1 out of 5 eggsHugo

Pros: None

Cons: Support is a joke. Alter ego 'Hugo' is non-existant. Never responds. They totally lie about rebates, and yes they do have a reason to - keeping your money.

Other Thoughts: I bought the 'bad batch' 6870 and after the RMA process, a four week wait and a new card with the same issue, they claimed it was my computer not their card. Funny how my new Sapphire 6870 works fine.

Manufacturer Response:

I most certainly apologize for the negative experience. I take the time to reply to all of my e-mails, but I will admit that there's at times situations where the e-mails don't get to me, and I don't check my spam folder as frequently, so I definitely apologize about that. As far as your RMA, our turnaround is no more than 4-5 days max, so it's certainly strange that it took yours that long to be turned around, unless we had a lack of this model available on hand. Either way, if you continue to need issues I encourage you to contact me at, or call our office at 626-330-4700 Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm PST. Thanks.

5 out of 5 eggsJust installed today.

Pros: Fanless. 2 x DVI.

Cons: Not a lot of reviews on this but I took the chance. I will review further down the road. No cons yet.

Other Thoughts: I am by no means a console gamer. Bought this because I wanted to run Dual Monitors and dabble in some photoshop, otherwise I would have stuck with my onboard gpu. I hate noise and heat. So far no noise :D and it is running at 45c right now.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Video Card

Pros: Absolutely quite and fast enough for most of the games. It runs cool even under heavy load. BTW, this card does not need the extra 6-pin power supply.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Wanted to buy a fanless 6850, but 6850 runs very hot without a active fan installed.

3 out of 5 eggsQuiet, but not meeting my multi-display needs

Pros: SILENT. This should be obvious, since it has no fan. I didn't realize how much noise my old video card (NVidia GeForce 8800GTS) was making. It's reasonably fast, though not top of the line.

Cons: I bought this card to replace my GeForce 800GTS, so I could drive 2 DVI monitors + 1 HDMI TV, all from the same PC. I have not found a way to get this card to handle all 3 displays. The "EyeFinity" feature lets you merge 2 displays into 1, which means losing Windows 7's aero snap features (ie: windows maximize to fill both screens, not 1), plus I still couldn't display anything on the TV.

Since I purchase this card SPECIFICALLY to drive 3 monitors, and it won't, I'm quite disappointed.

5 out of 5 eggsLike it

Pros: I like passively cooled cards, mainly because (for whatever reason) I hear high pitched sounds easily. So I can't stand most fans, and vid card fans bother me a great deal. This, of course, is silent. I've had no trouble playing games (Fallout: NV, League of Legends, Skyrim). And I use larger case fans to push air across the generous heat sinks. So no heat issues, either. Effortless install (just download latest catalyst), worked as I expected.

Cons: None come to mind.

Other Thoughts: The Dirt3 coupon is not effortless. You follow the directions on the enclosed card, only to have them change on the website. Then I had to wait 10 days for AMD to send me the coupon (after emailing them twice). Steam worked fine, though, and now I have the game.

4 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Completely quiet. Does not require an external power connection to operate. On my system, I7-950 e/w Win 7 64 bit, I am getting a WEI video performance of 7.4 with this card.

I have this video card installed in a Antec 300 case which has great airflow. The card idles at a cool 34C and hits 49C at full load. I have the card overclocked to a core clock setting of 885 MHZ and a memory clock setting of 1235 MHZ.

Cons: The video card came with a card entitling you to a free copy of the Dirt3 game. However, you better have a scanner because you have to attach an electronic copy of the card to get the download location and serial number for the game.

The packaging could have been better. I had two items that I purchased in the box and there was a bunch of brown wrapping paper on top. While neither item was damages, they could have been if something had hit the side of the box where the video card was at. If NewEgg is going to use paper I think shredded paper would be better because it would provide more of a cushion for the article than the brown wrapping paper.

Other Thoughts: I am quite please with the card and the performance I am receiving with it. I was a little disappointed with the process to obtain your free copy of DIRT3, but then I am not a game player so it really didn't matter to me.

All in all I think you are getting a lot of video card for the money you are paying.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Purchased to compliment my i3 Gateway machine. Having only a 300w power supply & being stubborn to upgrade my PSU, I chose the 6750 Go! Green because of the low power consumption. 300w is not recommended for a power hungry system but having an i3 65w tdp & only 1 hard drive I see no harm. I have a Kill-A-Watt meter on order to test my system out and doubt I'll hit even 200w at max load. My PSU only has 1 rail that has a Moldex plug so a high power card would be disastrous . I hate fan noise so not having the WHIRL sound of a fan on the card is a plus for me. A cheaper cost would be nice, but its basically the only card out here on this level. Dirt 3 for Free is a enticing deal. It will play most games out there. Older ones no problem. New ones settings may have to go down a bit, but for the $$ you can't beat it if you need a low power card.

Cons: Nothing really. Card gets hot when intense gaming but thats expected. A rear case fan came with the computer and have decent airflow. At idle card is cool to the touch. Expect to have AMD take 4-5 days to process the free Dirt3 game on steam. They want you to take a picture of the coupon and they will process it from there. My guess is due to piracy. However I did receive my Dirt3 code for steam and works, just takes a bit.

Other Thoughts: FarCry2 - > 30fps(Everything high as it can go AA etc.)
Dirt2 - 38fps (everything maxed AA etc.)
Portal 2 - Maxed the 60 fps limit (everything maxed AA etc.)

i3 3.3ghz SandyBridge
6GB Ram
Windows 7
6750 Go! Green
1280x1024 res.

5 out of 5 eggsSilent, sweet, great for bluray

Pros: Easy install - just removed my Nvidia drivers, put in the card then went to ATI/AMD site for the latest Catalyst driver set. Super quiet (no fan so it should be). Wanted this for a HTPC and bluray playback and was not disappointed. Passive heat sink works great; card idles around 39C and 59C under load, The video card doesn't even require supplemental power - it get all the power it needs from the PCIE socket and doesn't even have a 6-8 pin connection.

Cons: A little pricey for a 6750, but worth it for the very effective passive cooling and low power requirement.

Other Thoughts: I had a hard time determining between this card and the passive 6770 video cards, but the low power requirement of this 6750 ultimately made the difference.
