4 out of 5 eggsGPU upgrade?

Pros: One of the few Crossfire-capable cards that does NOT need a bridge!! Great memory size (2GB). Easy set-up in a crossfire configuration (no bridge needed)!!! AND multiple monitor set-up is also a "snap"----truly "plug-and-play"

Cons: Despite the "class" distinction (77xx) it is NOT a replacement for A 6790----------UNLESS it is doubled in a crossfire configuration.

Other Thoughts: I've tested this with 3DMark (the NEWEST version) and in a crossfire configuration it slightly improves on a single 6790 (1GB) card--even though I'm using (2) 2GB cards in this config. The extra memory IS valuable as that transfers memory usage to the cards from the RAM making resident graphics easier to retain and access.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic card, even better price

Pros: Much smaller (in size) of a graphics card, so it fit well in my micro motherboard
Stays very cool under heavy usage
Has options of DVI, VGA, and HDMI
The front plate protecting the fan gives it a not-so-boring look

Cons: No cons as far as I can tell

Other Thoughts: This is, by far, the beat deal on a graphics card I could find. $84 for 2gb 128bit, when its ~$350 for a 3gb 256bit... I think I'll stick with the $84 price tag.

3 out of 5 eggsMeh

Pros: Single slot design
No extra power connector needed
Came with Far Cry 3 bundled!

Cons: Does not perform well in crossfire. Games lock up, screen freezes, black screen, etc, etc.
DDR3 128 bit really puts a strangle hold on this card.

Other Thoughts: Card can be crossfired in catalyst control center, no bridge is needed. I tried cf'ing two of these on 2 different sytems, one AMD FX and an Intel i5. Both motherboards were ASRock Extreme series which fully support crossfireX @ x8 x8. Same results with the latest AMD drivers. Each had 600watt psu's to boot. An ok 720p card on it's own, but be warned if you're looking for a cheap crossfire setup.

Manufacturer Response:

If you were having issues with CF in two different systems with these cards, it is possible that there may be an issue with one of the two cards. Test both cards individually of each other and see what happens.

1 out of 5 eggsNO CROSSFIRE

Pros: 2gb .... in fact it's NOT even a pro since it's a low end gpu, hence it won't even benefit from the added ram over another same type gpu.

Cons: There is NO crossfire support for this card, wich is ... normal considering that i've seen none hd 7750 with crossfire.

Other Thoughts: Do not buy this card. Buy a card with gddr5 instead wich is faster ... ddr3 ram is highly decreasing the capabilty of a card like this, so you should consider buying either the same card with gddr5, an higher end one in 7xxx to get crossfire support if that's what you're looking for, or you could also get te hd 6750, wich supports crossfire (the hd 6750 needs a pci-e 6 pin so keep that in mind too ...

Manufacturer Response:

As the product details state, CrossFire support is available for this card. Just because it does not have a spot to install a CrossFire bridge does not mean that the card doesn't support CrossFire.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me at

Thank you,
