4 out of 5 eggsSolid card

Pros: Okay card with satisfactory basic gaming performance for the price and time. Put this in a friends build who rarely games, but it runs dual monitors nicely and is perfect for their needs.
Great temps even when stressed.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Powercolor makes great cards, would highly recommend them - they're competitively priced and each card i've owned from them have amazing temps/cooling.

5 out of 5 eggsVery good deal.

Pros: It's running like a charm. I am currently playing WoW on high settings at 184FPS. And I am also playing Call of Duty 6: Modern Warfare 2 at full settings at around 100FPS. This card is very cheap and runs amazing. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I have the 1GBddr2 POWERCOLOR AX4650.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Video Card for HTPC

Pros: Picture quality looks excellent on my tv. Avivo makes the picture look much more vivid, and the audio over HDMI is an excellent feature.

Cons: Audio often does not return after sleep and requires restart, a pain when your computer is actively recording tv.

Other Thoughts: I would not recommend updating the drivers online if you use this with a tv tuner. On my tv, the most recent update made HD and blu ray look excellent, but completely ruined analog tv to the point where it was unwatchable. Analog tv was distorted, washed out, and blurry and gave me headaches, after a couple of days i was forced to uninstall everything. My recommendation is if you're using this with a tuner and win7, just allow windows to find the drivers, and only update the HDMI audio drivers. The avivo update managed to make everything overly bright and yellow-ish looking as well.

5 out of 5 eggsNot bad, great budget card

Pros: This card is pretty quiet, pretty compact space-wise, has a decent amount of performance, and does what I needed it to do. It was primarily intended for a Dell 3GHz P4 to play the latest expansion packs of The Sims. It does that very well. I bought this and a GeForce 9600 GSO for another computer that I game with. I would say the two are about comparable. I loaded STEAM onto the Dell (the family SIMS box) and ran HL2:Ep2 on the Radeon. Turning the settings up in modern games will choke it. Older games, or games with simpler graphics engines will have no problems. Go easy on the anisotropic and the FSAA, and just understand it's a "budget card" -- not a "hotrod" and you will enjoy it.

Cons: The card really lacks in performance. Even games from a year or two ago will run fine, but the newest games will need to have their settings cut back to get that tolerable 50-60 fps. It really choked on HL2:Ep2 with 1280x1024, FSAA on, motion blur, collor correction, and several other settings turned up. FPS dropped to the 20s. They looked great! They were just slide-show-esque. Do NOT buy if you are looking for a monster gaming card, it just cannot compete.

Other Thoughts: A previous review mentioned getting a card with 1 GB of video RAM. It isn't that easy. It's not the amount of VRAM that makes a card. Often you get companies tacking on cheap (and slow) VRAM onto older or lesser-performing cards to rack up more sales. When you look for a video card you should look at the entire package, from memory speed, to GPU speed, to the ram, memory bandwidth, amount of memory, memory type (DDR3/DDR4/etc). This is a good card overall, but if you want to upgrade look at a HD 4850 or 4870+

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card a MUST BUY!!

Pros: Card was easy to install. No problems with drivers at all. Great performance.

Cons: Nothing negative...

Other Thoughts: This card was put into a GIGABYTE GA-MA785G-UD3H mobo. Can't talk more highly about both. You will not go wrong with your decision

5 out of 5 eggsThe best bang for buck around.

Pros: For $50, I'm now able to play every modern game at medium to high settings with amazing frame rates. It also overclocks to maximum settings using the ATI Catalyst Control Center without coming close to high temperatures. A must-have for any budget PC.

Cons: Apparently the card I received had 1,024 MB of V-RAM, not 512 MB. A bonus really.

Other Thoughts: I can't seem to figure out CrossfireX, but since my motherboard doesn't support more than one x16 video card, it doesn't matter.

5 out of 5 eggsGood graphics

Pros: -Plays old games (Call of Duty 2) @ max setting at an average of 30 fps
-Desktop performance for Windows Aero - 4.9
-3D business and gaming graphics performance - 6.3
-ATI Overdrive OC'd it to 670 MHz / 490 MHz core / memory clock
-Runs on a 300W Power Supply, even though it requires 350 (yes, I know, I'm underpowered)

Cons: -Only came with the driver CD, manual, and the card. It didn't even come with a DVI to VGA adapter
-Doesn't do dishes
-Doesn't brush my teeth
-Only DDR2, not GDDR3 or even at least GDDR3

Other Thoughts: Runs at 60 degrees Celsius. Since I'm a newbie at these things, I don't know if this is too hot or just right.
