Pros: I switched from an apu to this card it was like night and day it performs well to great on most games without a fps issue. On WOW have most of the settings on high and rest on ultra and it plays at 45 to 65 fps depending on what im doing in game

Cons: i got this card when it came with farcry3 with it but when i went to enter the code it didnt give it to me and it was literally the day i got the card it wouldn't give me the game, not the cards problem just a con

Pros: neww egg saved the day and sent me a new code so i can get my game that came with the card thanks new egg

Pros: Good for hd video and gaming. Great price. Comes with a free game! I havent found a game that i cant run at least medium settings on it. most games run at ultra settings very well. You are going to have a hard time finding something more worthwhile for your money

Other Thoughts: this is a great card for a budget build like mine. i had a $600 budget and this fit in perfectly. This would also be a very nice upgrade to some outdated cards.

Cons: Not every game I tested got a boost in FPS

Supplied drivers kept failing to install on Win 8 64 bit but newest ones download from AMD did fine.

Other Thoughts: Used this to replace and old HD4650 in my Gateway DX4300. I was kind of worried as the PC only has a 300W power supply but the 4650 that came with is spec that it needs 400W min too and never had an issue.
Hardware installation was quick and easy as it would be with other cards.
I uninstall old drivers and installed new drivers on the CD and it failed (can't find INI). Download newest from AMD and we are good. Here are some benchmarks using the same settings with the old 4650 and the new 7750.

(I am doing this from memory so I might be a bit off)

Heaven 2.5 - 335 (11 FPS) to 656 (24 FPS)
GW2 27 FPS to 45 FPS (Lions Arch)
EQII 45 FPS to 48 FPS (Sundering)*
SWTOR 22 FPS to 47 FPS (Voss)
Window 8 Experience Desktop 5.2 to 6.8
Window 8 Experience Gaming 5.9 to 6.8

*EQII must be CPU intensive as it hardly changed.

I am able to turn on things now without much hit on FPS

Pros: Work better than expected. Windows index of 7.3 just like the nvidia 260 that it replace. So far it play all the games and demo that i throw at it.

Can't complain for such a low priced card.

Cons: None...

Other Thoughts: great card for a low power, low budget card.

Pros: Great specs for the money

Cons: Bad DVI port....only the vga port works

Other Thoughts: sending it back for replacement. maybe the next one will work

Without knowing any further details, I can only imagine that you were attempting to use the DVI port with a VGA adapter. If this is true, then unfortunately what you are experiencing is correct. This card does not support VGA through the use of a DVI -> VGA adapter.

Pros: Runs wow at almost max settings at 60fps

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Built a cheap system for wow using this 7750 and a phenom 965, with a 200w power supply, runs smooth with no problems

Pros: Low power consumption, small. Technically runs everything I play on it at recommended settings

Cons: This card consistently performs poorer than other 7750s on all the benchmarks I run, and every game I play seems to crash randomly, either with no error or with a driver-related error.

Other Thoughts: Bought this card to replace my aging nVidia 9600 GTO. Despite years of progress, it doesn't perform any better, and I'm getting these random crashes. We threw out the box, or I would probably send it back.

In regards to performance, this card is closer in performance to an NVIDIA card of the 9x00 GT / GTO / GTX days, the 7750 is most similar in performance to that of a 9800GTX. If your 9600 GTO is outperforming this card, something is definitely wrong here and I'm sure we can get this all worked out.
