5 out of 5 eggsQuite and cool

Pros: Got this for my home server which I replace my 9500 gt that had a noisy fan with this one. It runs cool and I don't game on it so it's perfect for me. Now my server is super quite.
Easy to install, just slide it in and snap!

1 out of 5 eggsPoorly packaged

Pros: Good specs

Cons: I ordered 5 of these to place into new machines. 2 of the 5 were damaged to the point that I didn't trust them. They are wrapped in static safe bubble wrap. The problem is that if they are jarred in shipment at all, the weight of the card (taking into consideration the heavy heatsink) puts pressure on the sheet metal slot that sticks out of the PC. When this weight comes down just right, a small transistor can pop off of the card - like on 1 of mine. Therefore, I wouldn't suggest this card.

Manufacturer Response:

These cards are used by OEM system manufacturers all the time and we haven't experienced problems where they get damaged once shipped after they've been installed of a computer. Are they being screwed in or just being held down by some clip-type mechanism? Feel free to e-mail me and I'll be more than happy to assist you. My e-mail is hugo@powercolor.com. Thanks.

-Hugo

5 out of 5 eggsTerrific!

Pros: No fan-silent!
HDMI
Inexpensive.

Cons: Does not make popcorn.

Other Thoughts: I used this card in my HTPC and it was a perfect choice. Card comes with video and audio drivers, so you can just hook your HD TV up with HDMI and you'll have both video and audio w/o any other set-up.

This card would be perfect for general use in any PC as well - it's powerful and silent. Don't worry about the lack of a fan, it's got a huge heatsink. Hard to beat for the money.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: -Good price
-Passively cooled, no noisy fan
-Energy efficient, automatically throttles core and memory clock speeds when not being used
-built in HDMI port for output to HDTV's

Cons: -Passively cooled, make sure you have a decent amount of airflow in your case to keep things cool.

Other Thoughts: Received a 5.8 on gaming graphics on the W.E.I. yet scored a 3.7 on Windows AERO performance, have up to date drivers installed...rather odd, still performs VERY well in Windows 7 though. Maybe the low score is due to the automatic clock throttling??

It should go without saying, if your going to be playing games you should pass this card up for something with some more power.

Used for a budget pc build for my parents, running Windows 7 Ultimate x86, streams online movies and plays HD video without a hitch, AERO runs great and transitions smoothly. No complaints!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little Card

Pros: I bought this card to hold me over until i get my hands on the 5000 series, and its been great! I was surprised to see that the audio through the card is excellent via HDMI cable.
Its also quiet, and despite other reviews, my card doesn't get hot at all...

Cons: Wasn't Free...

Other Thoughts: I can play modern warfare 2 on highest with 2x AA at stock

sys specs:

Processor:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz

Memory:
4086MB RAM

Video Card:
ATI Radeon HD 4350

5 out of 5 eggsGood card. Nice price

Pros: I think this card will be very good. I don't have it yet but it should be a good upgrade from my integrated Radeon X1250. I am not much of a gamer but this card should handle armed assault or maybe even COD4. The price is awesome too.

Cons: No fan

4 out of 5 eggsDoes not come with low profile bracket

Pros: Whatever pros HD4350 has

Cons: There is no low profile bracket in the box. As I was explained by NewEgg CSR that was meant to ship with low profile bracket only to the first 99 customer that bought this card. I don't think it is clear from the product description.

Other Thoughts: Heatsink is very hot even at idle but no problem with the card so far.
