3 out of 5 eggsGreat card but many issues.

Pros: [+] Once fixed (read below) it ran cool, never above 86C, even stress testing at 1000MHz.
[+] Plays every game I can throw at it maxed out, gets better an better as AMD updates the drivers.
[+] Looks amazing compared to other non-reference cards on the market.

Cons: [-] Too little mounting pressure between heatsink and GPU, I had to add washers otherwise was unplayable out of the box. Would reach 102C at 1000MHz and even 95C at 925MHz, too hot creating problems during gameplay.
[-] When it arrived the heatsink was loose, it had four screws that were not tightened down, one was stripped and a 2.5mm nut was missing leaving one screw useless until I added one.
[-] Terrible thermal paste, I had to reapply when I took the card apart to fix all the issues above.

Other Thoughts: Has a serious design flaw in the mounting pressure between the GPU's and the heatsink. I had to add three 2.5mm washers to all eight screws holding the heatsink to the PCB/GPU. This created better contact between heatsink and GPU dropping temps by 16C. I used Tuniq TX-4 thermal paste which also probably added to the temperature drop.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: - None

Cons: - NOISY!! Pretty much sound like a jet engine at 50% fan speed.
- The performance is no where near the different benchmarks presented by Tomshardware and TechPowerUp.
- Received the card defective. Played BF3, CSGO, Crysis 3 and had artifacts with each game after about 30 min for each. Waiting for a replacement.
- Is not refundable ->shame.

3 out of 5 eggsAwesome Looking, But Has Problems

Pros: [ - ] Very Cold, those 3 fans really do a great job in keeping the temp down!
[ - ] CrossFireX ready, if you can afford two of these bad boys, nothing will be able to stop you!
[ - ] Should be an overall awesome card.. Should be.

Cons: [ - ] First card seemed defective (Awaiting my second one now), only one of the cores would effectively kick in, and I got NO WHERE near the FPS or benchmarks that NewEgg and TomsHardware demonstrated on high resolutions and settings, even with my single 1080p monitor.
[ - ] Very loud, this card will stay cool, but man-oh-man is it loud. It doesn't really bother me as I kind of like the idea of a small jet zooming around in my case, but it may be a problem for others (No Eggs taken off for this)
[ - ] Very Large, and Heavy, this is not a child's toy, if you don't have a large case, don't expect to fit this beast into your setup. Further, the card is very heavy, and can put strain on your PCI slots if you don't use the kick stand (not kidding) that comes with the card

Other Thoughts: Hopefully the RMA will prove to resolve the issues I've been having performance wise with my card, I haven't been able to get in touch with their support to try and further troubleshoot the card (docked another egg for that) which is very disappointing. If the RMA proves successful and the card operates to standards I can easily say I'd be more then willing to get another one.

1 out of 5 eggsQA fail

Pros: would like to be writing about how wonderful this card is (bought two) but the second had some issues.

Cons: broken seal on box, bent bracket, missing screw, loose heatsink. I did not expect I'd have to tear down an $1100 card and fix everything. Thermal paste was all over the place. I tightened up the cooler, reapplied 1/4 as much paste, bent the strut back into place, found a screw to replace the missing one. Works great now.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Custom 7990

Pros: This is my second 7990 Devil 13. I sold the first one and regretted it. So glad these became available again. Choose the Devil over the reference 7990. This is a custom designed card. Much more robust hardware vs. the 7990 reference card being sold now. Mine overclocks to 1175Mhz Core and 1700 on Memory. Stable clocks - Looped 3DMark fire strike and playing Crysis3 (max settings) for 2 hours at 2560x1440 resolution.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Glad I purchased this during the first few hours it was available as the price was $999.99. Purchase date was 5/1/13.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: Great card, saves space and has a OC button. A limited edition but it's not on par with Asus Ares 2 but if you don't want to spend a arm and a leg on Asus Ares 2 this is another great alternative.

Cons: 3DMark11 crashed while in the OC profile, other than that none.

Other Thoughts: My specs are

i7 3930k @ 5GHz
PowerColor Devil13 7990
Asus Rampage IV Extreme
8x4GB Corsair XMS 12600MHz Quad Channel
EVGA Supernova 1500W

5 out of 5 eggsWow.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Nothing again

Other Thoughts: I think I'm in love. This thing looks amazing, and I'm really looking forward to the time when I can actually afford a $1,000 graphics card with absolute disregard to the rest of my computer. I really don't know if I'll ever get one, but for now I can take pride in just staring at this beast in all its glory. Five eggs just for the hell of it.

5 out of 5 eggsBest of the best

Pros: The fastest card I’ve ever had runs cool and quite even after extended game play, looks nice and cool too.

Cons: It is big and heavy, very heavy you will need that support they ship with it.
EK is working on a water block for it, it will be available by the end of January, and I will definitely upgrade it to water cooling so I can keep it for at least 3 years.
