gaming. powers 2 24in 1080s, a 40in hdtv 1080 and a 10bit 2560x1440 with zero issues. this card has plenty of power left over no matter what you throw at it

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: price is high, but its only lacking 5 to 10 percent of the performance of the titan, which is a few hundred more. worth every penny if you demand alot of your graphics

5 out of 5 eggsWhat a beast

Pros: Very cool, very easy to OC if need be - selection between the two BIOSES is super easy and very effective - compared to my GTX 580, let's just say there's no comparing the two, they're two worlds apart!

Cons: HUGE - Had to remove my side panel 160mm fan in order to make everything fit - although it is more of my fault for not checking physical size before purchasing - ensure you double check that small detail!

Other Thoughts: I have always been the type of individual to wait roughly a year before buying, however I always found myself upgrading my graphics card every two years or so at ~$250-350 a pop.. This time I wanted to make it right, and after reviewing the performance differences between the GTX 780, 780ti & Titan, this card was the obvious choice. Yeah, I paid a lot more than I am used to, however this card will now serve me well over the next 4 years, and I will get much better gaming experience with this bad boy vs. say a GTX 770 or 760, which I almost ended up purchasing. .

You have the mullah to make it happen, or thinking about savings on the long run, or perhaps both? This card is the one, the Neo of the Matrix !

5 out of 5 eggsA beast underwater!

Pros: These 780s (the classifieds) even with the ACX fan cooling solution are amazing. And it was... until I decided to go the water cooling route. So what happens when you put them 'under water'? You'll find yourself in overclocking paradise! What an improvement over the 770s I used to own. Just one 780 can almost (if you know how to push it right) match a stock 770 SLI setup. I'm getting temps well below 25C in idle and 35-38C under heavy gaming mode (depends on you case temp. and water cooling loop of course), and just 40-43 while overclocking the hell our it. I can't wait to SLI them soon.

Cons: The 1/2 id 3/4 od fittings won't totally fit without removing the backplate, so be prepared to use your own.

Other Thoughts: I bought two 780s classified with ACX fan cooling.... but now I have to spend over $150+ for a hydro copper waterblock and backplate totaling well over $320+... I wish I could've saved me the trouble and picked the Hydro copper version instead.

5 out of 5 eggsVery, very fast and very very quiet.

Pros: I'm comparing coming from two HD7970's using Swiftech's KOMODO full cover water blocks. These look even better and dwarf the KOMODO's in size. Solid construction, includes very nice water cooling compression fittings, awesome red lighting, a bunch of stickers, posters and other stuff I wont use. I've been using AMD/ATI stuff for years and have been satisfied. I'm not sure what NViDIA does with their graphics but everything just looks and runs so much smoother. From video games to benchmarking. Amazing! I was thinking I would send these back if the difference wasn't really noticeable. I will be keeping them. Amazing!

Cons: Expensive, and huge! (But I like it)
