2 out of 5 eggsNo Rebate

Pros: Card works fine

Cons: Rebate process is almost nonexistent. Sent in rebate and got an acknowledgement, but they do not provide any way to track your rebate. Sent email toPowercolor a week ago and no response. Been waiting about 10 weeks. Not looking good.

Other Thoughts: First and last purchase of a Powercolor product.

Manufacturer Response:

Feel free to e-mail me directly (and reference this review please) and I'll make sure a rebate specialist handles your claim. My e-mail is hugo@powercolor.com. Thanks.

4 out of 5 eggsNo Rebate

Pros: The board works great in a 64-bit Windows 7 system.

Cons: Powercolor is reneging on the promised rebate. It's been over three months and I haven't seen a check yet.

3 out of 5 eggsDisappointing

Pros: Low cost, relatively low power consumption, stable.

Cons: Performed no better than 2600 Series, most diagnostics report this as RV630. Even the ATI drivers didn't recognize this as a 3650.

Other Thoughts: Probably would not have bought if I knew this was just a rebadged 2600

5 out of 5 eggsIt's served me great

Pros: I got this in early 2009. Since, it has served me very well. Not a single problem.
Combined with an Athlon II x4 620, 2 gigs of DDR2 ram, it takes hits like COD6 @ 1024 x 768 with medium to high settings with no AA.
I moved from a Geforce 8400 which, like my other 2 Geforces burned itself.

Cons: It doesn't play COD6 or Bioshock on ultra-high. But really, do you expect a $36 card to handle games like that? No. Which is why this card surprises me whenever it handles things like that.

Other Thoughts: It's a great budget card if you don't have much of a budget.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat.

Pros: No problems. Looks good. Flexible.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: This was just about the least expensive graphic card on the market when purchased. I haven't attempted to push the limits with new games on this card; it was purchased for a young child's computer and only needs to run simple and older games and applications. Couldn't be happier.

Running this with Windows XP, and have had no problems with sleep mode or other functions.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Low price makes this a good deal if you just want a card to speed up applications and run older games.

Cons: System shows that this really is a 2600pro. Also like other reviewers I have problems booting from sleep mode. Never had this problem with my old card but as soon as this thing went in I did and this is with the latest drivers as of 12/09.

Other Thoughts: I bought this card for the computer I built for my wife and her old card had died. She mostly uses it for web surfing, holding media, and office/school applications. She doesn't use it for many games and the ones she does play are older and not demanding on the graphics. It works fine in those areas but overall your money would be best spent elsewhere this card is not worth it. Even if it is a cheap solution there are others in this price range that will serve you better.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Like other people have said, this card crashes (BSOD) every time coming out of sleep mode.
For me, it often crashes when playing L4D, HoN, and even Freecell...

My system is running in Win 7 64 bits and installed the latest driver. Hope there will be some fixes for the problems very soon.

Other Thoughts: Losing patience with this card, I want my money back.

2 out of 5 eggsCrashes When Sleeping

Pros: --Same as previous post.

Cons: Computer crashes coming out of sleep mode. There is no available driver for the HD 3650 graphics card on the ATI homepage, which I would post if it weren't against the PRG.
Furthermore, upon recovery, the computer screen seems to be flickering, just enough to be noticed, around the edges.

Other Thoughts: Are they going to come out with a driver for this soon? Better yet, can I get a refund?

4 out of 5 eggsGood Value

Pros: This card was recommended to be my my cousin, a computer builder who uses Newegg all the time.

A solid card for a relatively low price. I used to have an older Radeon card, upgraded to this one and the visual effects were instant. Smoke, fire, water, blood and light effects were greatly improved. I can now play Team Fortress 2 with strong visual impact while still maintaining a low ping. Quite a lot of bang for your buck.

Also, it comes with a free version of BumpTop... a fun little desktop widget that made my day :D

Cons: I haven't experienced any cons at the current time. The graphics aren't perfect from a gaming standpoint; then again, I never expected to get flawless image quality from a $40 card.

Other Thoughts: Physical installation was a tiny bit of a hassle, but it shouldn't take more than ten minutes to those who know what they're doing.

5 out of 5 eggsDONT BUY!!!!

Pros: At least it works

Cons: This card is a total rip off. The specs are terrible. PowerColor is intentionally trying to trick you into buying an inferior card. For example, the standard memory clock for Radeon 3650 is 800 or 1600 effective. This card's memory speed is 400 and 800 effective. They advertise it as 800 effective hoping to trick you into thinking that it is the standard speed for Radeon 3650, but no, it is half the speed and it performance at about half the speed.

Other Thoughts: Stay far away from PowerColor. When you see them, run away as fast and as far as you can. Newegg shouldn't be carrying their products
