5 out of 5 eggsNot bad for being a Refurbished Graphics Card.

Pros: Excellent refurbished Graphics Card.
I would recommend getting this Graphics Card over the Nvidia Geforce GT 640/740, since it uses less power and has efficiency on price per performance, as the 640/740 uses more power for minor performance improvement that is not that noticeable at all.
This is an excellent pair with a 300 watt PSU if your CPU isn't that power demanding, as I have used this for 6 months with any sort of issues whatsoever.
I would recommend this Graphics Card if you can find a nice deal of it, as it is an excellent entry-level Graphics Card that can play most games at the medium setting for casual gaming.

Cons: Rather minor, it's the heat of this card. At the CCA app, I see this card at 70 degrees when playing games, despite not being overclocked at all.
I understand that this is a Refurbished Graphics Card, but this is what I believe to be a con of this Graphics Card; it gets hot and loud at certain demanding cases.
I believe this has to do with the distributor, not AMD itself, since the fan on this Graphics Card is rather small. Regardless, the Graphics Card isn't melting and has been working for the past 6 months.

Other Thoughts: I am not a fanboy of either red or green, but I will actually in fact recommend the Nvidia Geforce GTX 750(or even the Ti version) over this Graphics Card, since the 750 is more power efficient per performance than this Graphics Card(if given the fact that you actually have that amount of money. Just be sure to get a decent non-entry CPU that won't bottleneck it).
However, I only bought this Graphics Card because I was on a budget, and I did not regret buying it. Buy it if you're on a budget for casual gaming and browsing/stream.
Another thought is as long as you don't mind the heat and noise of this card when on certain demanding situations, I don't see a problem why not to buy this card.
