4 out of 5 eggsGood Card, Poor Driver Support

Pros: It runs quiet and it performs well enough for FPS gaming.

Cons: On Windows 7 x64, the drivers have been crashing constantly. Mostly in chrome and in the command shell. I found that disabling aero has at least reduced the crashes and it may have eliminated them as i hasn't crashed all day. (The drivers were crashing about once per hour previously). If it doesn't turn out to be a fix then this card is going back. Don't waste your time attempting to fix the crashes with specific driver version as I've tried them all including the "7790 performance drivers"... no luck.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for a budget gamer

Pros: Bought for a budget gaming build for my little brother. He's very happy with the card, says it works great for playing his games.

Cons: I've noticed the fans are a little loud, that doesn't bother my brother, but it might be more noisy than some may like

Other Thoughts: I got this card on sale for less than $100. For the price and performance, I feel it's a pretty great deal, gets you a nice entry card.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I can play latest Sim City at 1080p with ultra, AA, V-sync, blur motion, checked with no problems. Previous card was PowerColor HD 5770 wich could do all the above but only at 24 fps and no AA. Card also works well with Civilization V. I noticed a very nice change in color gamut as well.

Cons: Screw holes did not align perfect with motherboard and chassis, probably my setup though.

Other Thoughts: Low Watts, Very good in price. Filed for the rebate. I wish I could afford the NVidia GTX 650 TI Boost, which would give me a 200% increase in performance from my previous card.

5 out of 5 eggsSuperb

Pros: It was extremely easy to install and configure. One thing of not - it takes 6pin power connector (75w) so make sure you have that before getting this card.

Cons: Driver doesn't seem to be the latest version

Other Thoughts: This card is absolutely amazing - playing Skyrim on highest everything and it's handling it like a champ. For under a c note, this is the best card you can get. I used the general AMD drivers (the latest from the website) and they huff and puff with absolutely no problem. It blows the 7770 out of the water in terms of benchmarks. Comes up as 7.9 on the graphics rating under W7.

1 out of 5 eggsHORRIBLE! 2 OUT OF 2!

Pros: Bought two of these for different client builds and they both overheat over 100 degrees celcius! Both computers shut off when you try to play games.
Exchanged it with another brand and problem fixed.

Cons: OVERHEATS and sucks

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card for the Money

Pros: Price/performance ratio is very good for this card. It plays BF4 on all medium settings with minimal AA @ 1920x1080 with frames around 45 fps most of the time and crysis 3 at high settings with the same frame rate and resolution. If you customize the settings on WoT with all medium settings and level of detail, draw distance on maximum it does very well with frames in the same 45 fps average territory. Thats not bad for a mid-range card at this price range. The heatsink has 6 copper heat pipes and does a very good job cooling this card. I never saw temperatures go above 65 deg C on full load for hours on end. I have the card in a cooler master HAF 902 (the cube case) and all of the fan slots are occupied so there's excellent ventilation. I am sure that helps the temps at least some but still, the fan/heatsink is not a cheapy and is typical of what you would find on any decent brand of video card thats mid-range and up. I have not had any problems out of this card. I used the drivers off of AMD's website instead of what was on the CD. I hardly ever use the CD drivers unless there's a specific problem with a driver/game where I need an older driver version.

Cons: none for the money....considering you're not buying a 7990 or something crazy like that

Other Thoughts: This card is long for a mid-range card. I guess to fit in the dual fan cooler.
Display port, Dual DVI and an HDMI are very nice if not standard features.
A lot of people beat up on Power Color but I have had good luck with their cards. I did a build with a 7770 from Power Color a year ago and that little card is still going strong.
I think people are just used to a certain brand. Consider that many of the parts are made in the same factories in China/Taiwan and the difference is mainly the quality grade of the parts the brand/company elects for the manufacturer to put on the PCB such as Japanese solid caps or cheap Chinese ones or will the card have a cheap fan or a good fan? Assembly, PCB boards, silicon all come from the same places in common with the other brands.

3 out of 5 eggsGood, but problematic

Pros: Runs game well
Fans not too noisy

Cons: Drivers, drivers, drivers
Small size, but very thick
Takes up alot of room on a micro ATX MOBO

Other Thoughts: This cards performs very well for the money. I am constantly having driver issue. I cannot surf the internet or download pictures without having drivers crash. I am using the specific 7790 drivers also

5 out of 5 eggsGreat and cheap card.

Pros: Cheap
Very nice graphics (Can run most games on maxed settings)
Did not come in DOA
Looks very minimalistic

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Bought this card on sale and it also has a rebate. It's a good card and easy to install. For what I paid ($109.00 after rebate), it's really worth it.
