1 out of 5 eggsPrevented PC from booting up

Pros: None that I could personally experience. Just could not get it to work!

Cons: Failed to properly work on two PCs: Lenovo K450e with Windows 8.1 and Dell Vostro 230 with Windows 7. Unable to boot up when the card is inserted.

Other Thoughts: This is a cheap piece of junk. Avoid this and save yourself money and time and find a decent product that actually works. It will be going back to Newegg.

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: None - DOA. Hopefully Newegg service.

Cons: Another PowerColor with problems. I should know better by now. Have bought hundreds of graphics cards over the years, and, amazingly PowerColor are the only ones to fail me, albeit only a few.. Always cheaper and look more attractive. My last PowerColor purchase.Just checked it before Christmas. Mistake I took so long to do it. My 2 other card purchases in the box, an R9-290 and 750TI were great( non-PowerColor)

Other Thoughts: Returning for replacement. We'll see how much this costs and how long it takes.

3 out of 5 eggspoor color / poor hdmi performance

Pros: The card is passively cooled. Super easy install, windows 8 does it for you.
HDMI sound is good.

Cons: Terrible color reproduction. After two days of tweaking I gave up on the hdmi connection and connected it to the VGA. It worked better but the colors are very harsh. Considering returning it.
HDMI was terrible for windows. The text was very blurry.

Other Thoughts: I'm considering weather it's worth going through the $20 rebate

2 out of 5 eggsMeh

Pros: Cheap. Easy to install. Has AMD written all over it. That's about it.

Cons: Not as good as the onboard Intel graphics. The board has ddr2 memory bus, so there may be some conflict with card, since it's ddr3. I didn't expect much, but I did think it would be faster than onboard graphics. I'll just save it for a backup in another system (with ddr3 mem).

Other Thoughts: I'm not really disappointed with it, since it was really really cheap. Ya get what ya pay fer!

1 out of 5 eggsAs of now, Not impressed

Pros: was super cheep with rebate

Cons: died after 30 seconds

Other Thoughts: i bought this with one more card on black Friday i got this one for 6 bucks and a asus gt210 for 3 bucks haha.
last night my buddy and i whipped together a pc so we could play some robocraft

we popped this one in first because its supposed to be a bit quicker it got stupid hot after about 30 secounds of running on ubuntu with nothing graphics intensive running. the main menu of the game was up. at this point it gave up the ghost we probibly used it for 5 minutes total including install. we then popped in the asus and it handled everything perfect and stayed ice cold. i suppose there is a small possibility its less compatible with Ubuntu and if i installed it on a windows pc but that's why i said FOR NOW not impressed and i would recommend the gt210 from asus over it there may be other manufactures of the 5450 that are good as well i just can claim knowledge of this and so ar i would not recommend power color products i would be happy to change this review if i find out otherwise

5 out of 5 eggsit works.

Pros: Its cheap, it works, your computer will power on.

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: This is not bad to put in grandma's computer to take some of the load off the CPU. Dont expect to do any gaming on this thing other than super casual.

2 out of 5 eggsworks but.......

Pros: works, but with problems

Cons: this is a mixed bag. my biggest grip is that the card has no video output during the bootup. This is preventing me to access my bios, since I am forced to look at a blank screen, until the boot is complete. I am using the DVI output with latest drivers. My windows experience scores are almost as good using my on board graphics. Longer bootup times are also problematic..

Other Thoughts: emailed CS, have not heard back. look elsewhere unless you are trying to upgrade maybe an older XP machine?..

4 out of 5 eggsPowerColor Go! Green AX5450 1GBBK3-SH Radeon HD 5450

Pros: Great little card for a tiny power supply in my little computer. It works decent, but can't do power hungry video, but that's ok.

Cons: Wish it did more, and maybe had a fan, but it's good.

4 out of 5 eggsGood card, Good price

Pros: Very cheap, especially since I got a rebate (brought it down to 5.99)
VERY Low profile

Cons: No fan- heatsink gets really hot

Other Thoughts: Lost an egg because it should have a fan, however an 80mm blowing directly on it is enough to completely cool it. So spend more time to look for a more expensive card with a fan, or spend a few bucks to get a separate fan.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat value video card

Pros: Can you argue with a video card that's under $10 after rebate? Fits in slim cases, supports multiple monitors and HDMI video/audio out. Just don't expect to run newer games on this card at anything but the lowest resolutions and settings.

Cons: It shouldn't be too difficult to provide two low-profile brackets, yet PowerColor omitted the VGA bracket. For the price I paid, I can live with this lazy omission.
