5 out of 5 eggsGreat Bang For The Buck!

Pros: In Battlefield 3, I am getting 70-100 FPS using AUTO settings which use a combination of MEDIUM and HIGH.

* PCI-E 3.0 x16
* Quiet cooler.
* Red PCB

Cons: It's not as fast as a 7990, but this 7770 is not bad at all for gaming and with the rebate, $95 is a steal! My only "minor" complaint is that the fan is big enough to where it takes up two slots worth of space so no additional cards immediately below it, but I had plenty of room under my PCI-E x16 slot.

Other Thoughts: I bought a NVIDIA 9600 GT about 4 years ago and have been using it since recently. On LOW in BF3, my FPS was 20-40. It was beginning to show its age. I recall paying about $180 for it at the time. This PowerColor HD 7700 is way ahead of it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cheap card

Pros: This card was an incredible upgrade from my GT 430, and the price is very reasonable. Throwing in Far Cry 3 with the purchase made it even more worth purchasing.

Cons: Kinda big, but nothing to really complain about.

Other Thoughts: People with poor ventilation may want to use MSI Afterburner to increase the default fan speed. I haven't had any over heating issues yet though, and that was a major issue with my last card.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice... and unique!

Pros: Single slot full size 7770! Its a tight squeeze to use the slot next to it on the cooler side but still works.
Benchmarks (granted, older benchmarking software) are not bad and in line for your typical 7770, but what makes it nice is its a smaller card than most of the 7770s and for a while I had it in a Dell Optiplex 780 and it fit perfectly! Granted, I had a 600watt PSU in the Optiplex but it was easily the most powerful graphics card you could possibly put in the Optiplex!

Later I moved the graphics card to a new rig as noted in the "Other Thoughts" and has performed quite nicely!!

Since this is crossfire capable (a pro), I'll have to get another and do just that and then run 3DMark06 again to see how it works coupled with Dual Graphics from the motherboard!

Not as loud as I thought it would be...

Cons: Hmm... it was not free or have a two for one deal?

Other Thoughts: Components.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent

Pros: Single slot bracket, powerful, cheap

Cons: Big fan extends over a second slot, a bit loud at 50% fan speed+

Other Thoughts: Thought I was going to have to stick with a low profile 7750 in my weird BTX case (dell e520). This thing just barely fits and preforms wonderfully.

5 out of 5 eggsdecent if you tweak it

Pros: One common complain about the other version of Powercolor's 7770 card is high temperature. This card also has high temperature in standard setup. By standard I mean getting driver direct from AMD 8.892. The AMD's auto fan control is too conservative, and temp go up 75C under furmark load. AMD's manual fan control is to set at one percentage of fan speed and one speed only, which is a joke. ATITool no longer works with latest AMD driver. MSI Afterburner comes to rescue. This less known too work for both AMD and Nvidia cards, and it works great with this Powercolor 7770. I set the four points of control at 40C/30%, 50C/45%, 60C/60%, 70C/100%. Under furmark the temperature tops at 68C. And fan is not really loud at this furmark top load. Better yet, I found the games I play, the temperature actually never go over 60C, so the fan speed is very reasonable - basically I didn't hear fan's noise.

Cons: 1st card came in DOA. Artifact and sometimes failed to boot into Windows. Replacement card is great and no problem at all.

Other Thoughts: My experience is from OEM version of this card (came with a full system). Not for the retail version that sells here.

5 out of 5 eggsVery good video card.

Pros: Runs great, no issues so far and I seem to run almost all my games at the best graphics settings.

Cons: I wouldn't say this is much of a con but it would of been cool to have a case sticker come with this video card as I like to show off all the manufacturers I use with the stickers that I get.

Other Thoughts: None.
