5 out of 5 eggsUpgrade Excitement

Pros: The shipping was great as the package was carefully buffered inside bags of air. The weather is absolutely freezing cold so I was worried about the software disc breaking or something else on the graphics card getting damaged but UPS did a great job!

Cons: I didn't realize the cord from my monitor was an old VGA cord which does not work with this amazing graphics card so I am ordering a new cord with VGA to DVI capabilities. Lots of different DVI connections so I am being careful to get male to male cable about 6 feet in length.

Other Thoughts: This is probably the best Christmas present my son could have ever given me Thanks!

1 out of 5 eggsGreat Paper Weight

Pros: It was good while it lasted, it played Skyrim without any problems. Diablo 3 was slow at times, but that was probably because of the fog and particle density. it was an ok card for the budget i was on.

Cons: Lasted a little short of one year, computer kept turning off. kept trying different solutions, finally put my 6 year old card in the computer and problems stopped. Why is it that a 6 year old card has no problems but a brand new card dies after one year. And yes, the 6 year old card was being used for 6 years non stop.

Other Thoughts: My Brother had also bought this card from here and it didn't work out of the box, he shipped it back and got another broken card. Honestly, This is the last place I'm going to go to buy computer parts.

5 out of 5 eggsThe Card to beat for thrifty Game or Vid Box

Pros: Low Power Draw
No External PCI Power Needed
Can offer high end graphics in machines that don't have enough power or should risk too great a power draw on the PSU.
Runs most current games Medium to high.
Relatively short so easy fit in many machines.

Cons: Rebate for it to be great deal.

Other Thoughts: I chose this GPU over the GTX 650 due to the 18+% less power draw. Very happy with it's overall performance.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Single slot card. No external power needed. Low power draw. Runs 4-to-5 real time stock and futures charts, my brokerage account, trading DOM and an online training room on 2 24 inch monitors with no problems. Typically runs about 10-to-12 hours a day, 5 days a week. Occasionally runs internet to my 42 inch TV......just OK for that application.

Cons: None I can think of.

Other Thoughts: Gave me a 7.4 score in Windows Experience Index. Upgrade for an older motherboard.
ASUS P5G43T-M Pro micro motherboard socket 775
Intel Q6700 quad core CPU
M-Tron 64gb SLC SSD hard drive
G-Skill DDR3 1333 4gb memory

5 out of 5 eggsWonderful Single Slot Low Powered GPU

Pros: (1) Single slot card
(2) Quiet
(3) can run modern games at max resolution with med settings. Lower your resolution if you want to max out everything
(4) can run on low wattage PSU (300 watts)

Cons: (1) For what the card is supposed to be able to do, absolutely none.

Other Thoughts: PowerColor gives a 2 year warranty on all their GPUs/products as long as you can show proof of purchase and are the original owner. So far my HD 7750 has not died yet and I am hoping it remains that way

5 out of 5 eggsGood graphics

Pros: * Bought it at 100 bucks (should be cheaper now) - Good budget card
* Plays BF3 at max
* Plays SWTOR at max
* Plays recent games at max
* Comes with DVI to VGA adapter (I actually needed that)
* Don't need external power (just thru mobo)
* Single slot (simple and easy)
* Quiet fan

Cons: * Kind of had to push down the card to the PCI slot on my mobo.
* Driver DVD. Installed everything from online.

Other Thoughts: This is a good budget graphics card for those looking for something little cheaper than Radeon 7770. Install is relatively easy to do, and so far it's going very strong.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It's a 7750, you can't do better in a single slot

GDDR5 produces far better perfomance than DDR3

Cons: PCB is a little askew, firmly seated it's about half a cm from the mount point, enough that the screw doesn't fit without stressing the board

Fan housing is very flimsy, thinner than a soda can. Wouldn't trust it to take a six inch drop without breaking something

Had to RMA the first one, the second one worked, but the RMA took so long PowerColor denied my rebate even though I included the RMA documentation.

So, that's one egg for shoddy construction, one egg for the hassle of an RMA, one egg for being overpriced, and one egg for being the kind of company that thinks it's okay to sell overpriced junk.

Other Thoughts: Will never buy PowerColor again

4 out of 5 eggsInexpensive card

Pros: Was a nice price when I purchased it. Drivers went in smoothly.

Cons: Unsure if this is a concern, but I saw odd graphic anomalies after installing the drivers, but they vanished after a few minutes. Hoping they don't come back.

Other Thoughts: I'll be checking to see if those anomalies come back. If they do, I might have to RMA the card.
