5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Good product works fine and blazing fast

Cons: Took a little while to get my rebate but they did follow thru with it so not really a con

Other Thoughts: They make a solid product comparing performance with several other brands My r7 270 even though mid range class is a beast. I am very happy with my purchase

5 out of 5 eggsGreat upgrade, near silent.

Pros: Bought this to upgrade from my Radeon 6870 1GB. Most of my games even at 1680x1050 were using more Vram than the card had. NBA 2K15 and Starcraft 2 hit 1.8GB and 1.3GB respectively. Benchmarks say the performance is literally double that of the 6870 and I've found it 100% accurate. Fan profile isn't aggressive and keeps temps in check very well. Extremely quiet. Only 1 PCI-E 6-pin connector.

Cons: I didn't have anything to tweak as it works out of the box with Omega drivers perfectly. Would have preferred a DisplayPort to DVI or HDMI dongle. Thankfully I had them on hand for dual monitors.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Price

Pros: Great performance for the price. Installing it was easy and had no problems with drivers.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Have had the card for two about two months and it has worked problem free. I have seen a lot of complaints that the drivers CD does not come with the right drivers. Personally I didn't even use the CD, I just went to AMD's website to download the drivers using their auto detect software. This worked greatly and I got the drivers I needed without any trouble. I recommend always downloading drivers from the manufacture's website when possible because even if the right driver is on a CD it could be out dated, the website will always have the most updated driver.

Pros: Since getting the card installed and working have been very happy with the video card.

Cons: Had to RMA my first one that I got as it was giving a constant pink tint to everything on a fresh install of windows even after updating all drivers.

Other Thoughts: I am currently looking at getting a second one to setup in Crossfire configuration.

1 out of 5 eggsJunk

Pros: none

Cons: Running fine in a socket 775 MB, noticed it was shut off and hit the power button. The lights blinked for a millisecond and nothing. Replaced it with another video card and system powers right up. Tried the card in another system, same thing, no power

Other Thoughts: Out the $140 I paid, not worth sending in an RMA due to getting this as a gift. No receipt. It will probably cost me in shipping and repair as a new card would cost.

2 out of 5 eggsFine product, dissappointing service.

Pros: Good price, performance seems fine, haven't heard any whine

Cons: Customer service has questionable English skills, response times are delayed, and my rebate was disqualified (without notification) for a trivial error.

Other Thoughts: I'm perfectly happy for what this card was: a budget graphics card I could replace in a year or so. Unfortunately, my satisfaction has been largely erased by a disgust with their poor customer service. I understand this is a foreign company, but it seems strange that customer service speaks such questionable English. Not really a problem, I could figure out the meaning in their emails, just something to note. The real problem is that it takes about 3-5 days PER EMAIL to hear back. They're very courteous, but still, that means a 10-email conversation might last a month!

The biggest problem, though, is their scam of a rebate program. I know people always say rebates are lost money, but I bought 6 components at the same time and got 3 credit cards and 2 checks before my PowerColor rebate was even in the system. That "system", by the way, is a single line of text on some remote corner of the website. "Rebate submitted". No way to check the status, no way to see what's taking so long other than to send an email and wait a week. So what's the verdict? Due to their own poorly formatted website, this product was displayed next to a different rebate number. Welp, no opportunity to fix the incorrect digits since, like I said, it's been ages since the rebate deadline ended.

Fine product for the cost, but DO NOT think you're getting a deal with any rebates. Purchase it for the cost displayed, or, if you want to avoid headaches, spend an extra $20 and get one of the good brands.

4 out of 5 eggsNO ADAPTER?

Pros: Great card
Does everything you'd expect from this level graphics card

Cons: NO ADAPTER to connect it to the power source.

Other Thoughts: Admittedly I bought this in a hurry, but I can't believe a card requiring an adapter wouldn't come with said adapter. I'm sure this is more common than I realize, but I really thought it would come with everything needed to hook it up.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: None

Cons: The fans are not keeping the card cool to keep it from freezing the PC. Multiple Games/3D mark test freezes(entire computer) every time GPU approaches 45 Degrees Celsius. Front fan stops working occasionally. I have tested other components of the system, Card is causing the problem.Overall, not satisfied with this product.

Manufacturer Response:

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It was inexpensive.

Cons: Driver installation was a real chore, which I knew was a bad sign right off the bat. Once I finally got the system to recognize the card and got the drivers installed, it made the system unstable.

Other Thoughts: This one had to go back for a refund. Stay away.

Manufacturer Response:
