4 out of 5 eggsWow..

Pros: Ran Crysis 3 for about an hour, max temp was 62 degrees. SIXTY TWO DEGREES. Just wow. Ran it pretty good too, 1080p High preset 35+ FPS on stock speeds.

Cons: The package was the card itself, a manual and a driver CD. That's it.

The plastic body of the card is a bit flimsy

1 out of 5 eggsCard DOA ~ NewEgg and PowerColor RMA No Help

Pros: Great performance when working.

Cons: Quality and 'service'

Other Thoughts: Card was DOA but by the time I noticed I had already recycled the box. I built a number of PCs per week and my office would be full if I kept them all for the full 30-day return period. Once I got the PC up and running and noticed the card was bad, I contacted NE for an RMA. They shipped me out a replacement which worked fine, quick GPU. I then immediately returned the original card in the new box. A week later NE contacts me to let me know that they cannot accept the return without the original box which is ridiculous and recommended I reach out to PowerColor for additional assistance.

PC was less than helpful. Their RAM/Tech support department is one guy so it took me two hours of calling to get ahold of him, he was on lunch. He then said there was nothing he could do but exchange the card which is of no help to me since I already have the replacement installed in my client's computer now a state away. After asking to speak with his manager, he said he was the manager and had no boss. Quite ridiculous so I hung up and called back to speak with the operator. The operator was unfortunately no help. She was running around in circles to not give me Raymond’s manager’s name or contact information. She first said he was travelling, then she said he was in sales, then she said he wasn’t in sales but they all work closely together, then she said she didn’t know who his manager was because she wasn’t in that department. Just absurd. I looked up their parent company in Taiwan [TUL - support@tul.com.tw] and sent an email explaining the situation and asking for their assistance. We will see if they are able to help.

RMAs are ALWAYS such a pain with NE. I spend $10,000+ / month on computer components and am sticking with A-m-a-z-o-n and the like from now on. A-m-a-z-o-n's customer service and RMA process are 100% better than NewEgg's. This is the last time I go through a challenging/bad experience with NE. NewEgg and PowerColor have both lost a solid customer.

5 out of 5 eggsLove it

Pros: Easy to install. Works great. Runs all my games on Ultra or the highest settings whatever they call it.

Cons: .....no crossfire cable in the box....I guess

Other Thoughts: I'm running this card on an i7-930 (3+ years old) and with dual monitors. I plugged the card in and ran the disk that came with it. That was it. Everything worked great on the first try. No problems with overheating and my case doesn't have the best airflow (not bad, but not great).

5 out of 5 eggsAs expected

Pros: Runs as I would have expected when compared to my old 7770.

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: Super pleased. I ordered an Open Box listing and ended up getting one someone must have returned without even opening. Completely sealed.

5 out of 5 eggsThis card is amazing!

Pros: This card is very quiet, up to the point where i thought the fans weren't spinning! When i first turned this on, it was running at 30°C.That is extremely low! It sometimes goes up to ~70°C during gaming, but never over. Everything runs at 60fps.

Cons: None at all!
Will update if any arise.

Other Thoughts: Great card, you should buy it

1 out of 5 eggsBeware of Overheating

Pros: None - I wasn't able to do anything but run windows 7.

Cons: I attempted to run GuildWars2 as soon as I installed this card and within 30 seconds the fans would increase in speed and then the video card would crash. I downloaded GPU-Z to see the live stats and noticed as soon as any game was started the temperature would increase dramatically and the fans would begin to spin until they reached 100% causing the video card to crash.I am using a Cooler Master case with 6 fans in it and everything else seems to run as it should except this card. Also, trying to get assistance from PowerColor is difficult they only have an international number and did not respond to my issue within a respectable time frame so was forced to get an RMA from newegg and ended up puchasing GIGABYTE GV-N660OC-2GD GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card instead.

Other Thoughts: It would be helpful if PowerColor had a tool free number that isn't International.
